Over the easter break i thought of doing some online shopping with ozsale and spend a fair bit of money thinking amazing deals and look really nice in pics. Made my husband go on to the site and ask him to get some things for me even and dragged my sister into it also.
Just imagine what a great experience it will be when you receive an it item which has tears and stink like it is been taken out of a dumpster, another item had alot of stains on it, another item even though said the right size does not fit you and than on top of all the ones you think are ok visibility are of poor quality and materials.
To contact there customer service is a long process also, you fill a form and get an auto reply back, than they say that there is not much refund policy to claim that you need to send pictures to an email rather than go on the site and upload them. If you need to return a faulty item pay for your own postage.
They can get a lot of customers if they have what they claim they are selling, surely lost 3 buyers. Considering they claim to have such amazing deals they should also have the back to have proper return or exchange procedures and appropriate return postage offers like most websites
I have today received my first order from Ozsale 1 x double bed quilt cover set LOGAN MULTI Great British Design. I am very very disappointed with my purchase... I did exactly what the instructions for the product recommended, machine wash before first use. After just 1 wash my quilt cover and 2 x pillowcases where the fabric was black is now a dull black almost has a grey sheen to it and it looks quite used after just 1 wash? I am not happy with this purchase at all, what is the quilt cover set going to look like after a few more washes?
Am a little concerned about all the negative reviews I have seen on this site... I have emailed Ozsale to complain but wonder how long it will take for a reply?
I waited just under 3 months for some bed sheets that I paid $80 for i was advised they were first sent to the wrong address aalong with the wirwiring name and there was no way to call oz sale there emailing was pathetic took then a week to reply most of the time and they never answered all my questions terrible will never shop here again and I will tell everybody how bad my experience was.

Stay away from this website, it's very bad. Placed an order and after 25 days received something else and worth nothing, then I contact them then they replay after 1 week and said no longer available. And second order was a perfume that I ordered but the sent me deodorant. Unfortunately, for the third time I ordered a Balmain pen and it was saying 3 in a box, but received one and wasn't working as well :(
I have been ripped off so many times by this company. I buy an item, wait two months, wonder about where the hell it could possibly be, send them an email, get told it was never "delivered" to them, and get a shoddy refund. They are scammers, they've only ever delivered about half my orders in either the time they said they would, or at all! I don't want a refund ideally, I want the damn product that i chose to pay really good money for. Most of the time it's the really expensive items that just happen to get lost. Lucky workers is all I can say because obviously someone else is benefitting from my loss. I recently lost a 1500 tread cound king bed sheet set, two gel uv lamps ($130 each), a pair of designer sunglasses and many many many others. I can't believe the horrible service, and the "copy and paste" reply you get no matter who answers your question. No one in the entire company gives you a real answer for anything. And don't even try to get a refund, it takes two months of fighting them and waiting for their "don't have the time of day" responses to you legitimate issues with their companies problems. I can't believe there isn't zero stars to give them because they do not deserve as little as one in my opinion. Buyer beware!
This website has the most amazing clothes and shoes apart from other items which I haven't needed as yet. Wow! The fashion is right up to date and the prices are simply awesome. I've never purchased so cheaply ever! You must at least have a look. I'm sure you'll be pleasantly surprised. I feel fantastic when I go out!

The bad:

> Poor parcel tracking (it lags a few days)
> Most items are dispatched weeks after the order has been placed (check the fine print)
> When you question delayed/missing parcels, they just fob you off with a $10 store credit and a typical generic response
> The "savings" are overstated, with RRP prices often overstated to give the impression of a good deal.
Overall it's a great app with so many deals, I'll keep using them, but will take extra precaution to ensure I read the fine print.
I have bought numerous items through OZSALE. I recently bought my son a leather jacket which cost me $100, apparently down from $299. When it arrived, it was faulty. The seams were terrible and the zipper broke when my son tried to use it for the first time. The Chinese price tag, read $168 Yen (Chinese currency), which is 1/5 of the Australian dollar. It was advertisde as a European product! So I was completely ripped off. I wont buy their JUNK again!
Worst online shopping experience ever! IF orders turn up at all, they often can't be filled and you don't find out till they're already well past their claim of 7-21 days delivery. They recently changed that wording to "from end of sale" but after being lied to on several occasions I did take a screen shot on my phone of the terms. Lucky, cos when someone from ozsale FINALLY called me about my orders after literally dozens of attempted contacts I was told I was mistaken about the delivery terms and should re read them. I did and they had been changed to suit they're current story. This was after being told I couldn't cancel my order as it had left from the US, then 2 weeks later from Singapore, then 2 days later that after checking their warehouse, they couldn't fill all of the order! Didn't even try to check their stories matched! Suffice to say I've had to call the accc now to get the refunds they owe me and hopefully won't have to think about them again!
I ordered a little tikes push n ride on car, price reduced from $250 down to $168 so thought I was getting a good deal. I went to the little tikes official website and found that they were selling it for $129! They are the original retailer so how can it ever have been $250? I emailed them and said I felt their "sale price " was an over inflated rip off, no argument from them and they are currently refunding my money... Not got it yet but I' ll keep you posted. My advice cross check their "sale" prices.

I've had a couple of expereinces - the service delivery has not always been as prompt as I wish. At times they have not had the goods and I have either received a refund or a substitute item, which is usually fine. On one occasion, I did not receive one of my items. I emailled them and received a same day response - apology and refund credited back to my card. I thought that was very impressive! On the whole I feel I've received better customer service than at some stores where I've shopped in person.
Ozsale says delivery 7-21 days from the end of sale but not really. I had to wait 7 weeks for my order to arrive! How about that? Also they swap the item because they didn't have it in stock so just put in something that they thought I would like!
