Sent a fully insured parcel from the UK to spain to a family member with various items worth around £30 plus £10 for the delivery. After 2 months they finally realise its been lost and ask for supporting documentation that its been lost, I send them loads of documents confirming what was inside and with the tracking status, etc. They refuse to refund because I didn't send them the correct documents for proof of what was inside, even though I did send "myEbay" screenshots and they told me that would be allowed. So I lost £40 on these thieves, Stay away

This company is awful. They lost two of my packages and refused to refund me the costs. Can't speak to anyone directly, only on live chat. Avoid this company at ALL costs. A waste of time and money.
For a business to lose 20 percent of parcels is just a bankruptcy... avoid them... their reply was that this is not often and they apologise. Not even refunded the cost of the delivery.
Don't bother with this company, unless you want to waste your money and time. They collected my parcel, lost it and couldn't even refund the money paid for the service/ postage. There's a reason their prices are cheap.
The problem is that after a month they still haven't delivered my Parcel that i sent on the 22nd April. Whats worse is now can't find it - Perhaps I should try looking on Ebay for my missing laptop I stand a better chance of finding it!
You can't speak to anyone except by web chat and you can't talk to Hermes directly. I suggest you pay a bit more and use Royal Mail for peace of mind.

Parcel2Go arranged it through Parcelforce at £90 less than booking it direct. The parcel was collected on a Monday, as arranged, and delivered the following Monday, with tracking throughout the journey. And that during the Covid-19 lockdown.
I couldn't be happier with the service.
Dreadfull company policies, realy bad service, customer service diabolical.one star is to good for this bunch of rip off merchants, should have read all the reviews before using them I suppose, won't be using them again and I will be surprised if they are still in buisiness before the end of the year.
Poor service, destroyed 2 statues a week or so apart, not insured as prohibited items pretty much exclude anything you may want to post, so be warned, your items are probably not insured even if you paid extra for that, and they disrespect your items whilst in transit so all that gets delivered is rubbish fit for landfill. Pay a little extra elsewhere..
Driver sighnd my parcel but i never resived it. It was a part for my car i really needed ive been waiting and waiting then find out driver sighnd it.
I paid the postage cost and my item price to a seller who I asked him to send my parcel. I received a broken overlocker sealed by hermes packaging trough parcel 2 go. I complained and requested my compensation via numerous emails, they kept ignoring my request despite they charge me £1.5 extra on booking to guarantee my parcel would be delivered safely. I ended up to buy the broken part for another £70 from Us plus labour fee to replace the part. Awful company, avoid them
I sent a microphone worth £1500 with parcel2go and fully insured it with them which cost me an extra £120, this was in November 2019 and they lost it, its now may and they said I could claim but asked me for proof of purchase, I bought the microphone 20 years ago so don't have this paperwork so they are now saying I can't claim, ive spent 6 months trying to deal with this and they just keep ignoring me
No contact email let alone phone number if its not one of their listed topics. Stupid driver kept delivering after 5 pm every day to a hospital work address. Durrrr
Absolutely dreadful service. I rarely leave reviews for companies, good service or bad, but had a shocking experience with this company and I lost so much money I want others to avoid similar appalling service.
Was a first time user through a referral code from a friend with 20% off. As I had several orders to deliver, I thought I would take advantage. I sent 12 items on the same day.
4 of them arrived damaged or smashed, despite being extremely well packaged (1 item was in 6 layers of bubble wrap). Tried contacting their customer agents on their live chat - beyond useless, giving contradicting information about claims, do anything to stop you getting your money back even if you have insurance or not. Send you around the bend and do anything to avoid paying out.
Also - watch out as I have heard they sometimes fraudulently say a parcel is oversized and then charge surcharges and ask you to provide pictures of the item you posted to prove it measured correctly (?!), even when it was correctly measured.
Simple answer - DO NOT USE this platform, go directly to the parcel operators like Hermes, DPD, Yodel, Royal Mail who offer much better customer service and protection. Moral of the story - this service is cheap, but their customer service and aftercare is shocking if anything goes wrong. AVOID AT ALL COSTS (literally!).
Only gave a 1star because 0 wasnt an option, when they lose a parcel they wont pay, they make it i. Possible to claim even though it was insured AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Increases the price during the delivery booking process, compensation is a myth with this company. My parcel was broken by hermes delivery service they had packed and delivered a damaged item to me and referred me for compensation to the seller, unbelievably irresponsible company, stay away
Zero stars if I could. Possibly the worst courier service I have ever booked with.
Don't use them. SIMPLE. Their website states confirmed pickups and drop offs. We booked next day delivery. This means pick up Monday and deliver Tuesday.
Not pickup Tuesday because the courier couldn't be arsed and deliver Thursday.
I complained only to be fobbed off by a poorly spoken foreigners whom couldn't give a toss. Cancel or rebook... I don't care attitude. CRAP SERVICE.

Next day means next day. Fast forward two days later, another courier arrives to collect the same parcel. I feel for the couriers, their office needs shutting down.

Still waiting wrong parcel delivered on 2/4/2020. So got someone else parcel here which I've contacted directly and they have confirmed that they have my parcel. So my stuff is on the other side of the country. I can't get the job finished on my car. Wasting my time. Been over a week now with no update so not been rebooked or anything.
Paid for next day delivery that never happened then after 2 full days of chasing them was told it would be within the next 6 days...! No apology given and the response was very copy and paste, after waiting 4 more days with no communication whatsoever and many more hours of chasing them up we were told they attempted to pick up the parcel and that there was nobody home, this was a complete LIE.! Then we were told they would try to pick it up again the following day even though they had LIED about trying to pick it up the first time...! Guess what happened next, the next day comes and nothing yet again...! Now in the process of chading a refund as I had to arrange for a far more competent company to deliver the package, this disgusting company should not be used or trusted by anybody and even if only one other person does not use this company the world would be a better place, AVOID AVOID AVOID...!
Parcel went to Hermes to deliver to customer. Not received them lost in Hermes system. Hermes found it then allegedly were going to send it back to me. Parcel2go then simply closed the case. BUT it never arrived and I can't get any change out of P2G. No contact number etc. I then go on their live chat and they say I'll here back in 1-2 days. Week later nothing. Appaling customer service
Answer: If the parcel is not tracked, this means that was collected without label or the barcode was not read In this situation, they will say that your parcel was not collected, so no refund for you, and your parcel is definitely lost
