I've spent three weeks trying to contact Opodo to no avail. Even when I finally have customer agent on the line they put me on hold again and then the line gets dropped. For all interested here are the emails of the three people in charge at this company:

Not that you get a response if you email them but I suppose it's the principle of the matter. But seriously, don't expect your money back.
Booked a flight that offered free cancellation in the next 24 hours. Above that I paid extra insurance for cancellation. When I tried to cancel my flight even within the 24 hour period of course they didnt offer what they promised... I was in the phone for 1 and a half hour to no avail... scammers... plus they gave me a number of the insuarance agent which denied even working with them... then they said the airline if they can cancel. Of course the airline said that i should seek cancellation through opodo who is the agent that made the bookings... blah blah blah...
I booked my flight in the website for a price on monday total £160. After 3 days they sent and email want to charge £550! That is insane, what will happen in the world if ALL THE COMPANYS doing the same and nothing happen with then, like I have a flight company website and put ALL MY SEATS PRICES IN THE WEBSITE FOR £1, and get ******* customers buying it and after 3 days I sent an email that the price is £100! Its look funny but that what they are doing and if its not stop all other will doing as well

I have had my flight canceled and opodo have had the funds from my carrier. They asked for my bank details on the 14th of July and I still haven't had the money transferred. They say that the bank details are not correct, however having checked with my bank they have confirm the details are correct and that they can see no attempt at payment. I have spent 3 hours on the phone, and been promised a call back twice within 24 hours. No call has come!
I can only assume that Opodo are withholding my funds deliberately - a policy?. This is illegal but none at opodo seems to care.
I wish I read the reviews too, I booked a flight on behalf of my work (so not my money to use flippantly) they promised me flights departing at 8.25 and returning at 17.45. They instead gave me a flight for 7am returning at 7pm. This was for a client and they had requested specific times! I rung them and they said there was an error on the website and did NOTHING to rectify the flight times! I waited on the phone for 40 minutes to be told they couldn't do anything. Because they use two different companies for the flight there and back, they asked me to call both companies and incur 2 DIFFERENT cancellation fees. They were so disgustingly rude and even aggressive when they spoke to me. I am still utterly shocked and am dealing with the consequences at work for their error.
I will never ever use this site and I will tell every single human I know not to use this site, and everyone reading this comment.
I use Opodo to save money form my 2 tickets but I ended up paying way more than I can get from the airline directly or from any local agency office.
1 the 2 ticket was for 200 each, when I pressed buy it gone up in 5 minutes to 217, and I had to pay $7 support to get a confirmation email, there was no instruction about the support and if you would get an email with no support service, plus they charged in gpd or so no other option was available so I had to pay a 3.5% rate to USF
So I ended up paying instead of 400 I payed $480 so extra 80$ this never happened with Expedia and MEA
This is the worst online ticket purchase experience I ever had.
I used this site to save money not to pay more.
The support is very very bad, there is no support only a robot answering.
Avoid at all costs. I booked a return flight through Opodo, only 1 leg got confirmed by the airline. When I called Opodo to sort this out, I was told that to cancel the confirmed leg I need to call the airline myself. And of course they charged a non-refundable fee of 60 EUR for the booking, which they couldn't deliver, despite charging a full amount for 2 legs to my card. Also didn't get an automatic refund for the leg that didn't get confirmed. Had to call them and chase for it. Will never ever use them again and wouldn't recommend to anyone. It's a 3rd party that charges you decent fee and provides basically same service as Google flights and assumes no responsibility for its services.

OPODO /EDREAMS They are a bunch of scoundrels, I have been trying to get my money back since December 2021, a refund that never comes, calling them on the phone and waiting for hours is useless, they are well-structured thieves to keep people's money. Shame of company, scammer.
There are groups of people on Facebook, Instagram, twitter triying to get their money back like me and nothing!
Stop using them
SCAM ALRET: DO NOT BOOK THROUGH THEM. They will lure you showing that this a cheap holiday later not refund the money at all. I have been waiting for the refund since months.the agents saying back of house will contact me but there is no such communication. Its all a scam. Sending me emails that the refund has been processed on the contrary nothing is done

It's a tragedy that I have to actually give Opodo 1 star by default.
5 Months I waited for a refund after multiple lines of attempted contact. They seemingly operate outside of the law.
Opodo will duck and dodge you and withhold your money. Then charge you £160 for a £600 refund without any forewarning or contact for consent.
Ironic that they're charging you an 'admin fee' when the customer service is non existent. Where does this money go I wonder.

