I'm a first time user and I found it really easy to find what I wanted at a price I was happy with. Shipping a bit slow but in this covid time understandably it would be late going to use this company again.
I have bought a lot of items from Ozsale. Women clothings, shoes, kids clothings, toys, shoes, perfumes, beauty products. Somes of them arrived earlier than expected. Happy with the products and delivery so far. The only negative thing is they do not refund my cash when I return. They give the refund voucher with limited time frame instead. I want my money or the exchange of good instead of the voucher.
Ordered a top on 13th March, still waiting for it. Company send you a generic email stating they will look in to where your order is and get back to you. You can't reply to their return email and they never get back to you. Do not deal with this company as you will only lose your money and get nothing in return. They can't even supply a tracking number.
A very dishonest company.
Many gift ideas have arisen from browsing through all categories, I especially love shopping for myself, selfish I know, but hey I deserve it... I love the quality of garments bought not to mention the array of shoes I have purchased via Ozale... thanks Ozale
Every time l shop with oz sale l am impressed with the quality of goods which is great and also the timely delivery, you get goods exactly when you are told to expect them which is a great pleasure, and l have had some vouchers and a tshirt form Ozsale... thumbs up
With every category you can think of, I cannot think of a more convenient online shopping location than Ozsale! On top of the variety of brands and labels, clothes, homewares and cosmetics, the discounts are unbelievable! I have made many happy purchases with Ozsale and will definitely make more in the future.
Ordered item 14th November as arrival time stated 8th December (in time for Christmas). They are dishonest in their dispatch times. Two messages later, finally get a computer generated reply days later (a useless reply). No contact phone number listed so only option of contact is via online messaging (useless as stated). Item finally arrives a month after it is due. Only, it is NOT the item ordered and not even close to it! Three days after messaging I get another automated reply stating I should return the item they sent me and then they may give me a refund. Bloody hell! Only, the return request on their site does not work! As you can see I am beyond frustrated and will NEVER buy from such a crappy company again and I recommend you do the same.

I find this site somewhat addictive, even when I dont have much money to spare I find myself perusing the site and checking my emails often. My only complaint is a recent experience where my item I had hoped to be here by christmas 21 days later is still international transit it waited 9 days after diispatch before actually being on a plane, the estimated arrival time by ozsale has passed but i don't expect it before new year. And that is the only reason why I gave 4 stars instead of 5. The special prices are amazing and often i am disappointed my pockets arent deep enough. Well done on a fantasric company that opens up a plethora of items we would of once missed out on living in regional areas. I find local shopping somewhat blah these days and gladly opt for ozsale.
I have placed and order and it somehow got duplicated. 4 identical items in each in exactly the same order placed at the very same time. Ozsale is charging me for the second order and refusing to cancel it. Even more - they want to charge me for return shipping $7-$14 dollars per item.
And all theyir so called customer service replying to my emails is 'sorry we can't cancel your order'.
IT IS NOT EVEN MY ORDER. It is their site bug.
Reputable business would probably apologise and at least pay return postage but 'reputable' is clearly not about Ozsale.

I'm a long term Ozsale costumer and have always been happy with the types of sales, prices and service.
The new 'Ourpay' option is fantastic and I love the fact I can still get my items at the same time but the the payment is spread out to make it easier to afford.
I discovered Ozsale this year and it has been a gidsend! I have been able to purchase a lot of great brands hugely discounted. It has allowed me to fill my kids Christmas stockings without having to leave home!
Even when I had an issue with an order getting cancelled when it shouldn't have, they resolved my issue and issued me a credit as a sorry
They clearly value their loyal and regular customers, very impressed with service.
I have shopped with Ozsale for years and everything was fine until November. They are not responding to my messages. My order was due for delivery on November 24th. Has not arrived. I am demanding for a refund- no response. Will not shop with them again! Have read the reviews and am disgusted with Ozsale.

I purchased a packet of Bokashi Maze for my indoor composter. It is in a sealed clear plastic bag that was stored in my pantry until I needed to open and use it. I have not even opened the bag, and when I pulled it out of my pantry I noticed that the bottom of the packet has gone mouldy inside of it. I will be unable to use the product because it is spoiled/contaminated, and I contacted them letting them know, and they have informed that I can't obtain a refund due to fair wear and tear. I would accept that if it had been opened, or left outside in extreme temperatures or something, but I don't agree that it has had any wear and tear when it hasn't even been opened or unsealed.

I found ozsale a few years ago and actually look forward to getting my emails letting me know what sales are on that day. I love the variety from clothes to toiletries and everything in between. I have always found the delivery of my parcels to be reliable and particularly like the sales where there is a 48hr dispatch available. I have found the products I have purchased to be of a reliable standard of quality. I recommend OzSale to ally friends.
This is the WORST company in the world to deal with. They have accessed my credit card without permission and will not respond to any contact. They are totally unprofessional, cheats, liars and completely incompetent. NEVER deal with this company, they have absolutely NO customer service at all.

The only negative feedback i can give with Ozsale is the delayed timeframes when purchasing a product with dispatch and delivery. It would be good to know the expected delivery date prior to purchase so as if you are purchasing presents you know when you can expect them

Ozsale is great, always pleased with the products that i recieve, however i feel the $10 shipping fee should not exist on orders over $100, apart from that i am very happy with the service and i am always recommending it to others
