The start of my troubles back in February I had two parcels to be collected from my home address the couriers never turned up so had to rebook my collections' couriers still never turned up so I left bad feed back on trust pilot they then got in touch saying they would sort out my problem and upgrade my service as by way of some sort of compensation for my troubles my parcels did get collected and I got a message to say they had been delivered to my customers, after a week one of my customers said they still hadn't received there purchased items from me so I done some investigation through parcel to go they opened up a case and said it could take up to seven days to get a reply from them with the outcome of their findings so after ten days now no reply and I've even sent them messages asking for a reply still nothing, such a bad company to deal with and trust it's dam right disgusting and incompetent they won't be in business long I hope I've told everyone that I know not to use them anymore and they are supporting me by switching to other companies YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

Do not use

I sent a parcel abroad with parcels to go, when the parcel arrived the contents had been reboxed and some had been removed, i raised a claim with them. They requested information for the claim, I attached all the information they required, they then said that the proof of purchase that i sent was not acceptable as they were invoices! They said I must submit proof of purchase by 1st Mar, went on today 27th Feb to give them more info, they closed my case yesterday due to lack of activity. Would like to say what I really feel about this company but it would probably get censored. I will not use them or recommend them to any body I like.

Hopeless

Parcel2Go is hopeless.
If you must use their website, use it to get a price, then go direct to the courier.
The company hides behind a Live Chat screen. Email is not an option, the live chat appears friendly, but is hopeless, with many empty promises. If you try to send out of the country, expect your order to be cancelled, without any reason being given, if you are that desperate to use P2G, enure your TARIC numbers have no spaces.
Do NOT expect any customer support/help if anything goes wrong - there is none available.

Lost my parcel

Spent over 10 hours in total contacting p2g's customer service, first they ''accidentaly'' switched the addresses up and sent the parcel back to the sender, then now after 2 months of waiting for it to send to me they told me that they have lost the parcel. Worst service ever

They are the worse company to deal with. They have no way of contacting them, if you leave a Twitter message they ignore it. If you email them they ignore it. WHERE IS THE LAW PROTECTING US FROM THESE SCAM COMPANIES?

Catastrophe

A catastrophe, I absolutely do not recommend it, I bought extra protection that P2G offered me due to the value of the shipment and the content, the parcels arrived massacred, I contacted P2G a few times, I sent them pictures of the damage but my complaint was rejected due to the content, so where is there logic? They offer you extra protection in terms of value and content, and when the shipment is damaged, they reject complaints and do not pay compensation for damaged property. I hired a lawyer to handle this case already. Parcel lost, claim refused
Hate leaving bad reviews but so fed up with these guys. My story sent some unsented candles to my mother in-law as a present. I followed tracking item collected from one of the lockers you drop parcel into. Then nothing, raised a claim which took weeks then for claim to be refused as a banned item to ship. Why and where is there a reason not to be able to ship candles. I'm sure they make up unfair lists so they don't have to pay out on a fair claim. Also item was shipped and declared as candles when i booked the service so why not then refuse to ship, paid for insurance as well. Very one sided service an in my opinion I am being conned. Will never use again. Very unhappy customer. Site is also nearly impossible to speak or get a reply from anyone tried many times.

No wonder Parcels 2 Go refuse to offer us reimbursement for a lost delivery - they're probably financially crippled what with their overheads in buying fake Trustpilot reviews. Cowboys at best, a scam at worst.

In essence: Because they book collections with couriers in their own name, you can never claim compensation with the couriers directly (they will redirect you to Parcels 2 Go), and Parcels 2 Go have refused our claims on both occasions, so we are out of pocket to the tune of £1k. Stay clear!

Worst service ever
February 2, 2021

Impossible to speak with anyone(customer service) after beeing in the chat almost an hour talk to someone and they are not informed,
I sent few parcels from UK to Spain, for almost 300 pounds, now they want me to charge for each box 100€, because of the VAT, Brexit etc.
I paid for the whole service, they should have informed about this before, they already knew about the Brexit 2 weeks ago.
My friend used a different company the same week and received everything! Without paying any extra money
See attached the live chat, 24/7! Ridiculous

DO NOT USE Parcel2Go. They lost my parcel and i opened a claim then.It is now 2 months later and still have no answer or compensation. I am waiting 2 months and they did not contact me at all to update me and they did nothing to try and find my parcel. I tried to contact them but their is no email or phone number only chat which is hidden in their website. I was passed to 5 different people and started the process again with each person. I was on chat for 2 hours and achieved nothing not even a refund of the postage cost. They finally closed the conversation on me. I have not only lost my parcel my business has lost custom and it has cost me hours of my time and a great deal of stress. Choose another courier, Parcel2Go are crooks!

