E-comm flow is a huge problem. Took way too long to construct mug. The site flow does not make it clear how to save and move onto the next picture. Too many instances where info is not saved and you have to constantly re-do your work!
This is a very unfair one way change of policy with no advance notice showing no respect nor care for loyal customers. The reward points were worth more in the old system. This is a rip off for people who shop PMall and save their reward points to get the best value. The way how this new change is pushed out is ridiculous. PMall sent an email to MPR members notifying the update and changed (lowered) the point exchange rate at the same time. PMall is taking advantage of their customers and practically stealing from them. I am very disappointed that PMall does business like that.

So disappointed that the personalization on my dog bandanna was so high that you can't see it when dog is wearing. Requested they locate it lower to no avail. The picture on website shows on a lab and is visible. The quality of work and material was fine which is why I gave them 2 stars.
Classic Bait and Switch scam. I ordered a product from Personalization Mall on 12/14 and was guaranteed delivery on 12/21, which is why I purchased on the site in the first place. On 12/15, I got a message saying that it was shipped. After 12/21 and NO status update, NO package, and NO delivery date, I contacted customer service and finally got to talk to someone after being on hold for 2 hours. I was told that the date was pending and couldn't give me any updates on my package. Before I purchased the item, I was guaranteed delivery by 12/21. After I purchased (no returns), now the delivery date was pending. Classic bait and switch. As of 12/27, still no package and no delivery date. Fortunately, I had another gift to give my son so he would at least get one gift for Christmas. What a rip-off. I'm never ordering from Personalization Mall again!
During Cyber Monday they claimed 30% off everything. Total scam. When I called to talk to them, they were rude. When I asked to speak to a manager I was put on eternal hold. Called back, the 2nd customer service rep was a little more friendly, told me she would get back to me and now 2 days later. Nothing. They also give fake names so no use asking.
I ordered a customized photo frame. The print looked terrible (registration was off) and the frame itself was cracked when it arrived. I emailed, got a quick response, submitted a photo and the replacement frame was shipped two days later. The replacement frame looked a million times better. Pleased with customer service but clearly the quality is inconsistent.

Horrible! I was planning on giving some ornaments as gifts. I would be too embarassed to give these to people. There are dents and scratches on the ornaments. They were redone and shipped to me. Same situation. Went right in the garbage. Do not shop here. You get what you pay for.
I wouldn't even give a star-I purchased a custom light and custom ornament. Both arrived fairly quick but both looked horrible. Products almost looked used. I emailed and they did respond right away-had me send pics of both. They said they would send a replacement light. I just received the replacement light and its damaged as well. So scratched up-i am embarrassed to give this as a gift. I will not be purchasing from here again...the items looks so cute but not worth the time. Better options out there for the price! The attached pictures were of the replacement light and base-the first light was a lot worse.
I ordered "the day we said I do" keepsake. Since it's personalized, of course it can't be returned. I guess from the beginning it was my fault for only looking at the picture and not the dimensions. The item was sooooo small, like a paperweight. I should have known, since they didn't show the item next to anything, like they do with some other things. I, of course cannot get my money back since it was personalized. When you reach out to them via chat, they give you a link to their policy. Very disappointed. When I complained about the shipping, because I wanted it in a couple of days and the fee was 13.50 they also stated that I agreed to that as well. I guess I'm getting spoiled by Amazon Prime.
I was 100% satisfied with my order! I ordered a personalized valentine teddy bear with my boyfriends name on the teddy bears shirt. It it perfect. I thought the bear would turn out a cheap like quality but the quality of the bear is actually very good. I was very very unhappy with the customer service I received though. If you ever have an issue with an order or want changes made etc... be prepared to have a representative get anxious and then hang up on you. Again, great quality items but HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I've received better service from a hood corner gas station in New York. Just saying.
I can't really give this company even one star but will as I don't want people to think it was an oversight. "Free shipping" was not free shipping as they add a "shipping surcharge." Customer service was not pleasant to deal with. No supervisor would take my call. Placed on hold, told supervisor was at lunch, unavailable, might be at a meeting. My call was " lost" twice. I was told my concern was not a managers issue. There was no one there who would even listen to my concern. I did receive an unsigned email. I would recommend never doing business with this company. There are too many great companies out there to do business with.
I ordered a personalized name box for my mom for mother's day. I checked everything before I gave it to my mom and noticed that my nieces name was spelled wrong. I called customer service who pretty much said to bad so sad and never refunded me anything. I will never order from them again. Terrible customer service and also very rude.
I ordered 2 photo mugs for the grandparents of my kids. I received a box containing the coffee mugs with no bubble wrap or anything. The ceramic us were broken to pieces. Called customer service and after sending an email of the broken mugs they said they would replace them. "free of charge" well I freaking hope I wouldn't have to pay another 30 bucks. Why in the world wouldn't you bubble wrap mugs? Never ordering from them again..
I have ordered from here for years. Never had a problem until this year. I placed four different orders but yet to received one of them. I placed two orders on the same day(12/13/20), hours apart, same method of shipping, and got one two days ago. The other one has gone from Indiana to West Virginia to Indianapolis in the last 11 days. And just leaving Indianapolis today. Huh? And I received an order that I placed on 12/17/20 on 12/21/20. Not sure I'll be a returning customer anymore.
When I received my ornament, it was broken and the lettering was off centered. It was a heavy ornament and was wrapped and packaged in deflated bubble wrap. With what I paid for shipping, you would think it would've been packaged in a box, at minimal. Of course I immediately emailed the company and have emailed two more times since and have yet to receive a response. Obviously I'm not going to receive a replacement in time for Christmas, if at all. This is my last time ordering anything from them.
Ordered a gift of a cutting board for Christmas. After only a couple of uses it cracked in multiple places. Will not replace (its only been 6 weeks). Offered discount to order another. It looks beautiful but not usable.
They break down the shipment. It does not come altogether. I ordered a flag pole a bracket for it and the flag. They sent me a flag pole after a week and now they're saying it will be another week before I get other product which I don't even know if it's coming together.
My wife ordered us an ornament with pictures from our Wedding in July. The document that came with it clearly has an Mc for our last name, but the ornament itself the "c" looks like an "a"... there is a c in my first name so I know what the lower case c is supposed to look like.

I ordered a Christmas gift on Dec. 2nd. It took 10 days for a shipping label to be created. Then it was sent to Georgia and from there it went to Indiana. The address for delivery of this item is in Montana! How can this be an efficient way for an item to ship? I paid extra for postage but as it is, this item won't even make it for Christmas, if at all. I have emailed Personalization Mall with no response. Will not be ordering from this website again.

Total Rip Off! Better off going to ETSY. Bad customer service. Ordered something personal to celebrate a 20th wedding anniversary, it was a "This date compared to current date" Turns out if you want something like that you have to order it 2 years after the momentous date.
Total waste of money and time.
Oh and when you spend the ridiculous amount of money, they slap you in the face an send you a save 30% off coupon on your next order.
