The first gift I got from my boyfriend comes from Ozsale. He was browsing and saw a pair of cute white and blue polkadots flipflops and thought of surprising me. So he got that for me and I was indeed surprise. I asked him where he bought it and he said online and gave me the site where to find it and after that me and my bf have been shopping with ozsale. He even got me a birthday present from Ozsale, like my cute blue bag, a bracelet and a necklace. I love them!
I have shopped with Ozsale for many years, infact I shopped with Ozsale when very few people knew of it. I recall telling all my family and friends very enthusiastically about "Ozsale" and how they should all shop on the website if they wanted cheap quality products. I have happily spent thousands of dollars and experienced great service. The products I have purchased I have always been satisfied with and always exceptionally happy with the prices I have payed.
When I was a priority member my parcels always arrived quickly which I loved. Ozsale enhanced my shopping experience, bringing great brands and products to my doorstep literally with a very manageable website and wonderful costumer service. Despite not shopping as much as I once did with Ozsale I am still a loyal costumer and very greatful for the vast array of products and quality products I am able to purchase with confidence knowing I am dealing with a reputable company who have always provided great costumer service.
Great range of products but have recieved the wrong item a couple of times and was unable to recieve the correct item as there is no returns or exchange process available to get the correct item. The biggest downfall.

I placed an order on 26th December for 4 items which stated a delivery date by a latest of 21st January. I received one item on the 25th & made a complaint about the others not arriving as I needed them by that delivery date. I was told that they hadn't even been packed yet and I could cancel with a full refund if I wished. I accepted that (the cancellation & refund), they they renegged on that offer & said I had to process through the refunds/return process now because magically in that 1 day they had apparently managed to pack & send my package! (though of course this is still to be determined!)
The customer service here is absolutely disgusting!
It is hard enough to trust online businesses these days. I use to shop on here all the time. However when I ordered a rug they delivered it to the wrong adress and atl the item and so it got stolen. When you pay with afterpay the shipping adress does not get updated on there website. I also tried to redirect the parcel as they did not stop it going to wrong adress. This did not help that they booked atl cheap courier service so they left the item for anyone to steal from the wrong adress. Thanks for nothing you scam theiving company you are the reason people dont trust online businesses you should be ashamed. You obviouly dont care for your customers or you would have at least refunded me the $400 you stole during covid from me.

Quite happy though need to make sure your prices are LOWER THAN RETAIL. Ie, pandora or Bec and bridge, all selling for the same price on sites that offer shipping within days and free shipping too. Speed things up and I would buy often.
I've had nothing but great service and produces that I've ordered from Oz Sale. I love how there are so many different choices of what you can bye, and it's all in one place.
I have purchased items from several sales recently and everything has been of good quality. On one occasion an item was unable to be supplied but I received a refund promptly.
Great sales and good customer service. I've bought a few things at special deals. They were really good bargains. Delivery has always been within their time frame.
Accidentally purchased the wrong thing so tried to cancel the order straight away but was told they cannot refund me back my money. Very disappointing.

I've bought plenty of things from oz sale, great prices on some excellent products, however I always shop well ahead of time as delivery times vary and can be a bit slow/unpredictable.
90% of my christmas shopping has been done using ozsale! I love that there is a variety of so many products to choose from. Excellent service & great quality.
All of my purchases have been so easy as I use the app on my iPhone. Simple payment procedures make it even better then we just wait for the parcel to arrive, yay!
Still to pick up as noone was at my office address, so have to go on Monday to Parcel Collection in another suburb; but the prices are great and will use again! :)
I'm a big user of ozsale and love how cheap big brands are on it, it's also very easy to navigate and use the site which makes an even better online experience

Quality can be a bit up and down, but for the price it's often worth it. Sometimes you wonder whether the branded goods are seconds as something may not be quite right.
Worst buy ever. Zero customer service. Never going to buy again or recommend. Received a faulty item and they are not even replacing.