Avoid! Robbery! Hidden costs! I sent a parcel to Italy, I paid for it and upon delivery, the recipient was asked to pay twice as much. Apparently, the new customs duties after Brexit. P2G doesn't let you know that there are extra costs. On the last, the recipient is informed that he must pay a very large amount otherwise the package will be destroyed. They seem to have the lowest prices, but in the end you end up paying three times more. It's a trap, be aware!

Pretty disgusted with this company. I've been using them extensively in the past and have spent a lot of money with them. I decided to post some valuable hand made toy cars for a young relative's birthday due to lockdown travel restrictions and packed the boxes securely with loads of bubble wrap and foam peanuts. I was concerned about the toys getting damaged so paid an extra 50GBP for insurance to protect them for the 600GBP they were worth. Sadly when the package arrived the contents were wrecked to pieces as the boxes had clearly been kicked and thrown around extensively by UPS. When I requested my claim and provided all the evidence I was categorically refused any compensation based on semantics and small print. They claimed that the toy cars were not toys but models / kits and consequently not covered for damages due to their terms and conditions. I am absolutely flabbergasted and disgusted. Completely disgraceful and my young relative has 600GBP of damage which is unrepairable. Fuming.

Avoid them!

Giving one start because I can't give 0. The delivery company "lost" my parcel and parcel2go did nothing to help me. I contacted with the courier who gave me a lot more information that parcel2go who said they were "unable" to contact the courier. Had to open an enquiry twice because the closed the first one "by mistake". Trying to trick me and refused to give me my money back even when I gave them proof of value of my parcel and non delivery of it. Cheaters and thieves! Be aware of them!

SENT A PARCEL TO NETHERLANDS BY P2G, THEY PICKED UP FINE ON 29/12, ON 4/01/21 I NOTICED ON TRACKING THAT IT SAYS 'RETURN TO CUSTOMER REQUESTED' I HAD NOT REQUESTED RETURN... TRIED TO RING THEM BUT COULDN'T OBTAIN A PHONE MUMBER. EVENTUALLY THROUGH THEIR LIVE HELP WAS TOLD 'PROBLEM AT DOCKS', I SAID NOT MY PROBLEM BUT YOURS... NOT TOLD WHEN I WOULD GET MY PARCEL BACK AND WHEN REFUND AVAILABLE,,,, SHOCKING SERVICE MY RECIPIENT DISAPPOINTED AND MIGHT CANCEL

BIG LET DOWN

Due to Covid 19 decided to send our christmas presents to our grandchildren. Completed all the information and paid. Collection was to be on 29th Dec and delivered on 31st/1st Jan. We were desperate the grandchildren received their presents before start of school.
We waited in all day as they only say collection between 9.00 and 17.30. Nobody came. The following day we re-visited the website. No valid telephone number and just answers saying experiencing delays. There are two very disappointed grandchildren today. We will never use Parcel2Go again. No communication or update made regarding the order. No way we can contact them without it just being automated. A very disgruntled customer. Wish I had looked at the reviews first would never have used them. Linda and Richard. Essex. Ps To top it all they want me to send an image of Proof of purchase!

Parcel2go is daylight robbery
December 27, 2020

My parcel from Manchester to London should have arrived on 11/12/20 but now it's 28/12/20 and no response from my request for help from Parcel2go. So my parcel has been lost in their depot for 16 days and counting. Or it has been stolen from within the depot, in which case I will need information of last handler to log with police for a crime number. The website is a joke, the tracking Help page says "click button below for live help" but there's no button! I looked at their HQ on maps and it's just shared office space in Bolton. I wish I'd done more research on them before using their dreadful "service". I resent having to even click on a review star to get this review logged.

I took Parcel2go to Small Claims Court (Claim No 182MC121) and won.

Parcel2go have credited my account in full

My Complaint:

Parcel2go couldn't determine if my parcel was lost or still held at Hermes Depot. Either way, my parcel was not delivered or returned. I didn't have proof of purchase for the item I had posted. It was not made clear that I needed proof of purchase at the point when I was invited to pay extra for their Parcel Protection.

When I took up the option of Parcel Protection there were no details available anywhere about the extent of protection or the potential barriers to making any claims. There was no time line or process set out for making a claim. Nor was there a statement indicating that without proof of an original purchase by me, parcel protection would not in fact be valid. It's this point that I took issue with at the Small Claims Court.
