Love Ozsale! Always a wonderful selection of products at great prices. I do almost all of my gift shopping at Ozsale and just love receiving the daily sale emails
I ordered an item on the 2/1/19 was meant to be delivered by the 21/1/19. Still haven't got it. I have called numerous times and been told a different story every time. I called again this morning after l contacted Paypal and the reply l got from Ozsale was it is still being packed (even though l was told it had been sent on 30/1/19) and asked for a refund the woman on the phone was so rude and told me she wont refund it as it has been sent, l explained to her that l just got a reply from Paypal saying it was still at warehouse her words and l quote "It is what is is" l asked what that meant and she would not comment. I asked to speak to her supervisor but she told me she was management. I again asked for refund and she just began to get even ruder, which l didn't think possible. I said you took the money on the 2/1/19 so l want a refund seeing l didn't get my order when it was meant to. I will get my money back as l will go through Paypal. I will never ever buy anything from them again. I would also warn others not too! Worst Customer Service l have ever had. Worst experience l have ever had!
Have been using Ozsales for quite a few years it has been the best experience for me my family and grandchildren especially at Christmas time. So high fives and keep the goods coming.
Shopping with Ozsale is so easy. The delivery times are accurate, and you can choose where your items are left. The variety is amazing, and the free shipping on successive order's is a great bonus!
This is pretty much the only site I'm consistently browsing, I love the awesome finds on here with great prices I sometimes can't resist. My only issue is the time it gets to my door
I have been buying from Ozsale for a couple of years now (probably longer) and I find them excellent. I probably buy something every 2/3 months. I love the fact you can buy English and American brands (which aren't available in Australia). I can also get hold of Australian brands which aren't available here in Perth! It's great to finally have variety! I am so shocked by some of the reviews, it's like people don't understand how Ozsale works. Of course you don't get the order in a couple of days - I usually expect to wait a month which is fine. All products I have brought are genuine, great quality (I know as I used to buy these brands being from the uk). When I have had an issue Ozsale have been quick to respond and rectify the issue (organic face cream from the uk, one of the 10 bottles I order was smashed) Ozsale refunded the money straight away.
What would be nice is a return system which the package it came in could be used to return in (similar system to other online retailers). It would also be nice if there was a loyalty program as I spend so much with them it would be nice to be recognised as a loyal customers. Overall very happy customer

Always quick to respond when you have a query, recently a candle I order arrived broken, I filled in the query on my app, a few hours later I had a response and the next day I was refunded. Awesome!

I have ordered a few times with Ozsale, they have some really great bargains and twice I have received free shipping -bonus! All orders were delivered in good time and have been good quality.
I love the sales and use the site regularly. I have on occasion been sent the wrong item and find it disappointing that you never hear back from the resolution centre.
I love Ozsale and all the designer items you can get. I only wish the delivery was a bit faster. But thats only because i can't wait to receive my purchase. Hehehehe
I shop with Ozsale a lot and usually it is very good. However, my last order was cancelled due to a stock snafu. This happened once before and it is profoundly annoying.
I bought a fantastic handbag, which I love, and was a little unsure if the final product would match the description / online photos, but it was perfect.

I ordered 3 items in the space of 3 weeks. Two never came and finally got refunded after i emailed twice and the third one came but took 4 weeks. I will never buy from this site again.

Order arrived on time and to the right address after originally the address being changed. Products worked well for a while until one of the watches broke after a month.
Everything you order from them you have to send them lots of messages everyday before you will receive any orders the should shot down the company worst company around

Some of our orders are packed and dispatched directly from our supplier's warehouse and sometimes this may result in us not being able to provide a cancellation.
