Over the easter break i thought of doing some online shopping with ozsale and spend a fair bit of money thinking amazing deals and look really nice in pics. Made my husband go on to the site and ask him to get some things for me even and dragged my sister into it also.
Just imagine what a great experience it will be when you receive an it item which has tears and stink like it is been taken out of a dumpster, another item had alot of stains on it, another item even though said the right size does not fit you and than on top of all the ones you think are ok visibility are of poor quality and materials.
To contact there customer service is a long process also, you fill a form and get an auto reply back, than they say that there is not much refund policy to claim that you need to send pictures to an email rather than go on the site and upload them. If you need to return a faulty item pay for your own postage.
They can get a lot of customers if they have what they claim they are selling, surely lost 3 buyers. Considering they claim to have such amazing deals they should also have the back to have proper return or exchange procedures and appropriate return postage offers like most websites
Osale is a great website if you are looking for good deals. You can find anything you are looking for: from homewares, to clothes, shoes, accesories, jewelry, toys, you name it! Products are generally of really good quality and you can even access well renouned and even designer brands.
I went into Ozsales on 01/09/2021 and put a queen bed headboard in my cart i checked out and paid using afterpay i was then redirected back to Ozsales website the little wheel span and span but never loaded to complete my order it came up error on page. I have written to Ozsales and they are not resolving my issue that now afterpay thinks i owe Ozsales money but i dont no order was finalised. Ozsales wrote back to me and obviously didn't read my email and asked for my order number - I said i already told you the sale was not completed and i want the afterpay transaction cancelled. Ozsales you can clearly see on your system I ORDERED NOTHING! I gave you many screen shots to prove this. You need to cancel the afterpay payment. So frustrated not getting a faster response and resolution. Cant even call this company which would have resolved the issue faster. Shocking will never buy from here again. This was my first time shopping there never again! WHEN will someone resolve this? Thank you Connie. W
Whilst one part of my order arrived when it should have, I am still waiting for the other half which wasn't packed and sent when the sale site said it would be.

I've gotten some great bargains via OzSale. However, some items have arrived damaged, and you need to be aware that delivery might not be for quite some time.

BUYERS BE EXTREMELY CAUTIOUS! These guys are very misleading and deceptive. Only buy the brands that you know and trust, if you must.
I have received misrepresented items from them on at least 5 separate occasions. The last 3 in a row was just the last straw. Especially after the first few times, I told them that this was against all Australian consumer laws. Some examples: bags advertised as 100% genuine leather, are not. Knitwear advertised as 100% Cashmere & wool, are 100% Synthetic that MELTS! Tops, dresses, pants advertised as silk, linen or cotton. ALL 100% Polyester. Garment tags have no country of origin. Reputable brands advertised, received totally different, low-quality brands I've never heard of. They are selling this stuff in the millions and deceiving everyone who does not know better, or cannot tell the difference. There are extreme health and safety violations because of these misrepresentations as well. I will NEVER shop with them again and I advise anyone else considering giving them another cent to stay away!
