The Alamo staff made it possible for my husband and I to get to our son's college graduation. Our flight was cancelled out of NJ and we landed after closing hours in Jacksonville, Fl. The staff was there waiting, pleasant and accommodating. Presently, customer service doesn't take priority with most companies, however, Alamo stands out as a caring, efficient company that deserves to be recognized.

Our experience was great overall. I very much appreciated that the staff was so friendly and courteous. When they saw us trying to gather up all the trash from the car at check-in, they offered to toss it all for us. This definitely ease our stress about catching our flight. I would highly recommend them. I also like Alamo because you have the choice of any car on the lot in your class. We were able to find a fantastic ride.

Great service, friendly staff, I was given a choice of vehicles and even an upgrade from my original purchase. Receiving staff on return was polite and welcoming allowing me to leave to refill with offside gas after I entered the return.

My family and I rented the car online, and when we got to the airport, realized we needed a bigger car for our luggage and it was such an easy process with no problems! We were given a very nice, roomy and comfortable car, that did great on gas mileage!

Lately we have been in car rental hell with a few of your competitors. Problems with vehicles, bad customer service, and erroneous charges. When our travel agent booked us with you we expected more of the same. We are very happy to report that we were blown away with the service received from Alamo. You get 5 stars all around!
Being able to choose the vehicle within our vehicle class was the first surprise.
Stellar customer service was next followed by a vehicle that was in great shape and performed the way we expected.
Add to that the easiest rental and return processes we have ever experienced, Alamo has gained a repeat customer today!

Friendly customer service representative helped us sign in. Another helped us find our car which was super clean & reliable. Drop off was easy too. All in all a great experience. We will use Alamo again.

Gabby was EXCELLENT at checking us in with our rental. She was fast, efficient, energetic and so friendly. It was like she really cared about helping us get our rental and be on our way.
At checkout, Kevin was courteous and made sure everything looked good. Great employees who are customer focused!

I had a good experience. Only thing I had to wait in a line for a compact suv. Of course my online order said skip the line. Then once I got in an suv, I was asked if I could have some older women have it because they wanted a Nissan Rogue. It says when you rent cars Nissan Rogue or similar. Which means, you may not get exactly what you want! But other than that it was a good experience!
Ray and his team were very friendly and super helpful. They went above and beyond with helping me. It's people like Ray and his team that can make someone's day. 5stars for these guy's, therefore 5 stars for Alamo. The car was clean and smelled really good too.
