I've placed an order with Ozsale on the 23/7/19 and contacted them on the 05/8/19 asking where my order was.
They got back to me on the 09/8/19 and advised me they were unable to confirm the exact date that
This will be dispatched and they will be contact their supplier for more information.
No tracking number had been provided so I was unable to track the order to check if it really had
Been dispatched.
I have asked already 3 times for a refund because, as of today I still have not received the item.
I have never waited so long for an order ever. I have used Ozsale for over few months and will never
Use again as I can not believe that it takes a month and counting to receive an order.
There is no excuse for orders to take so long for people to receive.
You have lost another customer.
Regarding to the refund as I said I have asked 3 times and they never replied to me with an answer.
I've escalated this issue to ACCC and now I will do the same to https://www.fairtrading.nsw.gov.au/.
I'd appreciate some satisfactory answer.

OZSALE ARE UNTRUSTWORTHY, LYING SCUM. DO NOT TRUST THEM! I recently ordered 2 sets of 3 pack bonds underwear, but they sent me the 1 packs instead. The 1 packs have much less value than the 3 packs, and it would be fine if they offered to ammend this issue, but they are not. They are offering to refund my order, but they avoid the question when I ask them to refund the shipping fee. Every time I contact them, they send me a vague answer that seems like it is computer generated or a copy and paste, and I know I have been scammed. UNLESS THIS IS FIXED, I AM NEVER SHOPPING WITH OZSALE AGAIN, AND YOU CAN BE SURE THAT THIS WILL NOT BE MY LAST BAD REVIEW OF YOUR STORE. All i want is a refund for my order AND MY SHIPPING. It is a simple request and if they cannot care about their customers enough to do so after making the mistake themselves, then the buyers should send them out of business. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

I like the items listed in OZSale but the shipping takes too long and the sale period is too short sometimes. But all in all, good quality with good pricing
A doon a cover I ordered was red and white and when it arrived it was pink and red. I sent it back but it cost me $10.00 each way so this error left me $20.00 out of pocket.

I love Ozsales! There are always so many options and really great savings on some great brands! My only negative is delivery is sometimes very delayed, otherwise a great site and I highly recommend!
As a mum of 3, it is difficult to get out to shop. Ozsales has a wide enough range of items that something usually comes up that I've been wanting/needing.

I have checked and can see that the order has been cancelled in our system and you will be receiving your refund within 5 working days via your original method of payment. This order is packed and dispatched directly from the supplier's warehouse which meant that we had to check with them on the order whereabouts before proceeding with a cancellation as there was a possibility that the order had been dispatched.
