Item picked up by collect plus(yodel),
Then given to 3rd party courier who takes to wrong address, now turns out
Have lost parcel, carnt ring parcel 2go,
Yodel contact center is in South Africa
Who are totally useless they can only e mail back to uk, LIFE LESSON PAY EXTRA TAKE TO POST OFFICE AVOID
YODEL /PARCELS TO GO.
