My order was placed on October 23rd and I thought according to this information on your site that it would be there by November 1. When I received notification that it would not be there until Nov 4 from fedex I called. Your representative was rude and nasty and just told me I did not know how to read. I will never order from you again. She was not at all pleasant and did not even apologize. I am posting a negative review all over the internet. Train your people. This is what it said on line and I thought it gave me enough time. I did not need a lecture." Item received was damaged, Called customer service was told to email picture of product. Received an email stating they were sorry they did not see damage, and there would be no refund. Called a second time and told to return the product. I did receive a refund but the process was not customer friendly and confusing. I will not use this company again.
I ordered a gift for my goddaughter's communion and it was sent to the wrong post office, thus making the gift not arrive on time for the communion. I'd much rather stick to Amazon. They deliver what they promise. If you need a gift for a certain day, I suggest you don't order it from Personalizationmall.com.
As others, tracking updates stopped 11 days ago so I called the customer service number to listen to a recording saying they couldn't take my call because of "increased call volume." Sent a message via their messaging system with no response. Funny thing is, I have ordered from other companies and have received those orders on time. I guess this company is the only one being affected by Covid. Another lesson learned I guess.
Personalization Mall is unwilling to help in any way to correct a shipping address, even if it is just to call to add a UNIT #, because of their 'contract with fedex'. What a crock of bull! Call Fedex and simply 'add' a unit # - it's not rocket science. The only help they offered was to have me reorder the item and they would refund 50% of my original order. Well, isn't that mighty kind of them, all of 50%! I explained to them that I was not made aware I needed a unit # when I asked the recipient for their address, just a street number and name and city, state, zip. If I had known there was a unit # that was needed by fedex, I certainly would have included it. They 'trick' you into confirming an address even if the address is what you were given so one would assume that the address IS correct, and then their attitude is 'oh, well!'.
Ordered on Nov. 25th, Pitney Bowes tracking says in Atlanta since Dec. 18th. These were Christmas gifts, I will be asking for a refund. I can not even speak to anyone at Personalization Mall, they says all agents are busy and to send email. Have sent two emails, no response from them! Lousy customer service and I will not use them again.

I purchased and item from here wanting the names of all grandchildren on it. I received it one name was missing. I emailed them about it. They sent a replacement I received it now two names were missing. Emailed them they sent email back saying if I wanted to re purchase the item they would give me 50% off the cost minus the shipping cost! As I informed them no I would not like to re purchase as I have already purchased once and paid shipping. It was not right either time! I will definitely not be using them again! I am stuck with not one but two of the same item and they are both screwed up and they want me to purchase again for 50% off minus shipping! Totally insane! That's a big NO THANK YOU!
Look at the sample. The sample shows a screwed up misprint. The letter of the name over laps the number in the date. The Company states that is the way it's suppose to look. I took it to a print shop in town and they said no that is a misprint. They need to move their template over so this does not occur. This piece looks so Stupid. They claim they are 100 % satisfaction guaranteed. However, not so! If you click approve your screwed! Too bad so sad! You end up with a conversation piece that people talk bad about! So don't order! Customer service is a joke! I spoke to 3 representatives and they all are rude! Advice... Don't order from this company!
Oh man, should have read reviews before ordering from this site. In short, would NOT recommend. My order shipped on June 2, today is June 23 and I still have not received it. According to tracking, it's lost in the mailstream (tracking has not updated since June 14). This was a gift that I needed by next week. Reached out to customer service multiple times and kept getting the answer to reach out on X date. Finally, today, they said they will do an investigation. I now have to wait 10 days to either get a replacement or refund. WTF?
We ordered a personalized banner that came within a week. It was beautiful unfortunately it was missing a grommet. I sent an email and received a response almost immediately. They asked that I send a picture of the issue in question which I did. The next day I received an email apologizing for the missing grommet and I was told they where sending a replacement out immediately. I have never received such fast and professional service before. The first email I sent was on a Saturday morning and the issue was resolved on Sunday. Very impressive! I will recommend this company to both friends and family.
Greetings to all. I received a personalized pen as a gift from my wife. The pen is horrible. It is a twist mechanism and every time I twist to open it, it rubs against the body of the pen causing damage. I slowly twists shut as I write. The box was a wooden box with no protective liner, so it ruins the pen further since the pen rattles around in the box.
I told customer service about the problem and their basic response was "Sorry I cannot help you".

