I got a phone call phish after the company had my card info. I get dozens of email phish, but this was new. They knew my bank as well as name and ph no. I always use PayPal except for this one time. My bank was very guarded in their opinion of the company. The spiel was the "unusual account activity" one.
Have purchased many things from ozsale and all have been quality and exactly as posted on the site. Reasonable postage times even from overseas with accurate tracking when in transit. Overall happy with the services provided on all of my purchases.
Hi ordered a quilt cover set and after having paid in full via OurPay I am yet to receive the quilt cover. In the last week though after querying it again any evidence of this purchase has been removed from my account as well as the email contact querying the status of the purchase. I am now trying to get an answer but no luck as they are asking for details of the purchase which I cannot provide as they have removed! Never purchasing again!

I purchased a Burberry Handbag from Ozsale.
I have requested to return the item as:
1. Stud missing from gold closure hardware
2. All gold studs are tarnished - throughout the bag
3. Glue residue noted in 2 areas of the bag
4. Black marks on leather of 2 of the straps.
This is supposed to be a high end luxury item and I find all of the above unacceptable and were not disclosed in the listing of the item. I would not have bought this item had I known about all of the above faults.
I have dozens of photos. This item is really not up to standard!
In addition to this I have doubts as to the authenticity of the item.
The returns team have declined the return of the item. I find this highly unacceptable.

Products are a high quality and such low prices! I am always amazed at my purchases and how quickly they arrive. The app is super easy to use and I can easily move between the sales and add items to the shopppng cart. I have recommended using Ozsale to many of my friends as it is a fantastic shopping site!
Overall I am completely satisfied with ozsale. The products provided, quality, price and how I am treated and responded to by the staff. Love the variety on your site and definitely your realistic and accurate sizing on most occasion which are more so then other sites.
I highly recommend not to buy from this website. I ordered two weeks ago, my order status never updated, emailed to the customer service and told your order is processing and be patient to wait. I chased up again after a week, told due to unforeseen circumstance, the order still not shipped and I could cancel if I like. I would have done it if they told me a week ago, it is close to Christmas and how could I have enough time to order another one before this weekend as it is a gift to my best friend. Please Please do not buy from this website.

I bought a big haul of items off ozsale from cosmetics to gadgets and I am so thrilled with all the products I have purchased being 100% authentic and being of such high quality. Definitely would recommend to a friend.
These items were sourced from New Zealand. I purchased them for a Christmas present. They were received in a few weeks. The product was exactly as per the website. My only issue was not with Ozsale but with Australia Post as I was advised that the items would be delivered the day after they were actually ready to be delivered and I had to go to the Post Office to collect them.
I guess that I have had a range of experiences with Ozsale and I am still a happy user. It is when something goes wrong that the real test takes place. I have never been disappointed with the Ozsale response and I would be happy to recommend them to others as a solid and responsive trading partner - great products and great service.

I have to say that I have bought a lot of stuff from this website and its been good stuff but for some reasons now they are so slow at sending order it really bad they give to tracking but it never moves and when you ask them where is my order they say it is on the way I have two order well behind what they say it should be very frustrating you can not even track order and before you could when I bought thing off this website they need to pick up there game again and be as good as what they once used to be or I stop buying and find other website that you can track order and it faster! Easy to use, new sales realeased throughout the day. Only killer is the flat shipping fee whether I buy 1 item worth $10 or 5 worth $200 its always like $10. Free shipping for purchases under $50 would result in me buying alot more things
