As I live in country Victoria I just love shopping with Ozsale! Bargains are few and far between where I live so Ozsale enables me to shop to my hearts content...
I initially ordered a scooter for my granddaughter for Christmas on November 17 and was immediately charged $109. Two weeks later that order was cancelled because they were out of stock and refund wasnt processed for a further week. Meanwhile that same scooter is still being advertised for sale on their site. The same day the original order was canceled by them, I ordered a more expensive scooter (Invoice *******) that was supposed to be delivered by December 10 which obviously isnt going to arrive either. I have had a multitude of emails with b^ll$#*! responses and the promise of a return phone call from Tariq who was personally going to follow up with the supplier. Phone call never came. What I believe this is about is they advertise products they dont have at a lower price than you could buy it elsewhere, charge you immediately and then take a few weeks fobbing you off, then finally tell you they dont have it and its the suppliers fault then take another week to process a refund. So they are earning interest from all our money they are holding for approximately a month. By the amount of complaints on here, that would be a lot of money they are holding onto generating a lot of interest daily. Off to the ACCC I go; they claim to be an Australian based company however Tariq' admitted after great hesitation he was in Malaysia

I recently purchased through ozsales and couldnt be happier. The fast delivery was impressive and the savings i made on high end brands, i couldnt be happier. Highly reccomemd ozsales.
On the 02/10 I purchased 2 sets of urbeats after waiting over a month they finally arrived late November. Upon receipt of the beats they are FAKE no serial number and when compared to real ones it is easy to see they are not the real deal. After contacting Ozsale I sent the items back on the 01/12 it's now the 23/12 and low and behold they now claim they never got the items I posted as per thier instructions. I have sent numerous emails with no response from Ozsale and now I am out of pocket 147.95. I feel now I should contact Consmer affairs Victoria and report Ozsale for importing and selling counterfeit goods I am so glad I took photos of these dodgy ear buds. Like many others I put my faith in Ozsale to ensure items are authentic and suppliers are checked out to ensure counterfeit goods are not sold to consumers. Ozsale failed to do this and now I can't even buy another item for my kids are they have not issued a refund. I will NEVER buy from Ozsale again totally disgusted and recommend people do not buy brand name items as they will probably be FAKE items from dodgy suppliers. It's a pity there is no 0 rating as that is what they deserve, customer service is appalling and you can't even call to discuss as no contact number.

Items take to long to receive. Why wait till sale is over. 3-4 weeks.? It has already been purchased. Also size chart can be confusing.
