On Thursday 02/07 at noon, I ordered 5 items for Valentines Day gifts. Website said 3-5 days so I assumed a week was plenty of time. It should have been but they didn't ship it out until 5 days later on Tuesday 02/12. So I have no gifts to give for Valentines as package wont be here for another two days. I am very upset and when I called they were extremely unhelpful, said I should have done expedited. I said a week should have been enough and was told they must have been busy TH and FRI so didn't get to shipping it, are closed weekends and were not sure why it didn't go out Monday. Bottom line they finally shipped it Tuesday and it is 3-5 days from the day they sent it (five days after I ordered it.).
I will never use them again. They ruined Valentines for us and didn't care and there are too many other companies to give my business to.
