I have always had a great experience with OZSALE, returns are super easy and the price is right! Have not been able to fault them yet, and no stupid store credits - your money will get refunded to you if you have any issues! Love me some OZSALE and check it for bargains every day!
Most experiences I have had with Ozsale have been positive, only once have I been disappointed with the service I have received, when an item is going to take a lot longer than anticipated some communication would be appreciated. Apart from that time I have always had a positive experience.
I'm Done with Ozsale... Falsely advertises products and then blames the retailer that they are selling the products for. Sorry to say Ozsale it's your website and your content YOU are responsible for what is on the website.
The shoes show $63.79 it's doesn't indicate from this price or that the price pertains to a particular size until you click on the size you want the price jumps up to $115.
Ozsales response was basically too bad we are not responsible for pricing - that's correct but you are responsible to ensure that what is advertised on YOUR website is correct and not misleading consumers. So tried to call them but guess what? The phone number is out of order and not connecting me through.
Ive been a faithful customer for years but I'm done, I've deleted all payment options, unsubscribed from all your emails and next week you'll also get an email - because I can't call, canceling and deleting my account.

I was given expected delivery between 14/12/2016 & 19/12/2016 i emailed to confirm delivery date & the reply was a simple we have contacted the team. No other information i emailed a second time & was advised it was delayed still no estimated delivery date i understand that delays occur but there was absolutely no communication i have ordered through other on line companies & am always kept updated on delivery expecially if there are any delays

Been waiting for my order to be delivered since the 25th August (now the 15th October). Haven't had any correspondence since the 28th September.
I have asked for updates on where my order is numerous times & have now requested a refund. There has been no response so I've escalated it to the Department of Fair Trading & they are currently investigating.

Bought a rug before all this viruis, was told should be delivered on the 16th of April and I'm still waiting because apparently this rug supplier in Sydney cannot be reached. Why is a supplier so hard to reach when I was able to call them and ask when I can expect my rug. I've asked OZsale several times for a refund and I get the 'were still investigating the issue' what is there to investigate? I want my money back, it's now June and I don't have a refund or the rug. They keep giving me the run around even when I've been a long time customer. I will never buy from this site. It's so hard to get refund which is within my right, they keep sending me the same generic replies which gets more and more frustrating. NEVER BUYING anything from them again!

I've been shopping with ozsale for many years and my experience is always great. I've had some issues as you do get with online shopping but they have always been resolved and I've always been very happy with the resolution.

I have ordered 2 produts from this company and recieved 2 packages of the same item the item missing is valued at $300 and we have sent 2 emails and no response on getting a refund and there is no contact number we asked them if we could send the wrong item back and get a refund but this still hasnt been responded too. Very disapoitning as it is a lot of money.
They have also removed the product that we where purchasing off the website. So DODGY

Really angry that a Christmas gift that I had purchased was scheduled to be delivered early December & was not delivered in time for Christmas. According to my online account I was told they had received the stock & when I enquired the second week of December with Ozsale whether we would have the good by Christmas I was told it was unlikely to be received in time because they were 'busy'. I usually do all my Christmas and birthday shopping with Ozsales, the prices are great and some of the products are beautiful. I love that you can buy things are aren't readily available in Australia. Make sure you do allow a lot of extra time for the products to arrive (a lot of the items are sent from overseas).
I have been trying consistently in conjunction with PayPal to get my money for faulty goods via Ozsale.
They have admitted fault and promised refund still waiting over a month later.
TERRIBLE COMPANY TO DEAL WITH.

Normally Ozsale is awesome, great savings and generally I do a majority of my Christmas shopping on this site, but this last order I received the wrong item and in the end took 4 emails to correct the issue.
Excellent. No problems whatsoever, very easy to navigate the chosen site, my selections were easy to identify and I was able to view each item making sure I was happy with what I was getting. I have had good experiences recently and in the past and do not hesitate to recommend them to future clients AND I will certainly keep shopping with Ozsale when my credit card has time to reboot! It has been 10 days since I contacted Ozsale, regarding a faulty product. I was issued a claim number, but I'm yet to receive a refund. I've sent them 6 emails, with no result. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM OZSALE!
