My flight was cancelled by the airline a week before I was about to travel, Opodo never told me this, I only found out from internet searches. I called Opodo only to be on hold for over 2 hours, when I finally spoke to somebody, they told me they couldn't find an alternative flight so the whole booking needed to be cancelled. This was over 2 months ago and I still haven't received my refund. They still have my money, nearly £2000, and I've had no contact from them at all. I have tried calling only to be cut off, they don't respond to facebook messages or email. I am literally fuming with rage that this company can take your money and then end contact. TOTAL SCUMBAGS, DO NOT USE OPODO.
