Terrible company, unreliable, disgusting attitude. Never use your service again. NOT RECOMMENDED TO ANYONE!
I feel powerless how one company treats people`s personal property so carelessly, destroying people`s personal things without bothering to inform the owners of the package at all. Without asking if you want to get your products back, whether they are okay or not. You take them and just destroy them. I ask why? Don`t you think that I have doubts that you actually took my expensive treatment preparation and you are trying to convince me at the moment, that you do not know what happened etc?
I really want to see some evidence, is it a picture or some kind of testimony, that my packaging was damaged and things were broken inside and you haven't taken them. I want some evidence of what happened to MY things, what you innocently destroyed.
You said that some liquid came from there, which is a lie, because there was nothing in my belongings that contained liquid. I can confirm with the papers that the package that came the previous day from Texcom was delivered to the DPD post next day. Also I have confirmations of bank statements. Is your company so unreliable that if I dont insure the contents in exact amount, it wont arrive or will be destroyed?

In addition, I have a question as to why, for my part, I must begin to investigate, where my consignment is located without you bothering to inform me, that things had already been destroyed by that time? We investigated the status of our package, not that you signaled it yourself.
My child's health has been insanely affected by this whole situation, and you must take responsibility for your action. I have never experienced such problems with other companies.
I have used Parcels2Go on odd occasions and they were fine. But when things go wrong that is the time to see how companies cope. I sent an iphone through this company. When it arrived the iphone itself was missing, only the packaging remained, with the sellotape neatly sliced with a knife- obviously stolen at some point in its journey.
I tried to get hold of the Customer service department to find out what was happened. This proved incredibly difficult. It is not possible to speak to a person in Parcel2Go. The only action possible is to go through the CHAT. I had three chats and asked for someone to phone me back. I was told someone will call you within 2 hours. They didn't. I was then told they would phone me before 4pm. They didn't. I was then told they would phone the next day. And guess what? Yes you are correct. They didn't.
That is not the fault of the call centre girl It is directly down to the CEO James Greenbury who obviously does not care about customers. He is the reason that Customer Care is non-existent in his company.
Never use this company in future.
They have lost/stolen my parcel. They make big profits but don't support their customers. They feel it is your fault for not taking extra insurance out for them to complete the service you are paying them to do.

The parcel was dropped in the shop and never moved from there.
After 2 weeks I open the case and they took 4 weeks to tell me that it was lost.