I placed my order on December 10th with guaranteed before Christmas delivery, it's Dec. 21st now and they still haven't even brought my package to USPS, but they were able to print the shipping label on the 11th. Not to mention I get an email everyday (including today) guaranteed Christmas delivery... if that's the case why is my package still not on the way? Terrible customer service as well I've sent 3 emails and tried calling numerous times only to hear the automated system tell me they either closed early for "extraordinary circumstances" or that they were too busy and to call back later.

We emailed and called and were told that the coordinates were what we had sent them. The order was matched on 07/09 by a O. Oyetunde, was the order filled oversees, was there a translation problem?
The customer service rep said it was our mistake and we would have to reorder and repay, no returns accepted. I asked to speak to the manager, initially she refused but put me through to a voicemail, sounded like an overseas call center, no return call yet. We have disputed the charge, hopefully Personalization Mall. Com management will do the right thing and refund Chase the $42.00
The customer service. Long story short I paid for rush shipping and it wasn't rushed. Talked to a very rude lady that didn't seem to care. They refunded me the amount for the rush shipping but the attitude was so bad. Other than that one time I have always loved everything I have ever ordered from there. Just hope I never have to deal with the customer service again.
Weve ordered at least a couple dozen items from Personalization Mall and so far, weve been very happy with the products and their quality. They always have some specials or deals available and while some of the items seem ridiculously overpriced, they do have a good selection of gifts that are great quality and inexpensive, especially when compared to other stores that sell similar products. Last Christmas we ordered a custom printed sign that turned out crooked when got it, so we contacted customer service and they sent a replacement without a charge. Overall, its a great place for gifts, especially if youre not sure what to get someone.
I had bought some stone coasters and uploaded an image as suggested for Valentines Day gifts. The picture was printed on the stone and was done so poorly that my daughter's teeth looked blacked out and the gray lines in the stone caused a veining look that really made her look creepy- very disappointing. When I contacted customer service, they said it was manufactured correctly and there wasn't anything they would do about it! I was a long standing customer and after them not willing to do anything to make this right, I rather move my business somewhere else. I'm so disappointed!
Plus, if you need them customer service is amazingly friendly and helpful! Whenever I need to call them I am always satisfied with the results. They really do try to make the customer happy. Great company!
Ordered an item that never got delivered. They said they could resend/remake the item but I had to pay 6.99 for shipping. They didn't have proof they received the returned item and only offered me a portion of the reimbursement. Not to mention their customer service reps are very rude! They lied stating no supervisor was on site but after arguing for almost 20 min with Keisha, she put me through to a supervisor and that's how I got PART of my money back. Very sad that this company takes advantage of their customers. Stay away. They suck!
So apparently, I'm not the only one. I ordered two easter baskets for my children and the products were never received- the post office claims they delivered them, and the company refuses to do anything about it, even with a police report. No refund, no apologies, nothing from this awful company other than a "you shouldn't have chosen economy shipping." What a TERRIBLE COMPANY! Talk about terrible customer service. Trust me, spend your money elsewhere.
I bought golf balls, and had them personalized. I received them fast. They were personalized as I wanted. The problem was that the lettering was very small. In fact it was so small that it was difficult to make out. I'm not saying that that this company is not worth doing business with, but unless you have superman vision the personal inscription will be difficult to see.
Because a golf ball is, itself, small, the font has to be sized to fit. There is a template for the machine that adds the personalization and that is the size to which the font is set.
