As a customer with Ozsales products some not all, are over price and quality is absolute rubbish. Especially womens clothing. Dates for delivery of items are false, I have waited of 3 weeks of items to be be delivered.One Brand I do buy is Guess, there priced over three time over priced. As I do check on Amazon site its the quarter of the price. Same style same brand. Not happy customer...
I I ordered a electric digger for my two year olds birthday. When we put it together it didn't work at all that - was a week ago, and I still haven't heard anything back from ozsale despite a number of attempted contacts. Feels very unlikely I'll be getting my money back... And my 2 year olds birthday was a fizzer.

I waited just under 3 months for some bed sheets that I paid $80 for i was advised they were first sent to the wrong address aalong with the wirwiring name and there was no way to call oz sale there emailing was pathetic took then a week to reply most of the time and they never answered all my questions terrible will never shop here again and I will tell everybody how bad my experience was.

And the website layout is great and reasonably faster than other online sites.
My success rate so far of shooing less than 50%.
Size charts are mostly wonton or just generic

Return policy is awefully expensive while most of the other sites returns are free

I have bought many things throughout the years so occasionally things go haywire but when they do the customer service is next to none. If things are damaged they are quick to respond and fix the problem. I would and do recommend Ozsale to everyone
I had an issue trying to put in a voucher code. The response I had back was not what I wanted to hear. I then proceeded to make contact again, asking that the order be completely cancelled. I am yet to receive an answer to my request, but have received notification that the order was on the way.
This is the second time I have dealt with Ozsale, the first time was fantastic. I would say I would not visit again, but I still have a voucher that I need to use.

I was pleased with the large range of products I had when making my purchase. The postage price was also very reasonable. The only downfall, though a very minor downfall, is that the delivery time was quite long.
Purchased a product and requested a refund. I returned the product to them and they told me the refund was processed and on its way. I then hear from PayPal and they told me that Ozsale never intended to refund and told PayPal the dispute was resolved. I now have no product and no money. Be careful when purchasing from this company because if you need a refund you won't get one even if you return the product. They will keep your money and refuse to give it back.

Love most of the shopping especially accessories. Sometimes hard to gauge sizing with regard to clothing depending on brands available. I would like to see the information where it tells you the size of the model and the size of clothing she is wearing and the quality of the garment itself.

This was the first time I purchased multiple items from various suppliers through oz sale. The deals were exceptional!
The free delivery was an added bonus.
The item tracking was great but the delivery times from the suppliers left a little to be desired.
After my first initial bulk order, I placed another order, which for some reason, wouldn't show up in my orders on my profile? The goods arrived but after a few messages back and forth to the Oz sale team, my goods arrived with no final message reply... a little dissatisfying
Overall my Oz Sale experience has not scared me off and I would recommend shopping through you happily. A few issues may need to be brought to your attention but as minor as they are, they could be easily rectified.
I recently purchased 3 pairs of pants off Ozsale, only for them all to be too small. I sent them back with no problems, and received a voucher to the value of my return, which I spent on a new pair of shoes!
I love my new shoes, and have since bought 3 more pairs of shoes off Ozsale! The campaigns that have been coming through recently have been fabulous!

I purchased some essential oil and the checkout somehow doubled the order, and i checked out without checking. I have sent heaps of emails and have nagged a bit. I sent an email the same day to cancel another order, sent another one to say not to cancel it, got an answer to that one but not the other ones. I am $80 out of pocket as i had to reorder the oils thinking ozsale would cancel the original order. Not a happy person between Ozsale, PayPal and my bank today

What's on the picture that made you wanted to buy the product is exactly what you will get. Totally what you wanted! Compared to other online shop that is all nice and perfect in the picture but totally opposite and made you feel regret buying the product.
