Order a rug and received the wrong colour rug due to their misleading advertising my rug looks nothing like they advertised my rug is a green turqiouse colour no where near looking Navy navy is a very dark blue the rug I got is more green. Four weeks into the complaint they said I will need to pay for return postage which is about $200 for a rug if not more for their mistake don't they check the product before shipping it?! I'm very upset super disappointed as you can see on the photo what they advertise and when zoomed in the rug I got the boreder line is so green and light the stitching has no Navy at all visible at all just a very tiny amount and you can't see it now I expected a dark navy rug not a bright green Xmas decoration tree looking rug sorry but I'd I wanted a green rug I would have order one but I don't this is just ridiculous!

Not now, I ordered some t-shirts while back. They sent wrong t-shirt, the t-shirt a much cheaper brand than I ordered. I sent email & they asked to send back & pay postage. For the time & cost was't worth it.
I let that go. I have just recently ordered 2 pairs of shorts which were advertised as cotton. They arrived 24 DAYS later. 24 DAYS for 2 very lightweight shorts postage charged@ $9.50, disgraceful.
The shorts were 100% NOT cotton
I sent email & got some automated crap back. I then sent another message.It was asked of me to leave phone number if I wanted them to call me. I did, NO call.
I used to order quite a bit from these people. Over 50% of their stuff doesn't fit right. The post takes FOREVER! So not saving any money. I now order mainly from Mr. Porter & End, more expensive however, great service & everything so far fits. Their sizing by far more accurate than Ozsale
Ozsale your post is TERRIBLE, so is your service, your misleading information regarding the fabric of your garments & the regurgitated crap that you keep recycling when announcing you have yet another sale. TERRIBLE!

I recently purchased a food dehydrator from OzSale. The advertising page clearly stated 3 -5 days delivery it took 18 days to be delivered. In the meantime all those lovely nectarines went in the bin, I could have purchased this same device from many other places. I enquired where it was and only received a reply AFTER it came -did I mention 18 DAYS?
