Place order on April 19,2012. They said it shipped 6/14. Taking for ever to reach someone - never pick up phone, never respond to email. They do if you are lucky engage in a chat session. Finally after a month of trying to contact them, I was able to chat with someone - they are looking into it but for some reason have gone radio silent. This is the worse experience I have ever had in purchasing items from the web! I have now submitted a complaint through PayPal (which I used purchased the $1800 worth items) and hopefully that would provide some motivation for them to resolved and refund me my money.
Very impressed with the quality of materials and craft workmanship. We ordered a table with four swivel chairs and two gliders. After work was completed they drove direct to me. Very polite owners. I most definitely would order again. Customer service was excellent.

Ordered 4/1/21. Got a confirmation with delivery date of 5/27/21. After no communication from them I called to check on order. They don't answer calls do I emailed... no response three times. Finally got hold of a chat rep on web sight while checking on my order. Was told It was taking 20 weeks to get orders. When i told her i had gotten a delivery date that had already past she immediately logged off chat with no answer or response. Yet they have already charged my credit card! Wish I had done more research before purchasing, they defiantly would not have gotten my business.
I have ordered a bartop set plus 2 additional chairs. First it was delivered with normal height not bar height table. Then table was delivered with 2 screws falling out due to stripping of screws hole in factory. Finally on assembly of final chair, I discovered 2 completely missing screws on part assembled in factory. Also a number of screw heads had burrs and required filing to smooth. Overall the furniture is wonderful but lot of head aches and quality issues. Also on table it lacks enough support so has a slight wobble (not normal even though customer service seemed to think it was fine).

I expected delays in shipping since they were upfront on their website. After week 6 passed, my husband tried getting an email response from their customer service. We waited the 3-5 business days and have not received an email response. I then left a message since their site does not allow you to talk to a real person. Then after leaving a message they give the same response that we'll get an email in 3-5 business days. I'm feeling that we just got swindled. Has anyone been able to get through to this company? Very frustrated with the run around! We still have NOT received our chairs.
This time the website stated what items that were ready and in stock to ship. This made the decision process easier. The quality of their products is really good and was a quick turnaround. Very happy.
We received a confirmation of ordering a small table. When we saw that it would take14 to 16 weeks, We called and cancelled. We were told a refund would take about 7 days. It didn't. Covid has struck not only individuals but also whole companies; affecting production and their employees. We were angry at first, but after talking to Thomas he explained the "COVID" effect.
Finally Thomas called us and reviewed our issue. He was very cordial & expressed his wanting to rectify the problem. It seems that the credit was delayed between the bank and credit card company. Thomas, we thank you! 5 star rating for Thomas correcting and following up... good customer service.
The cushions that are sold on this site are of the poorest quality. When I wanted to return them, I was told they are custom made which is just not true. These are premade in a typical size, there are no options for different sizing or types of fabric, that would make it custom. Still, they charge an extraordinary restocking fee as well as make you pay for return shipping! And, the customer service representative was as rude and could be and literally hung up on me. This company is terrible, I would not ever recommend ordering from them. Would have given zero stars but its not an option.
First of all they were $1,000 more than an other website and didn't beat with price guarantee! Wasted my time asking for all this info and then got snippy with me! Maybe it's a blessing as after reading reviews I see other people had a lot of issues with them! Buyer Beware!
We ordered from their 3 week delivery items however it took over 4 MONTHS for delivery! The customer service was horrible. No phone contact (due to Covid!?) and emails went unanswered. It wasn't until I emailed that I wanted to cancel my order that I got any attention. All the sudden my shipment was coming. However, it arrived missing an item! Then it took several more weeks to get that item. They still have their 3 week delivery listed on their website! They refunded 10% of my order, but I would NEVER have ordered from them if I had known it was going to take that long!
I ordered and was charged over $1900 for a polywood bar set and two rockers in March of 2021. I received the rockers in June. Now it's September and no bar. I understand that items everywhere are on backorder but my complaint is there is no way to get information on the rest of this order. I've called and e mailed several times, I've tried chatting to no avail. I can't even cancel the order for a refund because there's no way to get in touch with anyone. If I hadn't been charged in March I would be more patient but that's a lot of money for them to hold onto without delivering the product. They should not charge until order is shipped.
Since my last review of Premium Poly Patios, Daniel C. Reached out to me inquiring as to whether my issue of not receiving a refund was resolved. The answer is "No ", after a year of waiting for the refund. Maybe Daniel C will keep his word and get the issue resolved. I will continue to keep potential customers informed throughout this process.
The three stars is based on past experience during COVID lockdown. There was a severe delay in shipping at that time. I feel that Premium Poly Patios should have made an effort to continue updating customers. It seemed as if the order was never going to be filled. However, I did eventually receive the table. Excellent quality and I was glad I waited.
Paid over $1700. 00 for two chairs in June, It is now August and I have not only not received my purchase but they will not answer phone calls, or emails or Facebook messages! Apparently this is a Scam!
Cancelled order on March 22 because item was no longer needed. Poly Patios emailed me on that day and confirmed cancellation. I have not received my credit to card in the amount of 949.05 as of April 11. No communication by email or telephone since. How the State of Ohio continues to let this Co. Operate within their State is a mystery.
Ordered two rocking chairs. One was fine, but the 2nd one had production defects and would not assemble correctly. I can understand quality issues if the customer service is helpful. However it's been 3 months and still don't have a replacement. I sent pictures of defect as requested and get no response. I finally spoke with a representative that said they would email me with details for a return, etc. and still waiting two weeks later. I just want to sit on my porch and can't get my second rocker. There are other Polywood furniture companies out there. I would never order from this company again. They don't care about customer satisfaction or the quality of their products.
We purchased polywood chairs last night at 8:30 pm, it is the next morning at 12:30 and I am already sitting on my new polywood chairs! Fast delivery! And those guys were great as well! We've recommended Premium Poly Patios many times to friends, family and co-workers!
I wish I could tell you that the product was enough to make up for the world's worst service but since I never received it, I can't. Ordered over a month ago, no confirmation, no eta, no ship date, no response from anyone. They have "disconnected" their phone lines during these "unprecedented times." No response when you email them, open a help desk ticket (as they instruct you to do), online chat, facebook message, etc. nothing. But they were super quick to take my money the day I ordered. I have started the process to get my money back and will just have to find a reputable place to buy my patio furniture from. Maybe next year.
My third order took two months, China flu evidently. When it finally arrived, it only had half the hardware, I sent email, they opened a ticket... a week later nothing... it should have taken someone 5 minutes to mail a bag of bolts and send a quick email... but no response other than an open ticket, they did find time to charge the card...
I ordered from this company and have had nothing but problems for furniture at a premium price. Partial order took over a month to ship after charging my credit card immediately on ordering product. They have disabled their phone system and chat feature and when you email they either don't respond or take weeks. I emailed re: wrong hardware. Their instructions described bolts that included a square head screwdriver and they provided carriage bolts. When I emailed to ask about the discrepancy I received no response. When I messaged them they were rude and denied receiving my email despite the fact that I provided them with their reference numbers. Check their FB page and look at the comments. People are being charged for products and are not getting their products nor are they getting responses to e-mails. They have turned off ratings on their FB page. Stay away.
