I was hoping to get my facial brush by Christmas and I was very impressed when it arrived at my house more than a week before Christmas, considering I hadn't ordered it that long ago. It is an amazing product I have seen so many changes in my skin since I have been using it. It works very well. I have ordered two things on Ozsale so far and both times I have been quite impressed. The prices are great and super cheap and affordable but great products none the less. I love getting daily emails from ozsale, telling me about all of the daily deals and low prices. Ozsale is great. Ozsale so far had offered the lowest price than any other website that I've visit. From clothing to jewellery and even toiletries you named it! The price offered were the lowest that you can find online. Other than that, the quality of the item they sell is unbeatable. I never have any bad experience shopping at Ozsale. I have been using Ozsale for quite some time now. Very good bargain but I think it's a long wait to get the products ordered. I ordered on 28th Nov and am still waiting for my goods. Hope to get them before Christmas. I would recommend this site to friends.
The delivery of ordered items is inconsistent.
If providing delivery estimates make them real.
If delayed tell the customer.
I have experienced brilliant service but also service that poor would be a kind description.

My experience with Ozsale is mostly really positive. Generally cheaper goods (there are times when I see goods at a lower price elsewhere, but not often) and generally they arrive on time. Almost all my shopping is done via Ozsale and everything arrived on time and intact.
Bought some great clothes for my two grandsons and my soon to be born granddaughter. So thrilled with the purchases, recommended the site to my daughter who also bought stacks of clothes. Delivery was fast and economical, the site was easy to navigate.

Seriously one of the best online shopping aps I have come across. The items are of the best quality and the best part is that it is safe to use. The delivery time is a bit longer than usual but it is understandable as most items come from across the world and it takes time for shipping. Over all a great experience and will certainly use it again when there is money in my bank account.
This site has a huge choice of consumer products, no-one in the family is left out. Not even the fuurkids. The only things I don't like about this shopping experience is the time most products take to get delivered, up to a month is way too long and the fact that you have to pay for delivery to take that long is a pain. The other issue for me is some products do not have enough photos and or description about the item, you're left guessing what it looks like inside, colour/material/compartments etc. And when a clothing item is "one size" then the description says model is wearing small and it JUST seems to fit her. Well, needless to say I don't buy as much as I would probably otherwise. Still spend though!
The products I received from ozsale were great and in perfect condition as was expected. It was easy to shop on this website as, once the purchase was made, there was great contact with the buyer provided. The only thing I didn't like is the fact that it took 3 weeks for me to receive my product and the shipping costs can sometimes exceed or closely match that of the discount of the products. In saying this, I would still shop on Ozsale again and had a postive outcome and experience when doing so before
There is so much available on Ozsale I have to try hard to control my spending! I have always had a good and easy experience with ordering, receiving my parcels as well as returning an item for incorrect fit. I recommend Ozsale to everyone!
Paid for an item that Ozsale was unable to supply, my credit card was charged immediately but I'm unable to get any information regarding my refund. The money was taken out of my account over a month ago.

Is a great website and app with great layout and amazing discounts! Good shipping and I like the delivery information until your package has arrived. Could possible improve the information as to when sales are finishing and starting.
Very satisfied with the company OzSale. Am able to offer the company advice and find that it has been taken on board and later implemented. Also find the new premiums for postage very affordable and I am always pleased with the products that I purchase. They are of excellent quality (not like some of the 'rubbish' that you purchase from other companies).
