I purchased coasters with the brides pictures on it and a holder for The Coasters. I never received a receipt to my email address confirming that I was charged for my purchase. Nor did I ever receive any communication that my purchase was shipped and received. This was a gift for a bride and groom and I was left up in the air not knowing whether the recipient receive my gift or not.
I ordered a gift for Valentine's day and selected (and paid extra) the option that would be "guaranteed delivery by Valentine's Day!" This order was placed over 1 week before Valentine's day, also.
The gift did NOT arrive on time, and when I contacted the company about it, there was not even an apology for missing the delivery date. Instead, the representative just blamed the delay on "adverse weather conditions." The UPS site had never indicated a delivery delay (which they usually do) due to adverse weather conditions.
I mean, I understand that adverse weather conditions happen, but come on, the delivery destination was in San Francisco Bay Area. On their website, they claim that if the guaranteed date was missed, they would fully refund the shipping/handling fees. HOWEVER, the person I talked to only was willing to offer me a PARTIAL refund for my delivery fee!
Still haven't received the shipment yet, so no comment on the quality of their merchandise.
This place is a disgrace! They DO NOT stand behind their products! I purchased a make-up bag for my mom for Christmas. I submitted the initials correctly, but it was printed wrong when I got my bag. After calling this place to let them know of their mistake, somehow, someway, this became my fault! What company does not stand behind their products? Oh, this scamming one. For this company to have "raving reviews" from the "Today Show," etc., is a joke! Please DO NOT Order from this company! -Amy K.
I ordered 4 statue/trophies for coaches for our wrestling team. I printed the confirmation, which shows exactly what was to be inscribed on it. When I got the trophies, they had a misspelled word. I contacted the online chat right away to let them know and let her know that I would be able to show proof of the mishap being on their end. She then accused me of lying and saying I was going to make a new order and screen shot it, just to send to her to get a discount (since they are due today - I wasn't asking for new ones) and how I am basically trying to scam them. I then asked her for her information so when I called to speak to someone I can reference back to her and she got even more snippy with me and became increasingly rude. I am appalled by this behavior and handling of the problem. I will never shop with them again, and will make sure any and everyone I know will not use them either.
Covid mask was ordered, picture was approved for a personal mask. The one they sent was totally off center, lips were on cheek and part of nose was gone. They sent me a picture of the approved mask which I sent back to them along with a picture of the Mask I received so they could compare and see the mistake and they have never made it right. My daughter ordered this for me and she ordered about 25 or 30 masks. They still will not make this right. Very disappointed I would never ever order things from this company. Their customer service does not happen. If I could I would give this a minus five stars.
I am very unhappy with personalized mall this year. I have been ordering from them for four years now, and this year I have so many things that haven't been delivered yet, when they say it will be here by Christmas so I'm so very Disappointed in them I probably will not be using them again.

I'm sorry to read so many negative reviews for this company. I have ordered from them many time and had always been satisfied. My last order, however, was not quality by any means. It was a customized orgnament and when it arrived it looked nothing like the way the preview photo looked. I emailed customer service right away and they asked for a photo to check for quality. By that point I had lost track of where I put it but did find it recently and figured why not give it a try. I emailed a photo directly to a customer service agent who was wonderful. She got back to me asap that they agreed the ornament was not up to their standards and would replace it for me free of charge. This was months after I had originally emailed them and they still honored it. Hopefully they have stepped up their customer service in light of the previous poor reviews. I was very happy with the experience.
I had photos taken of my daughter for graduation and was looking for a way to have multiple images printed on a canvas, Personaliztionmall.com had many options for collage canvases at a great price! I was able to have a beautiful 3 photo canvas made, and the quality was excellent. Thank you for a wonderful way for me to display my daughter's gorgeous graduation photos!
I tried to order $62 gifts. The site offered me $5 off as a new customer (emailed me the code) and later said my order was eligible for free shipping. At check-out they added a $2.99 shipping surcharge, rejected my free shipping code, rejected my $% off code and offered me shipping $9 to get it in a month, $14 to get it in two months! It reminds me of record clubs - the prices just keeps getting higher and higher and higher.
Order a customized vase for my son teacher, when I received it, it was so small like a wine glass. Smh I want my money back and I hope they will stop fake advertising. I most likely will not order from them again.
I was ordering wedding gifts for groomsman. I loved the personalized beer cartons. I started to design it and had questions about removing wording and adding my own wording. I called the company and the gal I talked with told me to do it a certain way which I did and so I ordered 8 sets and 8 sets of the same bottle labels. Well I got them and the wording was all screwed up but I DID DO IT AS SHE SAID! So I called them back to find out that they wouldn't replace them and they called it my mistake after the lady walked me through it all. Scam is what I say. I purchased two recipe cutting boards as Christmas 2022 gifts. The preview showed a very legible product but when the boards arrived, I couldn't read the recipe. I then purchased additional products elsewhere (cutting board oil/gel stain) to enhance the lettering but that also did not work. I contacted the company and was instructed to send photos via email. I was given the option of reprinting but was told that the same issue could happen and that their process was done correctly, so they wouldn't give a refund...only a store credit that would show when I placed my next order. I started an order for a different product and the credit did not show, so I waited to speak to C.S. After the holidays. To my surprise, I was told that I only would get $14 credit (20% of original order) My cutting board order had been $70 USD so I was again angry. I should note that no where in the email from them did it say I would only get 20% as a credit.
No one able to help me when I ordered a special gift. The said the spelling was wrong and I revie the product and it was fine. I asked to speak to a supervisor on nov 22, when my original purchase was on the 3rd. They said it did not get sent out and that the spelling would be corrected. But it would be 5 weeks. Then I revie Ed an email saying it was sent on nov 18. Do not only did the representative lie to me no one ever called me back. Now I'm calling and have been hole for over an hour. I ordered a photo sweatshirt of great grandkids for my mother in law for Christmas. The photo is crooked and not centered. I sent a photo and they said they will not do anything about it. Order from another company like snapfish, they remake the item for you if it isn't right.

We ordered a canvas print of my family. My husband and son were in front of my daughter and I. My daughter and my foreheads were on the side of the picture! Looks like we were cut off at the eyes. Meanwhile my son and husband have their full body in the picture. Seriously? Why didn't they center it? When I complained they said they would give me a "discount" when I reordered it! Shana R. I recently ordered a custom welcome mat for a friend and their site does not function properly with PAYPAL and it ordered the same $55 mat twice.
