No confirmation email! They took my payment and didn't send a confirmation email. Rubbish. Stay away! You'll have to deal with bots and generic customer help questions which lead nowhere!
Terrible company, bought extra compensation for some mugs I was sending via DHL and they smashed the whole parcel. Crockery isn't included with the compensation but they are quite happy to take your money so you presume it is! Will never use them or DHL again. Out of pocket for £40!
Sent parcel never arrived, customer service shocking. No telephone contact and never come back to you.
Order number - P2G*******. They hired Hermes. Hermes picked up and promptly lost one of the packages. I filed on Parcel2go. Customer service is awful. It is the most callous group of people sending automated replies that are so "canned" that it makes one realize that they do not care. The only contact i had with parcel2go is this email:

"You did not pay us for insurance so we are not bothering to find your package." There was no information that "we attempted to find your package". No personal contact to describe the efforts they were taking. There was no case person.
My conclusion: AVOID PARCEL2GO. Unless you want to see your shipment lost and to have them tell you to take a hike.
Update - more than two weeks after the first box showed up and after Parcel2Go gave up on the box, Hermes delivered the second box.
Absolutely hideous - used twice and managed to misplace both parcels. One actually got lost, then found, then a week later lost again, never to be found!
Tried to get you to take out expensive insurance. Parcel picked up straight away and that is last anyone knows of it. Do not use this "service" it is a con. They tell you are investigating but then nothing. You have been warned.
I used parcel2 go couriers to pick up a large mirrored tv unit. The item was picked up but never delivered. Apparently it got lost? How does a large item like that get lost. I contact customer service I send them all documentation they have sent me including a bank statement and it's still not enough. I paid insurance And still been a month and there arguing they haven't got enough proof. What more proof do they need. I will never use this service again I'm soo disgusted at there service.
Don't use this company. Gave full details for pick up of an eBay purchase from a company premises with manned despatch area.
Notification that they couldn't pick up the package. Had not tried. Another day same thing.
Kept checking the tracking and was the same on the 4th day but got a message from the seller that it had been collected!
A few days later it showed as being in my local despatch centre. Also spoke to p2g who confirmed this. A few days later it was delivered to the seller again.
She gave up and refunded me. So the £100 speaker I bagged for £23 was lost.
Bearing in mind I was working from home and was in the house all day every day we know they didn't try to deliver.
Emailed. Complained. By the time we figured out that the P2G hadn't logged it as a claim for a refund they said the 28 day deadline for the reclaim had passed.
Unbelievably incompetent.
If they respond with an excuse I am happy to post all of the screenshots emails and chat transcripts.

Parcel 2 Go - You book a parcel, they lose it, then they try hard as they can not to pay you back - what a service!
Problems came from slow customer service, this is an area that needs work. Parcel2go needs a contact phone number because customers need to know that someone is paying attention to their concerns
We have sent a parcel to Prague on 15th May 2020 and once the item arrived to Prague they never delivered it, used an excuse it was no addressee or address given which is false.
I have requested a refund on the delivery guarantee as well as asking a refund for my item im sendig to Prague and they refuse to do anything until the item is in progress.We tried to get in contact with P2Go on numerous occasion and they are refused to help and the only response is "we are very sorry for this rare incident". This happened the second time with this conpany and now we have to wait 8 weeks to get my item back and hopefully i can still get a refund however is not guaranteed and i will loose £300due to this poor company.
Parcel to Go is a false advertisement false promises and poor communication with poor customer service.
Used this company for years as it was easy but everytime there is a lost parcel or damage they make it as hard as possible to claim if you can actually get hold of them.
Sent a parcel and they smashed it in half. A Karcher carpet cleaner how hard is it to do that! Offer the £200 compensation but not the £19 I paid for the privilege! Use a company that values customer loyalty!

I ordered something and the sender, unfortunately, chose P2G.
They haven't updated the tracking for more than a day. I had to leave them a bad review on a different review site in order to tell me that they have updated the external tracking ( no care to tell me) and that I should check with Hermes. Needless to say, the external tracking doesnt work.
I will never, ever, use them again
Buyer beware if your do not have the receipt for the contents of parcel it is not covered if you make a claim. This is not stated clearly at the time when they are encouraging you to take out protection which is deceitful. Failure to deal with lose of a parcel, I had proof of posting, proof of non delivery, paid for additional protection and they refused claim because no receipt for the cost of item lost in post. It was a child's birthday gift a wooden toy and chocolate, value £20. No receipt kept it was a gift but sent them photographs of item from website (but bought in a shop). I completed the claim process but rejected. I have emailed them during the process but no reply to my emails. I have been a regular customer for years never claimed before but no more. It is the poor customer service and communication that is upsetting. No customer services or complaints contact details. Inaccessible company. Wasted hours jumping through hoops of their claim process, paid for a service and they lost the parcel. No sorry. A disgrace.
If you never believe anything else you ever read again, please believe this - DONT USE THIS COMPANY.
My package which was worth hundreds of pounds and was time sensitive for a customer got lost'. I booked the delivery through Parcels2Go and Hermes collected it from my shop, never gave me a tracking number and the buyer didn't receive it. For 3 months I was subjected to the most painful online chats (because they don't have a phone number) where various members of staff seem to take pleasure in stressing you out by asking what is the tracking number' over and over again, regardless of how many times you tell them you weren't given one, then to be told that they can't assist you and cut off the conversation. My parcel arrived 3 months after I sent it and the box was ripped to shreds. Who knows what that poor parcel had been subjected to during the time it was missing. Parcels2Go accepted no responsibility until I sent court papers. Then they promptly paid me plus the court submission fees. Trust me, don't even bother trying to have communication with these people' and resolve the issues. Hit them with court papers straight away. It's literally the only way you will get your money back. Don't waste your tome or stress levels on trying to reason with them, they will only mug you off.

There are a big scam.
I send my parcel with Hermes trough them and the parcel got lost in one of the Hubs.
The first problem was that I didn't got any uptades from them. Second problem is that there is nobody to speak.
Third, there are not making any effort to find you parcel if you didn't made the extra protection ( I'm not sure if thid will help, because I read now other reviews that wrote that there din; t got back the money).
So please don't use this provider if your money is precioud for you
This is now my second review for the same thing. I posted a parcel with parcel2go on 22nd April it is now 4th June. The parcel is lost, i have cover for £20 on the parcel, i have opened three cases for a lost parcel and the first one was closed 4 weeks ago saying the parcel had been found then i waited and nothing arrived, i then tried to open another lost parcel case to be told i wasn't aloud, i then went onto live chat and they said they had reopened it for me to which i never had any conformation, so i left it a few days and went back on live chat to be told the agent hadn't opened the case like they said they would so that agent reopened it for me and now just keep telling me to wait. I feel 6 weeks and 1 day is plenty of time to wait! I have just been on live chat to discuss this and was again told to wait and then parcel2go ended the chat before i had chance to reply. I am livid as there is no other way i can contact them and no other way to complain. MY PARCEL IS LOST! REFUND ME THE DELIVERY COST AND THE COST OF THE ITEM IN THE PARCEL. YOU HAVE NOT FULFILLED YOUR SIDE OF THE DELIVERY AGREEMENT.
I WILL CARRY ON WRITING THESE REVIEWS UNTIL SOMEONE EMAILS ME TO SORT THIS OUT!