I want to rebook my ticket against voucher. Since the last 15 days my husband is trying to rebook the tickets but every time they give answer after waiting for minimum 1hr and give the same reply that we will be called or send email to update within 48 to 72hrs. But no one calling and no email that we get regarding it. They just delay it till the weekend and then at the weekend they get reason that due to weekend can't reach the air line. I have no patience now. I really don't want to recommend opodo to anyone. Even I don't want to give any star rating.
You will loose your money booking with Opodo, try other trusted websites agencies! No proper customer service to help in case you need changes or guidance.
Worst fraud company. They charge £59.99 of subscription without any information and they said it's non refundable. $#*!ing joking. I even don't wanna put 1 star.
Please do yourself a favor and stay away from this booking site. The only way to contact them is to call their extremely expensive helpline with extremely long waiting times
Booking on Opodo applied an additional service free of £16 per ticket and removed a discount at the last minute AS PAYMENT WAS BEING MADE. The response to the complaint was they never offer refunds under any circumstances. Will never use again
After a death in my family I had to cancel my flight. I called Opodo on the matter and they told me it wouldn't be a problem and I would receive most of my money back if I provided the right documents. (I even dug up my birth certificate.)
So I did. And ever since they've been messing around with me.
Each time I call them, they say they are waiting to hear from the airline and they will call me back within 24 hours.
This has been promised about 5 times by now in the course of 3 months. Not ONCE have I actually received a call.
Each time I call them I have to go to the exact same proces (Do you wish to cancel this flight? I ALREADY CANCELED IT 3 MONTHS AGO! Oh, let me place you on hold for a minute...) taking up about 45 minutes. I have spend more time calling Opodo than I have calling my own parents by now.
Please, for the sake of my tiny revenge, don't ever book with Opodo.

I bought the ticket throught not willingly Opodo, after i wrote down my information and paid with my card the flight was confirmed and should only wait few minutes to process my ticket
I waited 4 days and still they didn't processed anything but ofc they charged me for tickets, ofc i missed a flight and made a fool of myself at the Airport.regarding the reviews from the rest of the people this company should be BANNED for good.
I can only agree with the other reviewers. Opodo took the money and have passed none to the hotel (Palazzio Stern Venice). The hotel have gone over and above to give me feedback and Opodo have done nothing. They're keeping money that is clearly not theirs and will probably pocket the booking fee. There is no way to cancel the hotel as the on line tool refuses and states you must call in. I know Ryannair normally get bad press, but they actually refunded their part almost immediately WELL DONE RYANNAIR

I booked a flight for my daughter through Opodo. The confirmation came through within minutes with the wrong name as passenger, they had put me (as buyer) on the ticket instead of my daughter (passenger). I contacted them electronically within 5 minutes of receiving this confirmation as their call centre was closed and then called them the next morning as soon as the call centre opened.
The attitude was breathtaking. They refused to change the name, or provide a refund, expecting me to effectively lose £650.
Luckily I booked with Amex, who will fight this with them on my behalf, despite their headline grabbing fare only being valid with "Visa Entropay" - over £30 more to pay with either a debit or credit card.
I contribute widely on many review sites with balanced reviews. I would urge people NOT TO USE OPODO. You might be lucky, but to be charged £650 for their error is simply unacceptable. The Spanish lady that I spoke to in their call centre was quite hostile and unhelpful.
Do consider what you will do if you have a problem with Opodo, I will never be using them again.
Completely unprofessional, I will never use their services again and I will advise everyone to avoid them. They had canceled my flight 2 months ago, they rebooked it for a different time and it was practically impossible to reach them to change it to something that suited my plans. I called them twice, every time the answer was, you will be contacted in 48hours to be assisted with a new ticket. I have complained about it and it has been 2 months of them ignoring me. The only way of communicating with them is through facebook messenger where the last 3 times I have been given the same answer: "wait for 24h to be "called/contacted". And of course " don't worry" which has absolutely 0 value in a B2C discussion.

Answer: Guys, it would only cost you about £40 to take them to small claims court. Dont just take the loss, these people need to be held to account. Id also contact Rip Off Britain to get a programme made about their tactics
Answer: You can complain all you like but once they have your money they dont give a tinkers cuss. Best form of complaint is social media like this site and face book.
