Pros: Many different choices, constantly changing sales. Excellent customer service upon complaints/returns.
Cons: You're not told how long products will take to deliver until after the purchase.
Most of the time my items arrive promptly however there have been occasion where postage has taken months and sometimes cancelled after waiting a few weeks.
Shopping at OZSALE is always fun. Exciting products and amazing prices! Never been disappointed! So I am a very happy shopper! Recommend it to many of my friends!
Products I have purchased are good quality with a great range. Sometimes delivery is slow especially if waiting for stock to arrive. No other issues. Would recommend this site.
*UPDATE* For anyone wondering how this is progressing - NSW Fair Trading has investigated and given OzSale 7 calendar days from yesterday's date [22/12] to provide a remedy to me "in accordance with their obligations under Australian Consumer Law". That's 6 days left OzSale.
Absolutely ridiculous scam company. After very carefully researching the dimensions of the solar tiki torch, including taking screenshots of what I purchased, I have ended up with 8 falsely advertised solar torches, at dimensions far far less than what I purchased. They are in fact a completely different product, the smaller size of what was sold to me. Advertised 790x120mm, received 500x70mm. Not even close. OzSale has not responded to my complaint in any way shape or form in three weeks - not advised how they are going to deliver me the products I purchased, not advised how they are going to retrieve the incorrect products at no cost to me and refund my money. Nothing at all. Not even an acknowledgement of the issue in 3 weeks of sending email after email. A complete dodgy scam of a company, and now an open case with NSW Fair Trading.
The good:
> SO many deals, uploaded daily at 5.30am
> Fair priced shipping
> Great prices
> Multiple payment options, taken in AUD (avoids the pesky conversion fees)
The bad:
> Slow shipping
> Poor parcel tracking (it lags a few days)
> Most items are dispatched weeks after the order has been placed (check the fine print)
> When you question delayed/missing parcels, they just fob you off with a $10 store credit and a typical generic response
> The "savings" are overstated, with RRP prices often overstated to give the impression of a good deal.
Overall it's a great app with so many deals, I'll keep using them, but will take extra precaution to ensure I read the fine print.
I am so frustrsted by Ozsale customer service, i cant find it, after 6 weeks a refund for a faulty product which is consumer law in Australia. I have provided sale name item name 14 emails and photos of the faulty item and to return the item.
ITS BEYOND REDICULOUS
I spend thousands of dollars every year with Ozsale and this is how the treat you in return all over $49.
I therefore would not recomend Ozsale and will be taking my money elsewhere, where they value and reward customer loyalty

Extremely disappointed with after sales service. I purchased two Glidermatic Upgrade RPR050N kits on the 14th March 2020. Cost was $239.90 paid using PayPal.
After receiving the items and fitting them they did not work. I contacted the supplier and a person said I'd purchased the incorrect type as this receiver only worked for grey coloured control boxes. My control box was cream coloured. I replied by saying on their advert online, the colour of the control box with the conversion receivers was cream coloured. The person said they were incorrect and I replied I did not receive what was advertised.
Since, I have purchased another receiver from another company. Again it did not work. I enquired and the person said the previous incorrect receivers that I had previously fitted had permanently damaged my control boxes. They will both now need replacing at enormous expense.
As I had returned the purchase from Oz sales of the first incorrect and falsely advertised receivers I am still awaiting a full refund of $239.90.
I have have no reply.
Still waiting and may soon need to report to authorities of nothing is heard.

I 'had' used Ozsale many times prior to this instance but after this last episode - never again! I bought a pair of Asics shoes and they sent the wrong size. The return process was fairly easy and they did pay for the return postage. So i reordered the same shoe and got the same wrong size AGAIN! After the THIRD time I tried phoning... after a long time searching the net i finally found a number that actually worked! The lady said she would call me back once she found out what was happening in the warehouse... no Call back and no email. I was desperate for these shoes so tried again for the 4th time... sent the wrong size again! Now their phone is disconnected, their replies to my emails are basically copied and pasted from the previous emails. A simple phone call to apologise would have been sufficient and replies to my emails being more personalised rather than copy and pasting & pre-recoreded answers is just not good enough... Ozsale you have lost a valued customer and i hope anyone reading this reviews is smart enought to NOT use the either...

I have written to you about my recent purchases totaling +-$800. As yet I have not received a reply. My complaint is regarding order no. *******. I placed the order thinking that I was purchasing jewelry as gifts at greatly discounted prices. After showing the items I received to the girls at my workplace, I was told that I had been 'taken for an expensive ride by your company. I was shown the identical items on Vova for a fraction of the price I had paid. Most of the items are being sold for 10x less than your price. The quality of the items is also very inferior. Some clasps are even broken. The photos that you use in your advertising are identical to theirs. You show a fake % discount which they do not. Please reply to this complaint as I am wanting to return your inferior, very overpriced items, but not before I am assured of a full refund. This experience has made me wonder if your company can ever be trusted. I paid with my PayPal account so my next step will be to go to them for resolution before going to the media.

I made the mistake of ordering some baby cloths from this site over 6 weeks ago (they still haven't arrived) apparently the order is placed with Ozesale then sent to where ever the products are (mostly overseas) and if they still have stock you may eventually get what you have paid for. The payment comes out of your account straight away.
You must set up an account to even view the products available and there in lies the problem. In the last month I have UNSUBSCRIBED from the web site 20 times because they just inundate you with their advertising emails to the point of extreme annoyance. I have messaged them several times and get told "you are unsubscribed" send us an image of the last email you received and we will look into the problem. Did that, still getting upwards of 4 advertising emails per day.
Also contrary to the name (Ozsale.com.au) this is not an Australian web site.
I asked them to cancel my order and refund my money they refused to do that as its not their policy. BUYER BE WARE
