We would NOT recommend dealing with Wild Hemp. The customer service is extremely poor and the quality of the product is average. We ordered on the 5th February 2024 and was offered a discount, when we went to pay the discount was not included.

We contacted the company and they were clearly annoyed that we expected the discount that they offered to us and made up some excuse about the system was being changed. They told us to send our bank details and they would pay us the discount.

Many e-mails later providing the information they requested we received no response at all. Their so-called discount offer is nothing more than a rip off intended to get people to order and then promise a discount they never pay or had any intention of paying, the offer is a scam.

When the item arrived the plastic container was damaged, although none of the product had leaked. The quality is very average, we have sourced much higher quality from other companies.

Overall, their discount offer is a complete rip off, their customer service simply does not exist and ignoring e-mails from customers once they have taken the customer's money is unprofessional, rude, ill mannered and shows a total disregard to customers. They show a total and complete disinterest and disrespect for paying clients.

We DO NOT recommend people deal with this company, Wild Hemp, at all, much better products and certainly far better service available in the market place.

Tip for consumers:
The company claims to offer a discount, they do not allow the code to work and then claim to send the discount offer which they never do, this is a scam.

Ordered a product on the 25th January 2024, by the 6th February 2024 the order has not arrived. Have sent several e-mail messages, the system says they will respond but there is no response at all. No product has been delivered, they do not respond to e-mail messages and there is no contact phone number. I am ringing the bank this afternoon to say I believe this is a scam company. DO NOT deal with this company, you will lose your money and have no product delivered.

The big problem is that you offer international delivery but this takes far longer than anything else I order from overseas. Then you keep sending these reviews to comment on when I don't even have the product and then I am told this is not for International deliveries, well then don't send them to me. It is 2023 surely you can develop a computer system that does not send these reviews out to customers when clients don't have the product. You are an animal care organisation surely you can arrange faster international delivery. I order from all over the world and it takes Zumalka weeks longer to get here, other orders I pay for take days, this is very poor service, especially when we have an animal in need of this treatment. Work on a far more efficient system that does not continually send out reviews when products have not arrived and arrange faster delivery. The products are very expensive and better service should be offered.

Has a product I wanted, but the delivery time is extremely slow.

Absolutely dreadful lack of service. We have waited two weeks for products to arrive. We were then told that they had been delivered today. Due to a disability there is someone at our address 24/7 and no products were delivered. Then we are told to send a form to find out where our goods are and their return mailbox says it is full. No contact phone number, e-mail does not work and ABSOLUTELY no support for customers at all. NEVER purchase from this company.

I have sent the response as requested but you know who I am and the fact that you have NOT delivered our order. This company is a complete RIP OFF, you don't even show a phone number to contact you, but you request customers phone numbers, what sort of corrupt company is this?

I have filed a formal complaint with Consumer Affairs Victoria and will be updating my reviews on a series of sites. You have ripped off a disabled customer and have done NOTHING to resolve this.

Look Fantastic is totally and completely unprofessional, incompetent, have no idea of even where orders are sent, their e-mail does not work and they have no phone number.

They are very quick to take money from customers, but do not supply the goods. Look Fantastic has ripped off a disabled customer who relies on deliveries and they will be made accountable.

STILL another day has passed and LOOK FANTASTIC sent me ANOTHER e-mail saying my goods have successfully been delivered when they have NOT BEEN.

This is the worst company on the planet and they LIE. Good business technique, have customers order and pay, then claim to have delivered the items and then steal customers money.

Not only have we filed a complaint with Consumer Affairs Victoria, but our next step will be to take legal action and sue for compensation.

This is the WORST company in the world to deal with. They have accessed my credit card without permission and will not respond to any contact. They are totally unprofessional, cheats, liars and completely incompetent. NEVER deal with this company, they have absolutely NO customer service at all.
