Be very wary in having any dealings with a company named Geneticore who flog dubious health supplements. They offer a free trial of a product, you pay US$4.95 postage. Once you hand over your credit card details, they then include an additional product for an additional US$4.95, without prior authority being obtained. The fine print gives you 14 days to trial the product before they get into your credit card again, this time for further product at over US$100 a shot for each product. It is impossible to cancel the delivery or obtain a refund. I have never received delivery of any product, other than the trial products. These took over 14 days to arrive.

I joined Belong about 12 months ago, on the assumption they were providing an ADSL 2+ Internet Connection.
After constant complaints about the speed of their service, they have just admitted after all this time, that I am only receiving an ADSL 1 service, as the exchange has yet to be upgraded to accommodate ADSL2!
In the meantime, they have been happy to charge me for the inferior service, at the same cost as ADSL2.
Time to stop this rout.

Of 3 orders placed, one was delivered, one never turned up and was cancelled and the last placed on 8 November 2016 is lost in space. Better to shop locally than go through this bull$#*!.
