Rang 5 times for a receipt for my flight. Still waiting. Would not allow any changes to my reservation. Would not allow any refund. Rude. X 2 staff members Pretended to not be able to hear me and hung up after waiting on hold for 10mins. Placed on hold constantly during the call. Terrible experience. Pay more and enjoy peace of mind by avoiding this company.

I purchased on March 2020 5 tickets on Opodo - cost 1324, 48 euros. Today on March 5,2022: I got 150 euros. They said the airline company (KLM) has not refunded the 1010 euros and Opodo is till waiting for KLM to refund them. What a shame! I purchased with Opodo and it's Opodo who should refund me my money (in the middle of a pandemic) - Not the airline company!

Opodo is just trying to attempt to deceive the people, even though Lufthansa put Note on their system to refund my ticket because of Corona situation,
The call center employee which located in Indi to Egypt, tried to deceive me more than 5 times, each time with different reasons, until now after 6 hours on the phone with 2 notes from Lufthansa they refuse to refund, Lufthansa colleague told me your right is they accept clients wish as refund or voucher but mostly they try to refuse a refund.
Opodo is an un-trustable company and no respect for the clients.
My flight was cancelled by the airline a week before I was about to travel, Opodo never told me this, I only found out from internet searches. I called Opodo only to be on hold for over 2 hours, when I finally spoke to somebody, they told me they couldn't find an alternative flight so the whole booking needed to be cancelled. This was over 2 months ago and I still haven't received my refund. They still have my money, nearly £2000, and I've had no contact from them at all. I have tried calling only to be cut off, they don't respond to facebook messages or email. I am literally fuming with rage that this company can take your money and then end contact. TOTAL SCUMBAGS, DO NOT USE OPODO.
I've used Opodo for many years. Just booked almost £10,000 worth of business class trip tickets Auckland, Sydney, London. Wanted to change the Auckland to Sydney leg to Auckland to Melbourne then fly back from Sydney to London as planned. This leg costs £200 for both of us. OPODO WANTED £300 EACH TO CHANGE IT! Unbelievable. I've been a loyal customer for years but this is the end. You've had the last of my cash Opodo.
I got a ticket from Zürich to Athens for May 2022 and paid an extra 19 € per person to have a changeable ticket. I have also bought the OPODO prime. I always checked my account to see if the ticket changeable is and my OPODO account showed me always that I can change my travel time one day before the departure time. However, two days before the departure suddenly the OPODO showed me that I cannot change it anymore online and I need to call them. They told me that the ticket is not changeable. How is this possible? The ticket I paid extra to make it changeable and three days before departure time they told me that it is changeable but as I wanted to change the date, OPODO did not allow me. They made mistake and did not take responsibility for their mistake. I lost about 600 € due to the mistake of OPODO and they do not refund my money or do not offer me any other ticket.
Did not receive nor ticket, neither airline booking number for my booking, even though they had two weeks to send it and I reached out to Opodo for it via email as well. I had to conduct a 15-min call with their Florida call centre from Jakarta airport to at least get my booking number, so that I can check into my flight.

Is never use this terrible company ever again. Impossible to speak to anyone and if you're lucky enough to finally get through to anyone they are no help at all. Steer clear would be my advice.
People please be careful with this company. I rent the car using their website and they forgot added in reminders and emails that I have to bring proof of address. My booking has been cancelled and I lost money. On Customer Care told me that they have standard email for all suppliers and they don't added others requirements. Bad contact, hidden information in small letters. NEVER AGAIN THIS WEBSITE AND THEIR SERVICE! Lost money, lost time and nervous.

I booked a flight with Opodo, they charge me more then showed in their website, had to change the dates, and they charged more, unfortunately I have to cancel my trip for personal reasons, and I asked them for the refund, they said they will refund me 80%, in 10 days, but they didn't I contact them lots of times, they tell different stories, each time I called I waited at least 40 minutes,
Their customer service is overseas, and they don't care, they don't have an email, or UK customer service,

My flight was cancelled İstanbul ordu 2th of February and they don't pay my money back. The costumersevice is terrible. If you know the flight is cancelled why don't you pay that money back Opodo? Turkish Airlines give you that money to pay me! Never again here
I booked a multi-jaw trip with Opodo on Monday 15th January, for travel the following week, and received a confirmation email.
On Friday 19th January, I received an email from Opodo telling me that they hadn't been able to complete the booking.
When I went to rebook, the prices had gone up considerably, and my new flights ended up costing about 50% more (an increase of almost £500)
By delaying for 4 working days to tell me that the booking was unsuccessful, it meant that the cost of rebooking was considerably more. I don't know why it took so long to tell me, nor have Opodo told me why they cancelled my booking.
As a consequence of their ineptitude, I am now £500 out of pocket.
I will never use Opodo again, and suggest you do likewise.

