This was a horrible mistake to use this company. I paid $1595. 00 6 weeks ago to get an order of Patio furniture. The took my money and charged my credit card and disappeared off the face of the earth. Their phone doesn't answer and an their address no longer gets email. I am so angry that I am investigating any chance at criminal charges. I reported them to MasterCard and they are investigating. This stress is unnecessary at this time with everything going on.
I ordered a patio set from them on 6/4/20 and was told online that it would be shipped out within 48 hours. It is 12 weeks later and I have not received the set. I tried contacting the company over 4 times via email since they don't answer their phones and no replies. I want to cancel my order because the summer is almost over. This is the worst company ever.
Wanted to buy American made so I picked this company and chairs and side table for outside made in USA. The furniture is well made and amazingly sturdy. No problem putting it together - I am 64 yo F and not particularly handy. But I had an issue with a table I ordered not showing up despite the email saying both of my chairs and the table had been shipped. No phone customer service. Took 1 week for a response by email. The rep had a snotty tone to her email. Then notified the chairs and table are different companies. OK with that. Got the table after 5 weeks wait and there was an issue with the table not having the legs fit right to assemble properly. Left a message with pp's, still waiting. Called Berlin Gardens and they are amazingly responsive. Fixing my issue right away. Guess what? Still waiting to hear from Premium Polys. Order from someone else next time.
The first set took 3 and a half months to get after ordered and we love the stuff. Very expensive. So, we ordered more...
Waited 2 months for several thousands of dollars worth of patio furniture- then finally got them un-assembled with no screws to put together, I contacted them to send screws and received and email saying they would send them - a month later - no screws. Thousands of dollars sitting on the ground un -assembled... Called again and we'll see if we get screws this time or not...
We ordered the Lakewood round table and 4 chairs. When the shipment arrived, the table legs and hardware were missing. It has now been over 2 months and we are still waiting for replacement parts to be shipped. The company is not answering their phones but directing everything to their email. We did receive an email back that we would be notified when the legs ship, but since then we've heard nothing. We also never received any notification when the first round of shipments happened, so we had no idea when to expect things. At this point I'm not sure how much longer we will wait until we file a complaint with the BBB.

We received a confirmation of ordering a small table. When we saw that it would take14 to 16 weeks, We called and cancelled. We were told a refund would take about 7 days. It didn't. Covid has struck not only individuals but also whole companies; affecting production and their employees. We were angry at first, but after talking to Thomas he explained the "COVID" effect.
Finally Thomas called us and reviewed our issue. He was very cordial & expressed his wanting to rectify the problem. It seems that the credit was delayed between the bank and credit card company. Thomas, we thank you! 5 star rating for Thomas correcting and following up... good customer service.
We purchased polywood chairs last night at 8:30 pm, it is the next morning at 12:30 and I am already sitting on my new polywood chairs! Fast delivery! And those guys were great as well! We've recommended Premium Poly Patios many times to friends, family and co-workers!
Although I was happy with my purchase from this company, I did not leave a review for them and the nonsense about best prices and selection and lead time written below did not come from me. This is total BS and should never happen.

My order was "closed" and the furniture was never shipped. Their idea of great customer service is to send your questions via email and wait for a response but you guessed it... the responses were delayed too. After much frustration, several emails and several calls due to misinformation on their part the issue was finally resolved.
I've been trying to get this company to respond to my requests for a delivery date. I have called numerous times. I ordered a glider, a chair, and an end table in May of this year. But no one will return my calls.
When they notified me it would take 3 months to receive my patio table order; I cancelled the order in June, 2020. It's 9/16 and I still haven't gotten my refund. I continue to get the run around telling me the refund was issued. Nope. Credit card company has no record of a refund. I think they are online scammers. Shop elsewhere
After reaching out to the company they have gone above and beyond to get updates to me. My furniture is on its way and I can't wait. Thanks Daniel and Rosie for all your help. Highly recommend this company.
Premium Poly Patios is an awesome company. Not only do I love their products but they offer top of line customer service. I never had to wait for more than a couple of hours to an email inquiry. They are also so pleasant to speak to and truly make the customer feel appreciated. I will recommend Premium Poly Patios to my friends and family and will definitely be back to buy more!
Purchased porch swing and upgraded mounting hardware. Took almost 3 months to get. Hardware wasn't included in box. Got a swing, can't use it. Emailed multiple times because phone service is non-existent. I keep getting help ticket emails back. They focus on sales but obviously have problems with fulfilling basic business duties: customer service order fulfillment. Not sure how they can survive on this. They are not giving me any reason to give them kudos.
I ordered a custom seat cushion back in early June. They instantly charged my credit card. I have waited 6 months for the product, or a refund. Have sent several emails with replies about covid delays. Attempted to call customer service, but nobody answers and their mailbox is full, unable to leave a message. Wondering of this a legit business.
Purchase chairs 455.00 June 13,2020 charged my credit card by next day. No tracking number. Log into website look up order number says still in production. Keep sending email6and no response. I understand the Pandemic and everything this else in the world but are you running a business?
We ordered our furniture early September and it was supposed to be delivered by October 4. Still waiting, can't get in touch with anyone there by phone and yesterday email bounced back. Of course they charged our credit card. We're feeling scammed.
It takes them FOREVER to ship and any information on that is buried in fine print. Dealing with customer "support" was a lesson in rudeness and snark. Who needs this? Not me. Not you. Based on their level of "customer support," I'm guessing they hired people from United Airlines. There are plenty of other places to get the same furniture. Wayfair for example. Here's an idea. If you are a Premium Poly Exec, try placing an order and contacting your support dept and tell us what you think. Or maybe you don't care and are the root of the problem?
