My experience was similar to many here, although even more laughably incompetent. I wanted to order two shirts, and had two shirts in my basket. Then I left it for a few hours, and actually put my order in without checking the basket. It had updated to only one shirt.
I tried sending a message to customer service, basically asking if I could please spend more money with them by adding another shirt. Each reply I get says pretty much the same thing; "we are pleased to tell you that your order has been dispatched". The order is one shirt.
It doesn't matter how many different ways I tried to write "can I have two shirts please", nobody is listening. It's the kind of customer service not even Basil Fawltey could produce.
I haven't been left out of pocket with things not arriving like other reviews, so it's more funny than anything else. I've also ordered things from OzSale in the past and they have arrived. However, the basic message is that, if you want service with your purchase, forget it; they cannot even organise that when you want to give them more money, let alone when there is a problem with what they have delivered.
Hello Nick, Thank you for writing to us about your experience. I am sorry to hear that your message was not accurately responded to. I am sorry to hear that your shirts were reduced within the cart. Unfortunately, we are only able to remove items from an order. We are not able to amend the order in any other way including adding items or swapping size or even changing the payment method. In this instance, you will need to reorder the second T shirt and you will also need to pay the postage and handling fee. However, this can only be done as long as the sale is available. I am sorry that this was not explained to you and hope that this information will help in the future.