Please please please review this booking site before booking and see the scandalous way OPODO treat customers. Outragous hidden charges. Site crashes at crucial booking time (mysteriously). And customer services sucks. DO NOT USE THEM.
Opodo put my first name and surname the wrong way round on my airline tickets. I phoned them twice in addition to 4 emails but they took not an ounce of notice. I am convinced that both of my phone calls to their Asian-based call centre we're disconnected while the agent 'spoke to their supervisor'. I spoke to the airline concerned but they insisted that this issue was for Opodo to rectify.
A few weeks before the flight, Opodo sent me an urgent email telling me that the outward flight was not available on the specified day but I could travel the day after. I agreed to this but received no confirmation of this change so I assumed that this was yet another indication of their incompetence. I was right; no changes were made.
Eventually, I gave up hope of the situation being resolved and I flew with both my names on the airline tickets the wrong way round. Airline staff didn't notice anything and I successfully completed my flights.
Opodo are an utterly hopeless and incompetent company, especially when things need rectifying. I'm mystified why reputable flight search companies like Skyscanner include them in their website. I should, of course, have researched Opodo before I booked the flights through them. Naively, I assumed that a Skyscanner link was some guarantee. I usually book flights directly with the airline, something I will always do in the future.
SCAMMERS! THE WORST TRAVEL AGENT WEBSITE- EVER
I had my trip booked and suddenly 2 days before the flight i tested positive for covid-19. First, i called and texted and sent more than 10 inquiries, paid more than 100euro worth of international calls, and every time i was told different information. Their agents are not knowledgeable about the policies and one senior agent had very poor communication manners. Avoid them at any cost! They want to oblige me to pay for airline penalty fee booking modification which i am eligible to get free of charge since i have covid-19! And adding to that their mediation fees+ fare difference fee, would go up to 300 euros in total! Which does not make sense AT ALL. I mean, i have covid! Its not like i have the choice not to change my flight!
I booked the Flight + Hotel package and received notifications that the departure time for both of my flights are changed. Because the outbound flight is changed from 18:25 to 06:25, it's not possible for me to go on my trip. I want to cancel, but I don't know how to process since I booked the whole package with the hotel.
Called the customer service and after 15 mins of waiting, a very rude customer service with strong Indian accent explained to me that I need to first call Vueling (outbound flight), Air France (inbound flight), then the hotel to see if I can cancel.
I told him, "Great I've waited for 15 mins just for you to tell me this?" His reply was: "No no no no no no, ma'am, you don't understand, listen to me, OK? Listen listen, you first need to call the outbound flight, then we'll check how we can proceed"
OK, maybe waiting for 15 minutes on the line is not his fault (more like Opodo fault for not having enough people in line), but that's not the way you talk with customer. I've been in more frustrating situations before with other company, but the customer service ensured me that they will help me through every step and give me their contact and follow up right away. Although it's very time consuming to deal with the problem, I don't feel annoyed.
But the way client service in Opodo speaks is not at all in good manner and basically I have to deal with all of the cancellation myself. Never again.
Had a flight cancelled by the airline from Valencia to Lisbon under booking *******4914 and to this day I'm battling to get my money back. Called numerous times, sent numerous emails including the CEO Dana and I am still waiting nearly a year later. Please AVOID this company AT ALL COSTS. They are ok if you don't have any issues with your travel but if something happens to your flight or holiday you won't get your money back. Their HQ is now based in Spain and no longer part of the ATOL Protection scheme leaving the UK consumer powerless. Check reviews and forums before booking.
They seem to have 2 Trustpilot set of reviews now so PLEASE PLEASE check before booking your holiday. This company is scamming customers. They keep blaming the airline for not passing the money to them, excusing themselves from the transaction. Please protect your mental health, family and your money. I will now be taking this to the small claims court.
Answer: Guys, it would only cost you about £40 to take them to small claims court. Dont just take the loss, these people need to be held to account. Id also contact Rip Off Britain to get a programme made about their tactics
Answer: You can complain all you like but once they have your money they dont give a tinkers cuss. Best form of complaint is social media like this site and face book.
