The car screen said "engine malfunction". Although we were spending $200 per day, the phone operators said we need to take two hours to Uber to the airport for a replacement. We were told twice that supervisors would call us back, but they never did. Although they said they would, they never told the airport staff we were coming so they had no replacement cars. The airport staff was great and worked it out. I would avoid Alamo in the future!

Very easy process to retrieve and drop off car! There were no hidden fees, what I was quoted was what I paid! Will definitely choose Alamo again!

From Pick-up to drop-off, the experience was almost perfect. It was fast, convenient, and service was super friendly!
**The only thing I would do to take it to 'Perfect' status, would be to offer veterans a discount. Probably pull more renters to Alamo as well.**

You will book a car for 1 price, sign and get the car at that price then once you return it they have the right to change the price on the agreement. How does that work? I didn't sign nor agree to the price you changed my contract to. The way you all operate is illegal! I don't do business with companies that operate like that, so I will never do business with Alamo again!

Rented a vehicle in Buffalo NY for 8 days and was stopped by police for car registration violation. The vehicle I rented registration had expired Sept 2024 which was 9 months past due. I phoned CSR at the airport and was informed there no available cars to swap out. My rental had to be parked due to fear of traffic violation ticket.

Long term rentals appear to be a nightmare with Alamo. They provide online reservations that there front line staff are unaware of and unable to facilitate without a great deal of effort.

The checkout experience was efficient and enjoyable. The rental car ran like a champ without any hiccups. It was a GV80. Carplay did have a problem connecting once in my entire 10-day trip. The return experience was also seamless. Would definitely rent again!
