The guy in charge of the Fear of God release at the King of Prussia location was terrible. If I'm spending money in your store, the least I expect is for someone to help me. The guy in charge was terrible and gave me an attitude. He also told me not to remove the Fear of God stuff from the hanger, that there were no try-ons and that I also couldn't hold it up to see if it fit. So no try on and also no return? Absolute trash. Most of the workers were in bad moods. This whole experienced turn me off from buying anything else even though I wanted to. For not being a designer store, you guys are overboard and too hype to be doing all of this. I was waiting for someone to approach me when I asked for help and no one did but the long hair guy eventually came out and asked me if someone was helping me. The guy was cool but the guy in charge of fog doesn't deserve to be in charge and this is coming from someone who has worked at awful places before. They don't even treat me like this at actual high end and streetwear stores even if I look broke. You guys suck.
DO NOT ORDER FROM PAC SUN - I ordered some jeans off of my cousin's Christmas wish list and they cancelled my order without even notifying me. I placed the order on 12/8 so it could come in time for Christmas and it is now 12/20. When I check the tracking on their website, it says that my order is being processed at the warehouse. I am on the phone with Customer Service right now (who does not speak very good English and keeps repeating herself) and she is not being very helpful at all. She told me that they cancelled my order due to it being backordered. I never received an email or a phone call with this information. I am so disappointed that my cousin will not get the Christmas gift that she wanted due to poor management and customer service of this company. CUSTOMER SERVICE WILL GET YOU NO WHERE & HAVE THE WORST BROKEN ENGLISH.

I have had the most horrible and disgusting experience with PacSun concerning a recent order I placed on Cyber Monday! After a mishap I was promised an email with my order confirmation AFTER someone CANCELED my order with a $30 gift certificate for my troubles! That was on Thursday it is now Sunday and after calling every day ever since I am STILL WAITING for the PROMISED email! I've spoken to a bunch of representatives from their Philippine's call center. I've spoken to Janet, Andy, to name a few and was promised resolution by supervisor Kent but still nothing! Thank you PacSun for ruining my son's Christmas!
Shipping sucks and it takes forever to get here. DO NOT order from here. Save your money and order from somewhere else. I've been waiting 2 weeks for my stupid package.
I would rate this -1 if I could. Pacsun is so terrible with returns. I bought something and ended up returning because I ended up changing my mind. THEY DO NOT GIVE FULL REFUNDS ANYMORE THEY TAKE OUT MONEY FOR REFUNDS! WTF... won't be buying here anymore. Try Tilly's you guys! Pacsun is straight trash.
I just bought one pair of Vans shoes and a DBZ shirt because it was on sale. I did not know Pacsun warehouse will take forever to receive an order made online.
Today on august 4th 2017... I was at the pacsun located in Woodbury commons/central valley ny At approx 8:50 when the manager put her hands UPON me... I had several witnesses see the incident when I asked her for coporates number she then rudely went and go the number. When I asked for her name she said I don't have to disclose this information DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS!
Hate to say this, but man they are the worse. I ordered a physical gift card to be sent to me for a Christmas gift way back in the first week and a half of December and still never came. I check the email and find the button that says track your order. Check that, it just says the supposed day it was shipped. No updates or actual tracking information or number. I message through Facebook with no reply even days later. I email and receive a response a few days later that says they will escalate it and someone will contact me soon within the next day, still nothing. Called each day for the last 4 days and still nothing they keep saying someone will reach out to you within 8 hours, never has that happened. Tried to change it to an e-gift card once and that was supposed to be emailed to me later that day, still nothing. I called again today and requested a refund, they said they could send me an e-gift card today, I didn't believe that for a second. So, I had them put in a refund for me. I bet I will actually get my refund when pigs fly. The craziest runaround ever for a simple gift card, and I doubt this will end, as I will probably have to have them on speed-dial to get my actual refund. I hope everyone sees this review and doesn't have to suffer with this the way I did. In my experience ordering something from them online is the same as setting your money on fire. Except you have to call them after they set your money on fire.
On March 8,2019, around 5:30 am - 6:00 am eastern time, I made a purchase of three items and paid extra so it can be delivery within two days. I'm thinking the company is keeping up with my items and shipped them correctly. It's Tuesday and no items arrive, I check online and only one item was ship the entire time out of the three. I call the headquarters in California in spoke with Mike the supervisor, he was very rude and disrespectful. He did not care about the company standards or goals or meet expectations. He had me on speaker too while others can hear and laughing in the background. He could not seem to figure out what's going on or why the company made this mistake of not shipping all three items. He could not find no solution, it's not a error I made it's the company and he could not get anything done, yet, he calls himself a supervisor. The two items still have not arrived, they are expected to get here on March 25, two whole weeks later and I made the order on the 8th with the two day delivery. Mike made my experience the worst that I will no longer be a loyal customer to PacSun. I do not recommend!
They just lost a loyal customer who usually spends a couple hundred dollars here. They just removed the free ship to store option without notice and during a new sale.
Was a little worried about buying from all the reviews but I ordered 3 shirts and they shipped it internationally within 2 weeks, which is fast compared to other companies.
Got a text message from PacSun about a great promo/sale - but ONE pair of shorts, get TWO free. Wow! Awesome. I click the link. I put three pairs of shorts in the cart but nothing happens. I open a chat and explain what happened. She tells me the promo expired but she would honor it because the link still worked. I expected the price to reflect correctly then but she said that I would pay the full price and then once the order shipped, I could chat again and ask them to refund me my money. She also said she put notes in the system so i had no reason to worry. I didn't like this but she assured me many times that everything would be fine. I agreed to take her word for it and because I had screenshots of everything to back me up. The shorts shipped and I contacted chat again and I got called a liar. I sent screenshots of the text message and the chat with previous person. This new person called me a liar and said that they NEVER had such a promo. I sent proof. I sent chats. I sent the text messages from their company. Nope. He didn't believe me and said he would need to start an internal investigation. I called and spoke to someone else and that person looked at the notes and LO AND BEHOLD they were able to see the notes from the previous person and refunded me for the two shorts that were supposed to be free. Tony, the chat customer rep, is TERRIBLE and shouldn't be working in customer service. So mad!

