I've been using Native Instruments products for years. Their customer support is solid, and they have a large community of users as well as a forum for tutorials for discussions, tutorials, and other resources. Their products have excellent build quality, and their software receives regular updates. There's a lot to explore on their site in terms of software and hardware selection, and everything I've gotten from them has been worth the money.

Tip for consumers:
They have sales from time to time. If you want to catch some good deals I recommend signing up for email updates, and checking their site around the holiday season.

I've used this site many times and the large majority of my times using them have been positive. The two negative experiences I've had with TCGPlayer have been as a result of USPS's poor handling of my orders, so it wasn't the site's fault. I've actually found them to be as reliable if not more so than eBay, but this also depends on which seller you choose to buy from. I try to pick verified buyers, or those with 100% positive feedback. I definitely recommend them if you're looking collectibles, especially trading cards.

Tip for consumers:
Look for sellers with a solid feedback record, will improve your buying experience. Leaving feedback also helps them out, and helps other buyers find their products.

I went to my local PacSun, but the selection wasn't as good as I remember. They don't have some of the brands that I got last time I was there, so I decided to try there site. Ordered a few pieces of apparel off the site to see if the buying experience matched their selection. Three of the four items shipped in decent time and arrived in the given window. The fourth item was from a different vendor so it took longer, but when it arrived I opened it to find they had shipped me the wrong shirt. It was the right brand, color, and size, but it wasn't the the shirt I ordered. I contacted support and they told me that they were sorry I was shipped the wrong item, and that the one I ordered was out of stock. They said they would refund me, and asked me to ship the shirt I had received back with a provided shipping label. Thing is, this means they shipped the shirt I ordered to the wrong person, meaning two people didn't get what they ordered, one of those people being me. Ended up settling for what the sent me, but it wasn't a great first experience ordering from them. Knowing I might get shipped the wrong stuff whenever I order from them doesn't give me a ton of confidence in their site.

Tip for consumers:
Their site has a good selection, but you may get sent the wrong stuff, and their customer service is hit or miss.

I used this site on and off years ago, and decided to look it up recently to see if they were still active. Found some cool stuff at reasonable prices and placed a few orders. The second two orders arrived quickly, with the first going through some delay. Reached out to customer service via email. 8 days and no reply, so I filed another support request. It's been 3 days since the second one and neither requests have been answered. Looked up other ways to reach them seeing as email doesn't seem to work. Tried leaving a reply to a recent tweet on their Twitter account. They actually responded pretty quickly and told me to DM them with my inquiry. The only problem is they have DMs disabled for anyone they're not following, and I can't message them with details on my order. I want to use their site again in the future, but I'm hesitant because every attempt I've made to reach out to them has resulted in little to no response. It's a shame because their products are good, but their customer service is some of the worst I have ever experienced.

Tip for consumers:
If you're going to place an order with them, keep in mind that there may be shipping delays, and you will not be able to reach customer service.
