I called when ordering the product and was given a date of delivery, still not here. I have called 3 times, one of which I was hung up on. The 2 calls I managed to complete were both contradicting information... Poor Training, Bad Info, Poor Customer Service.
I ordered 4 Custom pillows from PersonalizationMall for each of my cats (I know, crazy cat lady) and although I love many things about them, I just wish the material was a tiny bit better quality. It isn't horrible, just a little thinner than I'd wish. I would order again and I DO love them as does my husband. The Company sent good e-mails and tracking info and they arrived VERY quickly in time for Christmas. Website was easy to navigate and fun to create my personalized products.
Please don't use them. They screwed me over so badly. And at a very emotional time. Customer service didn't care one bit about their mistake and left me screwed. They lie and say they try to contact u but never did. I was left with no order and had zero time to get a replacement from anyone else. They never even let me know they cancelled. The site is full of lies. I am screwed for the funeral and have nothing I was supposed to have. I spent hours creating and doing everything correct and all waisted. I have to come empty handed now. They had no compassion for their customers whatsoever. I'm heartbroken
I've ordered products from them before and was satisfied with the quality, but do not order the lumbar pillow. The picture was blurry and colors were off, even though the pic I sent had a high resolution. Also, the pillow was so flat, I don't know how they call it a lumbar pillow as it had absolutely no support. I contacted them for a refund, and was asked to send pics, which I did, but no reply.
Best customer service I have had since covid. Postal worker through me package ten feet to the concrete porch and chipped my wedding cake topper with the wedding just a few days out. I emailed them on Saturday and they rushed me a new one that I received in Tuesday at no cost. Plus stayed in communication with me with email and text with new tracking info. The acrylic heart is high quality and beautiful far above what I expected.
I placed an order over a week ago and was informed that ECONOMY shipping will be delayed until July 31st. Really? The post office isn't closed and I paid for shipping... that just means they don't want to put it in the mail. Never ordering here again - this was a gift.
I have ordered many things over the years and while I have been generally satisfied with the product the one time I have had a delivery issue I have had zero help. The carrier said the problem is them and they will not return a call. Looks like this gift is not going to make it. So next time I will look for another site to do personalized work.

This site is a joke. Offered $1.99 Ornament, with a $13 shipping fee attached. I had nothing to buy for a family I don't know well so I went with this. Even paid $6.95 for a box I could have gotten at the dollar store. The box is glued shut so I can't even check the spelling. They are crazy with those shipping costs. You're fooling no one, you're making BANK on that. Never again. Not a chance.
Avoid ordering at all costs. I ordered a personalized wine case with accessories for a gift. The thing had fallen apart before I even opened it (the part holding the accessories had fallen off the lid). On top of that, the accessories themselves were scratched and missing chips of coating on them. Completely disappointing, was so excited about this gift. Not only that, but they also messed up the personalization part. I put a date but after the day and month, instead of a comma, they put a period. I double and tripled checked my order prior to putting it in. When I was previewing the personalization, I put a comma, even in my confirmation email, it's a comma. They messed up and put a period instead so now it looks weird. (My intentions and instructions were September 25,2021 but they put September 25.2021 instead).

I will have to admit that after reading all those terrible reviews i went ahead and bought a stuffed bunny with my daughters name on it, and against all odds I got a great product, so soft, good size, the letters are super cute, i got it on time. Absolutely loved it!

Some my exact same order got put in twice. I don't recall doing this or why I would ever do this. No one there thought to let me know something had gone wrong. Called for help they said no sorry it's "personalized no refunds" Completely rude to me on the phone and could care less about my problem now that they have an extra 200 bucks from me. What a waste! WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN! Even a simple sorry would have been nice but nope, just rudeness. Brutal!
I ordered my items Nov 28th and I still have not received my items.its Dec 17th
These are Christmas presents. I haven't received any notification only that it has been shipped Dec 1st since then it as not moved. By the end of this month I will be moving. I need to change the shipping to my new address. They charge my credit, that they did with no problem. I have called customer service, no luck. I have e-mailed many times and tried to call, only got the answer machine.
Now I have to buy gifts again. This really sucks. Not happy at all. I will never order from them again.

After reading all the horrible reviews I was scared that this website wasn't legit so I was really happy to see my package delivered and the robe I ordered was what I expected and the quality was perfect and they delivered to my door on Christmas Eve through FedEx Thank you!
P.S. The lettering of her name was exactly how we wanted it also! We will be doing business again with personalization mall again!

I am very unhappy with my recent experience with this company. I ordered a Christmas gift on Nov 5, and haven't received it. It says it was delivered via FedEx, however it is no where to be found. With Christmas only a few days away I have been trying repeatedly to talk to someone (emails, phone calls) and I've yet to hear from anyone! I was hoping to get this taken care of to get this gift by Christmas but I guess that won't happen and I'll be lucky to even talk to someone at this point.

This business is extremely corrupt. They sent my package to an address that I used 8 yrs ago. I placed an order with my new address and I am not sure how they got my old address since I always register as a guest. Since I didn't catch their mistake, I am out $50. They take absolutely no responsibility for their error. There costumer service reps are horrible and were no help. Think twice when ordering from this company. If they make a mistake, it is your fault.
I was a bit skeptic due to all the negative reviews on here. I ordered 2 heart shape photo ornaments the weekend prior to 'holiday week'. Not only did they come well packaged but they were also beautifully made and totally worth the money. I am very pleased with the service and the speediness and I will be back in the future. I think it all depends on where the location of shipping is but I'm very happy here in PA on 12/20 with beautiful gifts ready to give :)
They have the worst customer service I have received in a long time. I ordered marble bookends for a graduating law student that were personalized. When they arrived they were scratched badly and had a large white mark on them. Customer service told me to send in pictures and then replied that this was veining in the marble, and another set would look just like it. Then said, we hope to have your business again soon! Wow, really all in the same breath. I would not give these to anyone, they look so beat up. Not sure how I will afford to buy another graduation gift for my son, but I will not buy anything else from personalization mall.
I ordered some whiskey glasses with a quote from a friend who passed away recently. When I placed the order, I didn't realize that one of the words was spelled wrong. It was totally my fault. When the order arrived, I called personalization mall and not only did they fix the order, but they sent it back very quickly, so I was able to give the gift in a timely manner. They were wonderful to deal with and very quick to respond.

I ordered a personalized wooden plaque for my sons bar and a stand for it. WOW! I paid over 80.00 for the things i got and if i had known it looked this cheap and juvenile i would have gladly given him the money to get him something REALLY NICE. I am so disappointed with this $#*! i could cry! Speechless. No more to day
I truly had the best experience ordering from this company. From placing my order to the fix of a incorrect shipping address. I received my package in time for Mother's Day as promised and the blankets are beautiful! I will definitely be ordering from here again
