The process was quick and easy.
My advisor put me in a vehicle similar to my own, which I requested. I enjoyed the rental and the service was spectacular! I certainly be renting from Alamo in the future.

Best car rental operation I've experienced in many years. Had the vehicle I requested (which doesn't happen often), personnel were courteous and friendly, and check-in/checkout was a snap!

This was the best pick up and return experience. I've had in car rentals. State of Alabama really does it right with your customer service, they really know how to treat customers.

Shame on Alamo. I filled up their vehicle 2 miles away from the airport at three in the morning and they still charged me $64 to fill up a gas tank. I will never use them again. There are too many other car rental options. And I also would rather use an Uber than being priced gouged by them with no recourse by it because they said I signed their contract. Terrible terrible company.

I rent with Alamo almost every week. They are a little more expensive most of the time but the cars are always in good shape and the check out process is quick and hassle free.

The people are great from start to finish. Car was clean and well kept. The price was fantastic! Who wouldn't love running around Florida in a convertible for the price of a compact.

Car was not clean and was not up to the usual cleanliness of Alamo standards, we will continue to rent from you all but the car picked up in Pasco WA was not sanitary

This is the second time I rented from Alamo; the first time was an exceptional experience. This last time was just as exceptional ---if not better! Personal attention via emails and texts were sent to me throughout the rental term. And when returning the rental at the airport, I was asked by staff "is there anything we could do better?"

I mean, who is better than this?

Very impressed with the efficiency and professionalism of the entire Alamo team from check in to getting our vehicle to return. Would recommend Alamo unequivocally.

Excellent personnel both at pick up and return of vehicle. A little understaffed for a busy time of day about noon. Great people to work with. Make sure you check vehicle completely including all setting such as lane change warning, stop distance warning. Vehicle I received was a Jeep Compass and all warning were set permanently at maximum and proved to be harmful to my driving.

Great customer service, from the person at the counter to the people at the lot. Car return was just as fast.

Vanessa is wonderful! She made sure all my questions were answered for the car rental agreement, patient in me asking follow-up questions or asking her to repeat anything that I missed hearing, and gave me tips to navigate the Utah weather! She is awesome.
