Ordered a bathrobe in November as a Christmas present still have not received it but they took my money. No response either from them. I will be reaching out to my lawyer and that states attorney generals office as well as the better business, so no one else gets taken advantage.

Scam. Look elsewhere

I ordered from them the day before Christmas. I found some unique ideas for great prices. Needless to say, I never received the gift I was going to give. Upon contacting them I asked for my money back. They responded by saying they would send me another one. Never arrived. Contacted them again and they refused to give me money back AND a tracking number. They know what their doing when it comes to stealing and fraud. Bad.

Rip off con artists

I bought my grandson a personalized baseball bat 4 months ago. It didn't reach him before his birthday due to some PO address problem so it came back to personalization mall. They were supposed to charge me another 5.95 to ship, but charged me for the bat all over again along with shipping charges! I will never do business with them again snd I have 23 grandchildren. Don't patronize them unless you you want to be ripped off!

I saw that they offered exedited shipping so I ordered a customized banner for my daughter's graduation party. I paid for next day shipping and the item didn't arrive until 5 days later. They would only refund my shipping. I wouldn't recommend this site. Go to local walmart photo center instead. Email said it'd be in on Friday. Just arrived today (Tues).

Their website is very difficult once you get to the payment screen. Cart went empty, never stated order was completed. Placed order again then saw two emails confirming order. I tried to reach them immediately and they were closed. Sent email immediately. Called the next morning the minute they opened and they refused to cancel the duplicate order. I asked them very nicely to do the right thing and she kept insisting that they would not cancel the duplicate order. I have called my credit card company and they will charge it back to them.

Horrible Service!

I ordered my wife a Christmas present on 11/27/20 and was told it shipped on 11/30. Last update was 12/4/20 sayi g ot was in the way to the shipper. No updates at all since then. I have tried to call them everyday for the past week and they keep saying call volumes are high and to try back later. I'm guessing they are so busy because no one is getting their packages! I also tried e-mailing with no response! What a joke of a company! Never doing business with them again... who knows how I will get my money back!

After waiting 3 weeks and another week of there company telling me it was still in transit. They finally decided to act. This was with opening an investigation for 5 days. Then remaking it and remailing it. Did not offer any upgraded mail so overall it took about 2 months to receive.

I cannot remember ever being so disgusted by an online shopping experience! I ordered a personalized coffee mug and plaque for my husband for Valentines Day and this company managed to get the entire order wrong and then proceeded to say it was my fault and they would not replace the items as if I don't know my wedding date! These people need to be reported to the BBB. Not only did they not care that they ruined my husbands gift, but to turn around and blame the customer for your own ineptitude is inexcusable! Do not buy from these people! Signed, angry and disappointed wife.

I ordered from this company before Thanksgiving. They sent a email stating that the item had been shipped but it hasn't moved since November 23. USPS still hasn't received it. I have reached out to this company 2 times now and get the same message. Since I chose economy shipping it will take 5 to 10 business days. It's been well over that. They are also using Covid as a excuse. So now I am beginning to wonder if I will ever receive it. Its a Christmas gift for my mom. Poor customer service. Don't promise something and not follow thru. I guess I am out of $65.

Purchased gifts for Christmas on December 6th. Received an update telling me the package was shipped. The ONLY other update I received was that the package has been sitting in York PA since December 12th- a full week ago. Finally spoke with someone on the phone who basically said "oh well, there are delays". Really? It takes more than 3 weeks to order gifts for Christmas? Run screaming. Use Etsy. Those folks give a $#*!.

Problem Resolved

I am updating my initial review. I was initially frustrated, but once the company became aware of the problem, the responded and promptly sent my order to me. I really like this company because they have very nice products. They indicated they will be making corrections with their shipping, which will fix the problems. I have always been happy with my orders and now that the problem is solved, I will definitely continue to order from them.

I would not deal with a company that leaches on to a reputable company as target Free Shipping. Go ahead and order something they will charge you shipping. Even sent email they said yes if I spend 55 dollars. Free shipping Be aware poor service. And... they waste your time... be very cautious...

We ordered on line from PersonalizationMal because it seemed like a good deal and fast shipping. Guess what... it has been over a month, order never came, they took my money and i am fighting this out with credit card company...

Wasted money, effort and time. Should've read the reviews first... they do get it right sometimes, but the luck was not on my side.

I've ordered personalized mugs, cups and golf balls, they all turned out amazing, loved them and they made great gifts. Sometimes I was not able to find what I was looking for online so its nice to be able to design your own gifts for friends and family. We ordered wedding labels, they turned out perfect, exactly what we wanted and could not find anywhere else. I've ordered cards for weddings & anniversaries and they all turned out great, were a reasonable price, even with shipping they were still on par with store prices... and they we personalized to each person or couple which made them more special than store bought.

I'm seeing terrible reviews regarding this site. I ordered a glass heart with my wedding vows engraved for my wife to be on our wedding day. Had I looked at the reviews before ordering I probably would not have ordered it. But I'm glad I did! Beautiful manuscript! Everything spelled out correctly just as I ordered it. Not a scratch on it or imperfection. When I showed it to my wife's bridesmaid she busted out in tears and told me how beautiful it was. It was delivered to me as promised on time. This was a very important gift that will last a lifetime for my wife and I. I'm Very happy with my order!

I think it's a case by case thing when it comes to shipping time. I live in Canada and this company rushed the products out to me just in time for Christmas - we are talking a very last minute order during the most busy time of the year... and they pulled it off!

One issue that I do have is that some of their products are restricted to US states. They blamed the weight/size restrictions on cross border shipping, but come on, I wanted to buy a teeny tiny light weight piece of jewlery. That's ridiculous. At least make up a better bs reason.

I received my "Touch Down" personalization travel mug today. Was very disappointed in the quality of the item. I paid $27.95 plus 6.99 s/h, total of 34.94. (personalization is suppose to be "free". The mug had cheap "football" looking paper poorly glued to the lower part of mug. Less than a week after I ordered it, the price went down to 19.55. You could get his mug anywhere for less than $10.00! I called "customer service" to express my concerns and ask about their return policy and the women hung up on me! This let me know that this company is a scam. I wouldn't give this cheap looking gift to anyone!

Got photo mugs as xmas gifts, poor quality. Emailed them to send replacements, Lisa M Pyko responded. She asked for photos of mugs. I emailed them, oh, not clear enough, so retake emailed them again, no response, emailed again... long story short, after 2 months, multiple emails, mugs not replaced nor refunded. Take your business elsewhere. Wish I read up on reviews before buying from them!
