Used this service to send a parcel to oz, sent on the 7th of September. Paid for guaranteed delivery by the 14th of September. It's now the 21st and it still hasn't arrived (which is beyond annoying as it's a birthday gift) I contact them and she says it's being held by customs as will be a customs charge. They didn't quote this in the original price, and claimed that because customs is out of their control they don't owe me a refund for the guaranteed delivery. They rip you off and can't even be bothered to deliver your parcel. Wouldn't use them again ever! Save your money and Agro!
I will never use this company. They never deliver my package, they returned to address I dont leave there anymore. The worse post company in the world. I will recommend people to dont use it

A large order of sustainable home products was packaged in the UK and shipped to France using Parcel 2 GO. After the first three notifications on the tracking site, we stopped seeing any further updates. After following up with Parcel 2 Go service team it became clear that our package had been "lost" or most likely stolen. Parcel 2 Go policy clearly states that enquiries of this nature ought to be completed within 7-14 business days. Our Enquiry Case was created on 19th May 2020, it is now 31st August 2020.
We insured the package under their Parcel Protection policy which clearly states that we are due to be reimbursed the total amount of GBP 480.00. Thus far Parcel 2 Go has attempted to offer us less than the total we are due. They have no legal right to deny us our full reimbursement. Parcel 2 Go's care of our package has been negligent, and their management of our claim has been neither fair, speedy nor, so far, legal.
Based on this experience I recommend avoiding Parcel 2 Go for any of your shipping needs. We are three months on from submitting our claim. They are barely responding to our communication efforts, and they are still refusing to refund our stolen package despite it being fully insured. They are contra to their own policies as well as the law.

The parcel collected was not porcelain and the porcelain was not damaged but the surrounding area was so I want compensation for that damage instead of just being cast aside like it does not matter
This tin pot company rejected a claim on an item they collected and destroyed and think they can just walk away from it! No wonder they have really bad reviews
Sent parcel 5th May 2020. Not received. Chased many many times with the automated 'service' not got anywhere. Paid for insurance on delivery, impossible to get a refund. Hence why I can only call you thieving bastards. Never every use this company.

Used Parcel2go service twice as a contingency shipping company and received terrible service on both occasions. I should've learned my lesson after the first time. Booked the service in 28th of June to send a parcel to my eBay customer with signed delivery, Parcel2Go wasted my time for a month before they eventually admitted that they have lost my parcel which was worth over £60. Had to refund my customer, deal with negative feedback on my eBay store. If anyone wants to use this service please think twice before giving away your hard earned money as there is no guarantee that it will be delivered. The most ridiculous part is that they offered only £20 to refund which is 1/3 of the parcel value. I only paid ~£10 for shipment
Posted a 12Kg parcel - 5 day delivery - never arrived - covered by insurance - sent required documents to prove it never arrived(?) - chased - chased again - chased again(!) - useless call centre / chat - OFFERED TO REBOOK THE DELIVERY! - spoke to claims - ADVISED NOTHING THEY COULD DO AS WITH MANAGEMENT - awaiting call back - NOW 2 MONTHS SINCE ORIGINAL PARCEL WAS POSTED - NOW 1 MONTH SINCE LOST CLAIM WAS PROCESSED - now awaiting some pathetic foreigner to ask another dumb question, like 'would you like me to rebook it' (even though it is confirmed lost and there is nothing to rebook). Maybe it's just me, but does anyone else see the problem here?
Perhaps just confirm its lost, admit to being useless, and pay the insurance? That's 1 management day - then they could have the rest of the month or two off.
Here's another joke - 'how many P2G managers does it take to establish that they have dropped a bollock and are unable to solve the issue?
I sent a parcel to Israel using this website, purchasing a guarantee for it to delivered on time. The parcel disappeared from the tracking service for three days. I had to contact the delivery company in Israel (TNT) in order to discover that the parcel arrived without the invoice and other docs. After paying the extra tax the parcel arrived 4 days late. A day later I received a request to pay for extra weight - it was claimed that the parcel I sent (1.1kg) weighed 16kg. When I tried to seek help and claim the "money back guarantee" there was no one to talk to, no form to fill, "live chat" not functioning and web pages sending me on circular journeys. Better send through an actual courier who tak some responsibility for their actions.
I paid for this service and also extra for next day delivery along with insurance, parcel was never collected let alone dispatched, they happily took my £9:00 and now no one is responding to me. Which company doesn't have a contact number in 2020

I sent a parcel back to a supplier, a £64 piece of pottery. I even insured it on the P2G website. A week later, it showed still in transit. Another week. Another week.
Eventually I contacted them and they said they couldn't find it (a 1m box!)
I put in a claim, but they kept requesting the same paperwork over and over. Proof of no-delivery? OK, look here on your website, the screenshot shows it isn't delivered!
'Ah, but we can't trust that, it's not always right.'
How can you argue against that. We don't trust our own delivery system...
Now the last day has arrived to finalise my claim. Goodbye money...

I sent a parcel P2G******* over a month ago, they claimed they couldn't find the address, a quick google showed the address as valid, apparently the parcel was then returned, after losing it a few times, there has been no update on the site for 11 days, I contacted their customer service (which is quite a joke) AGAIN, about that I have not my parcel back, reply "It is being returned" I asked when and where on earth is it, why is there no update, reply "It hasn't been returned to you" - oh the genius of that. So apparently for close to 2 weeks the parcel has been found but doesn't move, but it isn't lost and they don't know where it is or when I might get it back.
I left a review on Trustpilot, gave the parcel number, they then pestered me with a ton of questions, stuff they should know, regarding the number, my email, then more pointless questions just stalling for time, then reported the review as false (I did send Trustpilot the proof of purchase but since Parcel2Go pays them, not sure if that matters) and apparently that stops you from reviewing them in the future. What an upright and honest company, so as long as they claim your parcel isn't lost, despite the fact that it hasn't been delivered to the address or back to you (again they didn't even make a delivery attempt), you can't claim (so no point in insuring it if they won't let you claim) - they have no problem charging for a service they do not plan to deliver. Attached is my proof of purchase, however I have blanked out my address details as this is sensitive information!
Lost my parcel, took 30 days to finally tell me it was lost DO NOT USE. Horrible customer service. Will only refund for part of lost parcel despite getting the insurance.
If you want your parcel to get to where you want it to go your better driving, flying or whatever it takes yourself than using Parcel2Go. Rubbish service on every level.
I used Parcel2Go and paid extra for "Delivery Guarantee." Parcelforce didn't collect the parcel on the date agreed. As a consequence, the parcel wasn't delivered on the day it was expected. When I wanted to claim the refund*, I was told: "The delivery guarantee does not guarantee the collection date just the delivery time once the parcel has been collected." This means Parcel2Go and their partners have an incentive not to collect your parcel at all when they have the slightest doubt they can deliver it in the time agreed which in turn means you're better off without the guarantee!
* "If you purchase Delivery Guarantee, you will be entitled to a full refund of the carriage if your parcel is not delivered by the pre-agreed date."
My P2G******* parcel2go number is not working. I can't take it to the drop off point because they won't accept it for some reason. Try to talk to customers service and it's all robots! Unbelievable...
Answer: If the parcel is not tracked, this means that was collected without label or the barcode was not read In this situation, they will say that your parcel was not collected, so no refund for you, and your parcel is definitely lost
