Placed an order in August 2020. The conversation set piece that we purchased we received really fast. We love the set and it looks great in our backyard. The problem is the dining set we purchased which says shipped is actually not shipped at all. I called last week and out of frustration hit 0 on the phone, well I actually got someone. I was informed that my order would not ship until Dec 3rd. Ok, that is fine, I get it that things have been difficult with COVID. The problem I have is that my CC has been charged for the full order even though I haven't received the most expensive set I ordered. I have tried calling, emailing, etc. as I filled out the CC authorization form for them to credit my CC and recharge me once the product ships. I have heard nothing. Please beware when ordering!
