Not thrilled. Ordered a magnet for the outside on a stake. My fault I ASSumed if you buy a magnet the stake would come with or how else would you use the item? Even if the stake came up as a separate item suggested that would spark your attention! Poor marketing and deceiving. I called customer service and they said that they are sold separate so you can change out the magnet (who does that) unless the magnet is not made to last?
I received a product in the wrong color. They were just calling it the wrong color from the beginning. They were going to send me the exact same product again. I explained that I didn't want another product that was called one color and really another. Obviously whoever labeled the color was color-blind. The emailed and said I had to call them to get a refund. The agent was very rude. I understand mistakes, but poor customer service is unacceptable. I have used this company many times before. I had no idea that when I had a problem I would be treated like I was an idiot and like the problem was my fault. This agent was obviously insecure about her own knowledge and decided it would make her feel better to insult my intelligence. I will NEVER purchase from this company again!
Told it should be here within 2 Weeks. I have tried calling repeatedly and email and I have not received anything back from anyone. I ordered 12/4/20 and I have no update since 12/5/20. I do not recommend ordering from them if you want your items.
I ordered a necklace for my sister as a memorial necklace for the loss of her son and I was charged almost $50 for JUNK! The enclosed "gift card message" was printed on my receipt that was printed on a printer that needs a new cartridge because it is barely readable! I paid with PayPal so they will be refunding my money! They should be shut down.
I received my custom picture frame with no picture in that I had ordered. They told me it was never uploaded. I have proof that my image number came through to the order and that I actually viewed my picture in the frame. I offered to pay the extra bucks if they would still print and send me my picture. They flat out REFUSED. Just look at most of the other reviews and you'll see they won't do whatever it takes to please the customer. No satisfaction guaranteed with this company!

I ordered two items at the same time - one custom made cutting board and cheese chalk sticks. The custom made cutting board came in a smashed box, but it was on time. The cutting board was just sitting in the box, not even bubble wrapped. The chalk sticks (not custom designed) arrived four days late in a smashed up package (allegedly via FEDEX) was was not delivered by a FEDEX driver, and the customer service folks didn't give a crap! The offered to refund my "expedited" shipping charges, but I have yet to even see that happen. Then when I told them I don't have a use for the chalk sticks because the wedding has come and gone, they told me to ship them back (I would have to pay for that return) for a refund.
Just a sketchy situation and I'm sooo disappointed. Clearly, they no longer care about how their products look, are packed and are shipped. What a shame.
I ordered items the week before Thanksgiving and I still have not received my item. (12/17) I have been trying to contact Customer service by email and phone and noone seems to answer. I am upset and irritated at this company.

I ordered a very expensive item on December 7th, guaranteed for Christmas and was told it would ship in 5-7 days. Still not delivered, no shipping info and can't reach anyone thru phone and sent numerous emails! No response! This happened last year snd I swore to never use them again and here I am again this year with no gift!

Placed an order for a Father's Day gift on 05/04/20 of course immediately the business takes payment but does not ship your item at the expected delivery date and an estimated date between June 15-20th for my shipment to arrive but today is June 28th and still the order has not been processed. I will never buy from this company again.
I have ordered several things in the past from here but will NEVER do that again. I had ordered something that I never received. I followed up on and was told that someone would call me back... they never did. I called again several months after the order was placed and was told that it was too late. They could not contact UPS. I understand that. They could not ship me a replacement item or give me any credit to use at their site. I was polite and trying to find a way to fix the situation. The woman on the phone told me I need to read the small print and that she could no longer stay on the line... she hung up on me. I cannot believe that there are companies still in existence with that type of customer service. I will take my business elsewhere. I encourage you to do the same. I will also encourage everyone I know.
I've ordered my items on November 10,2020. It says ships within 2-4 business days. Today is December 21,2020. And I haven't received anything yet. Ive email them twice and no one contact me back. I'm not even getting a update on anything. I've ordered these items for Christmas gifts. I've emailed them and ask them can they refund me my money. No one cares to respond. This is ridiculous! Where's my order? Or refund? I've ordered again on November 17th and have received that order. But not November 10th order. Could someone tell me why is that?
The blanket I ordered turned out so good! I love it and I know it's going to make an amazing gift! I ordered it for my 3 year anniversary and I used senior pictures that my boyfriend and I got done back In the summer and the colors came out so good. You guys did a great job!
Ordered a ornament for our neighbor. It was a clear Christmas Tree with very light letters. They want me to take a picture of it and email it to them. I have been ordering with them for many years and I'm not about to prove to them that the ornament will not be sent.

I I ordered a frame online. When I proofread the inscription, it was correct. When I received my order, the date was missing. When I contacted them about it they told me I could purchase another one for 50% off. It was not my error but, hour generous of you to only charge me half price for your mistake. No thank you. I placed an order on December 8th and it has been sitting in York PA since December 10th. I sent an email and have tried calling their customer service line. I am told that there is a wait time of 30 minutes, even when I have waiting the 30 minutes! I also tried to call using their direct line, and no one answered. These were supposed to be Christmas gifts! At least be responsible and let us know what is going on.

The ornament I ordered looks a little cheap... it was cheap I can live with that. But why does my ornament stink like fire/smoke? I had to throw away the pouch it came with... serious smoke smell... I MEAN STINK! Nobody else had this issue?

Ordered a personalized necklace for my friend and ordered it with rapid shipping to arrive in time for the holidays - it came with the wrong name engraved. Called customer service and they said I needed to email them a picture of the necklace and they would get back to me. Emailed the pic and re-emailed it twice more and never heard back, called again and they said they never got my email and that I need to mail back to them the bad necklace. I asked if they can remake it and get it in time for Christmas, they said 'probably not.' Did not offer to refund me either.

I recently purchased an ornament for each of my sons. 1 was the engagement double sided ornament, the picture I used was 1 I had taken. Both sides of the ornament were beautiful. The other ornament had a picture on each side. I was delighted with the finished product, the pictures were so clear & perfect. I will most certainly order from this company again!
I ordered a VERY special gift for my partner on 12/11/2020. Site says ships in 2-3 business days and please 5-7 days for transit. Ive contacted FedEx who says a label was made 12/12/2020 but DOES NOT have the package. HOWEVER, i have an email from Personalization Mall that says it was shipped on 12/12/2020. Soooo where is my order? If my items havent been even made yet please just refund my money! If its not been shipped be honest! I want answers. IS this a legit business? Or was I scammed? If so so i need to contact my bank and report it to get my funds back? I understand its Christmas and things take longer to receive, but this is ridiculous

Answer: They won't fix it. I called customer service and they pretty much said to bad. Also they may make you a new one but charge you 50% and the shipping charge.
