I have always been pleased with Alamo, but this recent experience truly stands out. I want to commend Maria from the Eugene Airport. After a long search for my son's lost wallet, we reached out to Alamo, and they initiated a request to search the car I had returned. I quickly received a call from Maria, who was excited to inform me that she had found the wallet between the center console and the passenger seat. As a bonus, since she was about to finish her shift, she personally delivered the wallet to my son at the University of Oregon! WOW! People like Maria inspire me to remain a loyal customer. Thank you!

The customer service at the Sanford airport location was amazing. I had to get a manager to get help with my son not having a credit card to rent the vehicle in his name since he would be driving. I wanted to pay for the rental but have him drive. I rented the Wagoneer for my son's wedding. The manager (I believe her name was Jessica) was extremely helpful. When I returned the vehicle she recognized me and came up to me and asked how the wedding was. This type of personal service is not typical and was extremely nice. I will definitely use this Alamo location again and recommend it to anyone who has rental car needs.
Wonderful experience from beginning to end. In fact, the best we've ever had in renting a car. So much of that was down to the incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, helpful employees we met during pickup and return. Special thank you to Herman and RJ! Y'all made our trip even better.

I needed to rent a car on the spur of the moment due to a medical emergency in the family and Yolanda in the Huntsville airport, helped me out and was very pleasant and made the whole experience easy. She gave me a choice of two different vehicles and I really loved the Chevy Trax. The car was new, and clean, and I really enjoyed driving it. The return was easy and I did return it two days earlier than I thought I would need the car, and I wasn't charged for those extra two days which I was concerned about and happy that I wasn't charged.
