Beware of their designer brand sale. I recently ordered a D & G handbag listed RRP $2,600AU, on sale for $549.00AD, received a very very bad fake one, worth less than $50.00AD, asked for a refund, yes, but they did not credit my money back but gave me their website shopping voucher. Now I want to use the voucher but can't use it. OMG what a scam.

I have never had a problem with Ozsale, which is why I make sure I look on the sale alert emails daily, and buy regularly. Compared to other sites, your delivery is prompt, Ozsale do what they say they are going to do, and any issues are delt with promptly! Oh and the products are unique! I always get asked where I get my clothes from!

I have ordered necklaces but the order was mixed up. Asked for a return and they are dragging their feet. No one seems to be able to make the decision. They make returns difficult. RT*******. Spent 1500 aud. What a rip off Ozsale!

My credit card was charged by this company for $923.00 at 2am in the morning. The bank has stopped my card and are investigating. Buyer beware and don't use a credit card on their website. It's not safe and I don't appreciate having to go through the process of dealing with fraud and theft of my money!

I have been using Ozsale for quite a while now and have always received my purchases on time. The prices are excellent and when I have needed to return goods, the return process is very easy to follow.
I recently purchased a belt from Ozsale which claimed to be a "one size" fits all. When the package arrived the belt was not in fact one size but was size 48 belt which is equivalent to 3XL. I am very disappointed with this false advertising and will not shop here again.

Ozsale is my favourite online store. Best prices, excelent choices, good brands, delivery on time and if any problem staff is so nice and they return products and give money back in my experience. Would recomend to everybody.
I have only been using yhe site for six months and have purchased lots and have also had to use the return option as the shoes i purchased were the wrong size which was my fault, no questions asked and the return was excepted. Great customer service when I've used the contact us feature they have replied straighy away or the next day if I contacted after hours. Ozsale delivers on time and has good quality.
I brought from ozsale for the first time last week. The site had really good deals on designer items. Inpurxhed 3 items, all of which were exactly as the website described. No nasty suproses! The delivery was fast and straight to my door. I'll defiantly keep using the site and will recommend it to friends and family.
Have used Ozsale for years and have always been completely happy with products and delivery service. Products are always securely packaged and prices are heavily discounted. It's a stress free way to shop from home!
I kept going back to the site and believed I had missed out because after I think four days it kept coming up with sale hadn't started yet. Then about a week later it came back on line again and this time I went ahead with the purchase. Now all I have to do is wait to receive it.

Love ozSale, would buy so much more of shipping was free, often buy when one of my sisters buys something to get free shipping. Service is great but would love someone to talk to when there is a problem rather then deal through email
The way this site is run leaves much to the imagination.
I received no invoice, there is no communication.
The only time I know anything about a purchase is when Auspost sends me an email letting me know a parcel is on its way.
So far I have been lucky, the things I've ordered have not been cheap Chinese knockoffs.
I don't think I'll be shopping with ozsale again. For the same prices and with better communication I can shop with Chinese manufacturers. At least I know what I'm getting with them.
