I have bought numerous items from ozsale in hope to get the right fit.
Due to the variety of brands ive failed many times. But ozsales customer service are great always got a refund to continue my experiances
Ozsale is the best shopping app I've ever used- the prices are second to none and I LOVE that I can purchase brands I can't find in retail shops and try brands from Europe and the US as well. Your packaging and shipping options are great and I always receive my products in good time after the sale ends. Great work... keep it up please!
I ordered in mid-late October, with an anticipated delivery date of 14 -18th November. Here it is 2nd December and the item is still "in transit" from overseas. This was a birthday gift so I am less than impressed. Never again, Ozsale, never again.
As a collective, I do not imagine it would be possible to gather a more inept, unprofessional, useless bunch of single cell beings. I mean, maybe… but highly unlikely. These folks are about as helpful as a flywire screen in a submarine… Seemingly strangers to the truth. Systematically failing to honour their written word to take action… They are a truly… epically, a company that will fail to live up to even the very lowest of expectations. If you fancy having your time wasted, by all means… give them a try… but, don't say you have not been warned.

Awful experience! Sent wrong sized clothing, super late/ no delivery (still awaiting my delivery ordered a month ago), does not reply to enquiries into all the above!
Products that do arrive are far from advertised. Poor quality!
I guess it also depends on the brand.
They should be really not be operational! If anyone has similar poor experience and wants to look into making them accountable for the poor service and no response and your money down the drain, let me know. We should be able to lodge a formal complaint to ACCC. *******@yahoo.co.nz

I love this website - great deals and without the hassle of dealing with crowds at the department stores. I have almost completed my Christmas shopping 3 weeks out in a relaxed manner - with presents from retailers that I can't find instore. Thanks Ozale
WARNING if you are purchasing from Ozsale make sure you know the item sizing is correct otherwise what seemed like a good deal quickly escalates to a costly exercise by way of return product charges and refunds less Ozsale postage and handling charges. In all on three items I bought, 2 I had to return due incorrect sizing even using their sizing guide I got slogged with upward of $ 50 postage & handling costs for sweet FA in return.
BTW the 3rd item I am being charged for has still not arrive 2 weeks after the purchase GRRRR!
My advice - think carefully before purchasing from Ozsale.
Really enjoy receiving the Ozsale emails. Love browsing the the site particularly women's clothing and skincare. Full of plenty of great deals.
Purchases have always been hassle free with delivery always before or at the time specified at the time of sale.
Highly recommend Ozsale to anyone!
Overall products are ok.
Some products were not ss good ss it looks. (Cheap price- too good to be true).
It would be better to put your ph no for easier contact.
Would be perfect to give rewards such as free delivery or disc for multiple buy/loyalty.
I found on sales when I first came to Australia.
On the begging I would check the app only a few times per week! In the meantime, now I check it everyday, looking for the best deals and I'll find myself buying something every week!

I love the products and prices on sale at the Ozsale website. Over many years I have purchased a great range of products with no hassles and constant communication advising of delivery. I always recommend the fantastic website to friends & family. Keep up the great work!
I've ordered several things from Ozsale and have been pleased with reasonable delivery times and products being as ordered. My only complaint is that clothes ordered from David Jones have been extremely crushed and one blouse was grubby as if it had been worn and then returned.
I am always able to find a gift for everyone on Ozsale. Of course I find lots of treats for myself as well. Would I recommend Ozsale to my friends! Already have and word of mouth is better than the Internet sometimes..
I am a happy customer with the service I have received from ozsale. The only negative being when I returned an item that was faulty I had to pay the postage at a set rate, which was not credited back to me.
Wrong item ordered at 7-10pm realised this immediately and asked to cancel order, got a response within 6 minutes saying I could not cancel my order as it had been sent to the supplier, in total 10 minutes of ordering. I immediately replied, and my reply was ignored until I wrote an online review. The product was refused at the door, as instructed, yet I'm still awaiting a refund. The customer service with the company is beyond incompetent, my advice to buyers is if you cannot contact a company on the phone, they must be hiding something.

Worst online shopping experience ever! IF orders turn up at all, they often can't be filled and you don't find out till they're already well past their claim of 7-21 days delivery. They recently changed that wording to "from end of sale" but after being lied to on several occasions I did take a screen shot on my phone of the terms. Lucky, cos when someone from ozsale FINALLY called me about my orders after literally dozens of attempted contacts I was told I was mistaken about the delivery terms and should re read them. I did and they had been changed to suit they're current story. This was after being told I couldn't cancel my order as it had left from the US, then 2 weeks later from Singapore, then 2 days later that after checking their warehouse, they couldn't fill all of the order! Didn't even try to check their stories matched! Suffice to say I've had to call the accc now to get the refunds they owe me and hopefully won't have to think about them again!
How easy can you make it for me. I sit at home and get to see all your machandise. I am very appreciative of your service. Everytime i order an item, it arrives in time and in perfect condition. This is wonderful. The variety to choose from is broad and amazing. I love every bit about your service.
Great sales on quality products and the shipping and handling is efficient and well structured. I had cancel an order I accidentally sent through twice and it was handled professionally and with ease.
Product is great, but the sizing need a bit of correcting, especially from oversea, their sizing is difference, please supply chart from the manufacture for us to make better selection on the clothing.
I enjoy receiving your emails with the latest offers. I liked that you shipped the parts of the order separate so that I did not have to wait for it all to come in. It is frustrating that items keep recurring.
