I purchased some essential oil and the checkout somehow doubled the order, and i checked out without checking. I have sent heaps of emails and have nagged a bit. I sent an email the same day to cancel another order, sent another one to say not to cancel it, got an answer to that one but not the other ones. I am $80 out of pocket as i had to reorder the oils thinking ozsale would cancel the original order. Not a happy person between Ozsale, PayPal and my bank today
