Ozsale has some fantastic products at good prices. Great variety too! Sadly though, more than a month to pack and send my items means that I am unlikely to use it as much as I would otherwise.
Have been using Ozsale for over 6 years have never had any problems with them. The products are great and quality is exactly as they say it is. Love shopping with this Company i trust thus site.
Very reliable had my doubts but proved me wrong even got my delivery 3 days before due, was even able to track it, great work please keep it up so we can enjoy online shopping! Thank you
I've experienced some excellent purchases and bargains though Ozsale over the years, without a hitch. Unfortunately I've also experienced some really frustrating and negative purchases - from items not as advertised and needing to be returned, wrong fit of clothing, damaged items due to ineffective packaging (eg. Wall stickers), returned items going missing (and therefore not being refunded), items purchased suddenly unavailable at the packing stage. Customer service has been a mix of good and bad also.
With all the negative, I sometimes wonder why I keep going back, but I guess it's the lure of a bargain!
There are now other sale sites that I'd recommend over Ozsale, simply because of their far superior customer service. The best I experienced elsewhere was a complete refund without having to return the goods simply because the sizing was incorrect. Getting close to this are other sites that offer free returns. Ozsale could improve the overall customer experience by adopting better returns practices like these.
Loving Ozsale such great deals all in one place and really easy shopping experience. Love being able to buy from so many different places and just do one check out.

Only thing to improve is delivery. Delivery man simply put the parcel out of my front door, not even ring the bell.
Ozsale always have genuine bargains, it is worth the wait for some of the deliveries - they pre-warn you if they will be a long delivery time. Really happy with all the things I purchased this year.
Experience good, have only one issue is that sometimes i think the delivery could be quicker. Im still waiting for some items that have been over a month now.
One of my favourite shopping sites. Easy to use and a great mobile app. The only criticism I have is that I'm not entirely comfortable with the fact that automatically logs into my PayPal account
Ordered a leather bag which I'm quite happy with but only thing was it took way too long for it to arrive. I'm hoping Ozsale can deliver goods a little quicker without charging more.

90% of gifts, home wares and personal items have been purchased from Oz sale. If they had a grocery section, I would use that as well :)
You find the most awesome gifts on Ozsale and especially around Christmas time when you have no idea what to buy people. There is always something for everyone. Easy to browse and use!

I don't get time to shop and especially not sifting through racks of sale items. If I can find a bargain, sitting in the comfort of my own home that's a decent brand its win win for me.

At times the products come through correctly, however product has come incorrectly and when asking for a return no response given. Has deterred me from using ozsale on a more frequent basis.
