I have bought so much from ozsale over the last few years, love it, and as I don't drive, love the home delivery. Also its exciting to open the packages.
Absolutely angry about the experience since i want to return something that is not suitable for us and though it says they will respond 1-3 working days, im waiting 3 weeks with no options really to contact them. Emailed them 26 nov 2021 and its 15/12/2021 now. This puts me off to purchase anything else through them and it wouldn't be that way if there was any reply whatsoever to start with as it just strips any trust in online stores like that

Update: seller has asked a question that is answered fully on my return request in the firstplace, what to me looks like postponing request and finding excuses! The question came up exactly when i put review in here and still let me correct you, question was asked 14/12, which is 3 weeks over, when it should have been 1-3 business days.
Now you have refused my request stating covid as a reason and pointing out that according to your return policy ( which in your website) doesn't even fall under the refused return item category.
Absolutely ridiculous company to deal with! Shocking customer service!
Ozsale are hopeless. I ordered for Christmas in November, its now 24 December and nothing has arrived. If you leave messages, no one responds. If you call them, you are on hold awaiting and human and no one answers the phone

I did all of my Christmas shopping through Ozsale. No hassle purchases and an easy returns policy. I finished my shopping early and well under budget. Ozsale is a great way to shop all year round.
I have always really enjoyed ozsale and have had very good experience - until this time. With an expected delivery of 4-10th Dec - I'm still waiting (22nd). Very frustrating!
I bought a yonana machine as a present. It took awhile to get posted out as they had to wait for an order to come in, but the product is fantastic, and was such an amazing price!
Customer service should respond to specific inquiries. They have a general response to everything and usually the response has nothing to do with what you have asked, so frustrating
