I had a wonderful experience with Alamo Car Rental in Dublin. The car was spotless inside and out, ran beautifully, and I had no issues whatsoever. Also their customer service was very good. I would highly recommend Alamo to any of my friends traveling to Ireland.

Great front desk service, another person will show you the row of cars to choose from and that's it. They do not check to see if you're good and five out of six cars were dirty. I chose the sixth car that had a slight odor but the cleanest! The car was reliable with no issues. One car even had a sweatshirt and cigarette ashes in it! Cleanliness is important and someone to simply ask if we're familiar with features in the car would then give Alamo a 4 or 5 star! The return was easy and that was appreciated!

Our Alamo rental car experience was excellent. They had the correct size car(Premium Large SUV) that we had booked online at an affordable price. Our experience with Alamo Rental Car was easy and affordable for my family. Alamo was very flexible when we had to alter our reservation a bit.Thank you!

I had a reservations to pick up the vehicle at the Augusta Georgia airport when I got off the plane to pick it up they were closed and no keys were left I was told I would have to come back the next day to pick up the rental I had to find someone to come pick me up from the airport take me to where I was staying and pick me up the next day and take me back to the airport I spoke to three different employees that insured me that I would be receiving a phone call from management that phone call never happened I did not miss my son's baptism thanks to someone picking me up and taking me there but I did miss the celebration afterwards my nerves have been shot and what was to be a wonderful visit turned into a disaster nothing at all was done to rectify this situation and I even paid for a day that I did not have the vehicle

They made ther whole process easy, and had a location offsite but close enough to the airport with free shuttle service, which was awesome.

Wichita airport Alamo was a great great place to get a car. No hassles at the counter. I was able to get the car quickly. The garage agent was very helpful in liaising the trunk.
Upon returning the car, the agent was fast and helpful. In all a great experience
