Have always been happy with my ozsale experiences, in particular the excellent customer service - have had an item with manufacturing fault and they gave me options to return/refund. Great service.
Site is easy to use. Love the bargains and range. However i sometimes see rrp listed that are well over the price you see at the shops. Still wise to compare cost of items.
I love shopping on Ozsale especially at Christmas time because I save money and I don't have to go into the busy shops! Fast delivery and so many things to choose from for everyone one in the family!

I have been ripped off so many times by this company. I buy an item, wait two months, wonder about where the hell it could possibly be, send them an email, get told it was never "delivered" to them, and get a shoddy refund. They are scammers, they've only ever delivered about half my orders in either the time they said they would, or at all! I don't want a refund ideally, I want the damn product that i chose to pay really good money for. Most of the time it's the really expensive items that just happen to get lost. Lucky workers is all I can say because obviously someone else is benefitting from my loss. I recently lost a 1500 tread cound king bed sheet set, two gel uv lamps ($130 each), a pair of designer sunglasses and many many many others. I can't believe the horrible service, and the "copy and paste" reply you get no matter who answers your question. No one in the entire company gives you a real answer for anything. And don't even try to get a refund, it takes two months of fighting them and waiting for their "don't have the time of day" responses to you legitimate issues with their companies problems. I can't believe there isn't zero stars to give them because they do not deserve as little as one in my opinion. Buyer beware!
I am a regular shopper on Ozsale for years now. I thoughly enjoy it. Brand Names without the big price tags. And lots of selections to choose from. Well done Ozsale keep up the good work.

In point form to make it easy to understand how pathetic this Company is. OZ FAIL is what they should be called!
Approximately on 28th of July 2021 we order a Giantz Garden Shed.
Shed takes 2 months to turn up (Originally was supposed to be a few weeks). We pay someone to build our garden shed only to find out they haven't delivered the roof. We then contact them about the missing roof. After a week they respond apologizing for the stuff up. Then 2 weeks later a package arrives. We recall our builder to come and finish off the job. To our absolute surprise they have sent out flooring for the shed and NOT THE ROOF! After 2 weeks of trying to get this problem fixed we are still chasing them! You simply cant get any response out of them! Finally! After countless emails they respond by saying sorry we don't know what a roof is and can you tell us what the roof of the shed looks like! Are these people kidding themselves or what! Honestly its been almost 4 months! 4 MONTHS! Can you believe that. These Guys are either complete idiots or just plain thieves. Spend a bit extra anywhere else and save your sanity. Its simply not worth it. This has been the worst online experience we have ever had. If you want easy and smooth transactions without any dramas keep away from OZ FAIL! These Guys will take your money and never look back! We have a half built garden shed in our backyard with no ROOF!
Needed a cardigan for my 2 year old and I found the perfect thing - it arrived so much sooner than I thought it was and the whole process was great! Will definitely shop with Ozsale again :)
I love the fact that I can get unique and individual products from Ozsale. Whether they are for me or gifts its great that I can give something that no one else has to make it memorable.
It's like looking for treasures every time you open the sales. Sometimes it can take awhile for the sale to finish and get delivery of your items but the quality and price is usually well worth it.
Every purchase has been effortless and even when a product is not quite right the team at Ozsale always find a positive and helpful solution. Not worth looking at another site.

My experience was similar to many here, although even more laughably incompetent. I wanted to order two shirts, and had two shirts in my basket. Then I left it for a few hours, and actually put my order in without checking the basket. It had updated to only one shirt.
I tried sending a message to customer service, basically asking if I could please spend more money with them by adding another shirt. Each reply I get says pretty much the same thing; "we are pleased to tell you that your order has been dispatched". The order is one shirt.
It doesn't matter how many different ways I tried to write "can I have two shirts please", nobody is listening. It's the kind of customer service not even Basil Fawltey could produce.
I haven't been left out of pocket with things not arriving like other reviews, so it's more funny than anything else. I've also ordered things from OzSale in the past and they have arrived. However, the basic message is that, if you want service with your purchase, forget it; they cannot even organise that when you want to give them more money, let alone when there is a problem with what they have delivered.

Unfortunately, we are only able to remove items from an order. We are not able to amend the order in any other way including adding items or swapping size or even changing the payment method. In this instance, you will need to reorder the second T shirt and you will also need to pay the postage and handling fee. However, this can only be done as long as the sale is available. I am sorry that this was not explained to you and hope that this information will help in the future.
First purchase with OZSALE, but definitely WON'T be my last. My shoes arrived promptly, with regular tracking updates.The shoes are beautiful and authentic. Looking now for another pair.
