We would NOT recommend dealing with Wild Hemp. The customer service is extremely poor and the quality of the product is average. We ordered on the 5th February 2024 and was offered a discount, when we went to pay the discount was not included.
We contacted the company and they were clearly annoyed that we expected the discount that they offered to us and made up some excuse about the system was being changed. They told us to send our bank details and they would pay us the discount.
Many e-mails later providing the information they requested we received no response at all. Their so-called discount offer is nothing more than a rip off intended to get people to order and then promise a discount they never pay or had any intention of paying, the offer is a scam.
When the item arrived the plastic container was damaged, although none of the product had leaked. The quality is very average, we have sourced much higher quality from other companies.
Overall, their discount offer is a complete rip off, their customer service simply does not exist and ignoring e-mails from customers once they have taken the customer's money is unprofessional, rude, ill mannered and shows a total disregard to customers. They show a total and complete disinterest and disrespect for paying clients.
We DO NOT recommend people deal with this company, Wild Hemp, at all, much better products and certainly far better service available in the market place.
