I recently ordered a custom welcome mat for a friend and their site does not function properly with PAYPAL and it ordered the same $55 mat twice. They said there is "nothing that can be done" and I'm basically stuck with 2 mats at over $100. I will NEVER order from this company again. Worst customer service ever. Offered no solution. BUYERS BEWARE!