I've chose a TNT service, item arrived at destination with a 200 pound bill from FEDEX w/o showing any reasons what the charges were for. Customer service live chat only copy pastes their TOS. No compensation or refund. 25 days have passed they are unable get a bill from fedex for the charges. Item will soon get destroyed. This should be ilegal. To allow them to operate in UK. FEDEX claimed item was sent to be payed on delivery.
Booked a collection and delivery 1-2 days service for 3 parcels
They collected all good, delivered 1 parcel only. Two weeks later no delivery and no contact. I raised an enquiry (dont bother - waste of time). They closed the enquiry stating they would deliver the next day as they had found my parcel. 5 days on still no delivery and I know I have been lied to. They currently do not know where the parcels are, when they will be delivered or even if they will ever be delivered and yet they emailed me telling me they had found them. Not to be trusted the worst in the business and shouldn't be trading.
Currently about to pursue them through small claims court to recover my losses seeing as they can't phone anybody and don't care.
P2G******* this my collection ref. Number booked two times they managed to miss collection in both occasions, ok that can happen? Well you have no way to contact them no phone number no emails! So you are frustrated wishing
You had paid one pound more with one other company well not Hermes as they where able to make disappear a Christmas present to poor immigrants kids in Spain, lost.
An absolute shambles, item returned broken even though I used more polystyrene to shield it Than I should have needed. Box got ripped, corners and sides bashed and recellotaped by someone to hold it together. They contracted out to yodel but neither company excepts responsibility. Time to close these flyby night courier firms Down.
Use parcel 2 go for the first time to send a parcel to UK weighting 18kg, great service, send it in Thursday and just arrived on Monday very good value for money will def use this company again and reccomend to friends and family thanks parcel 2 go :)
They took my payment £17 but the label did not show, they then sent a label but it did not include a customs label. So even though their tracking showed delivered it has not been because they gave me the wrong tracking number so it took 3 weeks to find out it is stuck in customs in China. They have washed there hands of this and will not take responsibility or refund even though I paid them extra in the beginning to refund if parcel never arrived. They should not be allowed to trade.
I've paid for a service that cannot be carried out at the best of their abilities as a company, let me down badly 3 packages made with fragile label and arrived all damaged although paid for protection, I've lost my claims becouse they only protect for loss and not damage caused by mishandling delicate parcel. Im an online seller where need to refund buyer for damaged product during transportation, although buyer is protect seller are left with a loss. I paid for a service and a protection POLICY to handle my parcel with care, i have entrusted to them my valuables to be handle with care not to damage it in the process. Been let down too many times.
Would rather give no stars a bunch of crooks! Sent revision materials to Botswana on 8. 9. 20 with gaurenteed delivery on 11. 9. 20. The parcel has remained in Gaborone for 5 to 6 weeks! All they do is give you excuses from a script. I am now demanding a full refund of the approx £50 delivery and insurance costs plus £50 costs of revision materials. It is 22. 10. 20 and exams have started today so these materials are now redundant.
Basically goods not delivered start enquiry wait 14 days, follow up wait 14 days, can't talk to them no idea where my parcel went, or any follow up and haven't paid me back. Reckon judging on review they steal good and sell on and make their money that way. Employ only online chat no phone numbers. Should advertise we steal your goods and never get back to you or contact you again. Why do reputable firms like Parcelforce use them for their advice will make parcelforce a national disgrace.
I paid extra for a package of value £259. They lost it. Took 2 weeks for them to admit they lost it. Then they declared that despite me paying for insurance they're not insured themselves, they underwrite this service themselves, and asked me to prove that the item was not delivered. Despite their own tracker showing it was not delivered. They then stated that there is no timeline for them settling the claim. And two months on I'm still waiting.
Don't use this company as they are absolutely horrible. Need to do more to keep the very few customers they have.
Damaged item, dont pay out compensation despite cover. Customer service is shocking they wasted time asking for this and that before telling me 2 weeks later they wouldn't compensate for an item they damaged. Avoid this company at all costs, you have been warned.
Terrible company
Terrible company P2G*******, P2G*******,: P2G*******. These are just three recent claims for lost parcels. When you make a claim, they take weeks to reply and then lie to you saying the parcel has been found and will be delivered. It however does not. Or they tell you the customer refused delivery and it is being returned, another lie. They just use any tactic possible to delay and cancel your claim.
Meanwhile you have to send replacements with Royal mail signed and get AtoZ claims from Amazon customers.
If you are a business selling online, especially into Europe, use this company at your peril

It used to be a good company, 7 out of 8 parcels I sent destroyed and missing items, no refund at all, asking for receipt of items they stolen from my parcels, every parcel was opened and pushed out of the van in front of me, costumer service? You are talking to a robot... "oh I'm sorry, can you please give me the reference number? One parcel was lost, there was a very expensive racing bike which I think they kept for themselves. Claimed damage for 7 parcel but they only open one case and keep asking "we need more documents" every time you submit the documents.
Send a parcel through parcel2go. It was picked up for delivery on the 28th of August. I have contacted the company on numerous occasions and was told exactly the same thing each time. Then was told parcel was missing, yesterday received an e mail saying it was found and been sent back to me.!
Was guaranteed prompt delivery, and I certainly didn't receive it.
Answer: If the parcel is not tracked, this means that was collected without label or the barcode was not read In this situation, they will say that your parcel was not collected, so no refund for you, and your parcel is definitely lost