NEVER GOT MY ORDER! EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! I will NEVER order from Pac Sun again, as long as I live! My order was NEVER delivered to my house because PAC SUN had the wrong ZIP code on my address (i gave the CORRECT ZIP when I ordered), so it was delivered miles and miles away in North Jersey. Pac sun will NOT refund my money OR send new merchandise out to me. I was told to file a police report and the police said they cannot do anything because the address was NOT MY ADDRESS on package. CLEARLY IT IS PAC SUNS FAULT. There goes $300 DOWN THE TOILET.
I ordered a jacket for christmas, it was too small, returned it on 1/4 asking for the next size up.
1/12 package arrives at their processing center
1/24 no further tracking information, so I contact them asking when I would be seeing my package. They tell me "it will be processed on or before 1/24, once processed please allow 1-2 business days to pack and prepare the shipment. It will ship out 2nd day FedEx, and you should receive it in 2-3 business days." okay, so I should see it about 1/31.
2/6 still haven't seen my package. Contact them again asking for a tracking number. They reply "please provide us the item and size you prefer for us to process your exchange" wait, wtf, 1-that information was on the return slip I included with my returned package. 2-this step was supposed to be completed on 1/24.3- if there was not enough information provided on the return slip, you have all my information and should have contacted me.
I don't know what went wrong with my order, or if the staff is always this worthless. But this was a ball dropped by multiple people across multiple departments, so that says to me there is something very wrong with how this place is being managed. Don't waste your time or money here. This is the absolute worst exchange/ return process I have ever been a part of. And I will never waste my time or money here, in store or online, again.
I went to my local PacSun, but the selection wasn't as good as I remember. They don't have some of the brands that I got last time I was there, so I decided to try there site. Ordered a few pieces of apparel off the site to see if the buying experience matched their selection. Three of the four items shipped in decent time and arrived in the given window. The fourth item was from a different vendor so it took longer, but when it arrived I opened it to find they had shipped me the wrong shirt. It was the right brand, color, and size, but it wasn't the the shirt I ordered. I contacted support and they told me that they were sorry I was shipped the wrong item, and that the one I ordered was out of stock. They said they would refund me, and asked me to ship the shirt I had received back with a provided shipping label. Thing is, this means they shipped the shirt I ordered to the wrong person, meaning two people didn't get what they ordered, one of those people being me. Ended up settling for what the sent me, but it wasn't a great first experience ordering from them. Knowing I might get shipped the wrong stuff whenever I order from them doesn't give me a ton of confidence in their site.
So... placed an order on 12/5 for 2 pairs of jeans (since they didn't have his size in store) hoping they would be here for Christmas- WRONG! I've called several times and tracked my order and it only said "Processing order in Warehouse" so finally got someone on the phone today 12/23 to tell me the order has been CANCELED (no email communication) and he said it was due to the shipping and billing addresses not matching. What the heck?! Would've been nice to get some type of email saying they cancelled so I could get his jeans elsewhere. Oh AND they still have a "hold" on the money from my account... I've never in my life experienced such crap from a company! Whatever you doDO NOT ORDER FROM PACSUNEVER!
I literally bought so much stuff for very cheap online for cyber monday and they never even sent my package i called them and they started accusing me of lying and i even had a credit card statement so they basically took my money and told me I never clicked the confirm order button even though i did... NEVER BUYING HERE AGAIN

I ordered two Adidas tennis skirts in 2 different sizes one was delivered in an opened package and instead of sending what I asked and paid for they decided I needed a shirt, an ugly pac sun muscle shirt at that, so they had the NERVE to tell me to send the shirt back and I would then receive a refund of the skirt that's no longer in stock. NOT HAPPENING! So then they say will send u a gift cert for 30% off guess what on Pac sun merchandise Only! I am over it, WILL NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER SHOP OR RECOMMEND
Answer: I wouldn't risk it... a lot of people including me experience really slow, bad shipping from pacsun. I ordered 2 bags in the middle of June and they didn't arrive until the beginning of august. I don't know if that was because of the sale they had that day, but from the other bad reviews on this page I can see this happens often no matter what day it is. I'm pretty dissapointed because I ordered a backpack for school last week and still haven't received it yet... next time I'll probbaly order from another company, I've learned from my mistakes.
Answer: YES, they are very authentic. They are my favorite store and if you don't want to buy online, you can go instore which is where many people buy their clothes. Although, they are BIT expensive. They are definetely not like Romwe and have actual brands in there shops. I have never not been satisified.
