This company is truly deceptive to customers. The name plate broke in half in the 6 month of wearing. They did not honor their return policy. Extremely disappointed and disgusted. Even costume jewelry from TJ MAXX at $10.00 doesn't break this easily. I have the picture of the necklace.
I ordered this lovely charm bracelet in silver without issues. My only complaint is that it looks cheaply made and not of quality based on the price and execution. Would l recommend buying this particular product "no" unless it is on clearance and it just being the bracelet. Charms are a bit flimsy and one connector seems slapped on crooked.
I got a paperclip bracelet with ID name tags from here. It was gold plated over silver and it's been a little less than a year and almost all the gold plating has faded and it's pretty much a silver bracelet now. Not very happy at all.
Also, two weeks after purchase, two paperclip chains broke off after a small tug of war with my t-shirt and i had to use a wrench to pinch it back together.
Overall, not durable and not worth the price point.

Received a necklace from Oak and Luna for Christmas from my husband. It was in knots because of the lack of care regarding shipping. Moreover, the "adjustable" chain links were so small it's very difficult and frustrating to put it on. Oak and Luna addressed the issues by offering the opportunity to replace my necklace with another within a year as long as I paid any difference in price, and they would provide a return label for the one I have.
I've had this necklace sent back and replaced a probably 5 or 6 times now. Costs money to send it back each time not to mention it takes easily a month before I get my necklace back each time. I purchased the necklace (over $300) in solid gold so I could keep it on for extended periods of time however the chain is extremely dainty and always breaks. The clasp is also not easy to take on and off. The necklace is not worth the money. In my opinion it's very poorly made
I ordered the name necklace and while it looks like the photo, the length is slightly awkward, hits right where the collar to my t-shirts is. Which was quite standard in the old days of jewelry but now so many necklace chains have an extra hole where you can make the necklace slightly shorter or, better, the chain can be pulled up or down through a kind of loop/ball. Won't buy this again, there are better jewelry options.
I ordered a necklace that was gold plated and was pretty disappointed when I received it. The necklace is more of a cheap yellow gold color rather than a nice looking gold.

I had been wanting to order my daughter and myself matching name necklaces for a while. I actually ended up ordering hers from another company, but it was double the price. So when I saw I could order myself one with O&L for half the price I decided I could afford to get myself one as well.
Overall I'd say the communication with O&L regarding my order processing was frequent considering the current circumstances in the world right now.

There was a random charge for $2 extra to my card by this company after my order was placed.
Regarding the extra charge. I did check their Instagram and there are many complaints of the same issue or even double charges, but the company has replied stating they are working on resolving this issue at this time and isn't ghosting people so that gives them some credibility.
Overall, I'd say the company is trying their best and you get what you pay for as far as quality.
I own six pieces of O&L jewelry with another on the way. Three are pictured. Some are gold vermeil and some silver. They are all beautiful, well made and the older ones still look as nice as the day they arrived. I have always followed their recommendations in caring for them. In my last order pieces were shipped separately and things got a bit confused but their customer service responded promptly and they were so helpful and kind. My experiences with them have been extremely positive and I love my jewelry.

I ordered 2 necklaces from Oak and Luna. They accepted my payment. Then, Oak and Luna responded that they were unable to produce the name necklace I wanted and asked me to simplify the name. So I did. Then they responded that they were unable to product the changed name. When I asked for a refund, they said they they would only give me store credit so I can peruse their website for anything else I would want. I paid for a product. They could not accommodate the purchase twice. And now they won't provide a refund, taking the money for their own profits without delivering product or service that I ordered. That's fraud.

I purchased a Pillar necklace from Oak and Luna, waited two weeks for it to ship which is reasonable. I then got a notification that it shipped and there's been nothing. It's well over a week late with no update from the company as to where my purchase is. This was meant to be gift which is now late and quite embarrassing that I have to keep saying that "it's coming". Just a horrid experience overall. I'll never purchase from them again and strongly advise anyone reviewing this comment to consider other alternatives when shopping.

So I placed an order on Nov 30, a couple days later it shows a shipping label has been created. 3 weeks later it still shows the same. Contacted customer service 4 days ago, still no response. They have no problem taking your money but don't want to send what you paid for. No phone number, no timely response, no product. Stay away! Glad I paid with a credit card, I'll dispute the charges if I don't hear from them soon.

Love my necklace, was exactly what I have been looking for for a long time. I wear another silver necklace so liked that you have the option to select different chain lengths. The item arrived packaged well and is of good quality (chain and name part) will definitely be shopping more here.
The whole experience and product was absolutely worth every cent. My wife absolutely loves the ring i got her with the names of our three kids. Also, their sizes are on point! Will definitely be shopping with them in the future for anything else i may need.
My husband ordered me a personalized necklace for our anniversary and it shows up broken AND 5 days late. I immediately reached out and got some BS automated response back. They always email you back late in the evening and don't respond back until late in the evening the following day. They asked for photos and their website even states that damaged items qualify for full refund if within 30 days. They keep trying to offer me an exchange of their poorly made jewelry or a store credit. I have filed a claim with my bank. This is BS! They need to stand behind their products AND what it says on their website! I have attached photos of their website and the necklace I received. NEVER will I order from this company again and I will be letting everyone I know to avoid them as well.

So happy with this necklace! Beautiful & good quality chain and clasp. True to size you order. Have rec'd many compliments on it. I love it so much in the silver I got that I'm now thinking I want one in gold.
Do not purchase custom jewelry from Oak & Luna. I paid for urgent shipping as the custom necklace I purchased was time sensitive. The original received date was 9/1, then it was 9/5 only to check the tracking and the true delivery date was 9/6. I had to change the address given the delivery date was based on travel dates (which is why I paid the extra fee for urgent shipping), now customer service is telling me they have to ship the package back to Israel to turn around and ship it to the updated address in the US. This means I am looking at a 2-3 week delay from the original delivery date of 9/1. All they offered was a 10% discount. If you don't mind getting your jewelry a month later, and it isn't a purchase for a time sensitive gift then Oak and Luna may be for you. At a $500 price point for the necklace I purchased I would expect much more.

They sell extremely cheap jewelry at a very high cost. I feel completely scammed. The fact that they don't give full refunds tells me they know what they're doing because they end up winning in the end. I bought a necklace with a customized lock for my wife and within 6 days, most of the rose gold plating was gone. First, it turned dark, then it flaked completely off. Looking at my wife's chain, it has 3 different colors, rose gold (or whatever is left of it), dark/dingy parts of the chain and the chain's original silver color. So it's a hot mess… and remember, this is like 6 days of her wearing it.
On their website, they don't provide a phone number nor an email address to their customers because i think they know everyone would call asking for their money back. If you're not happy with their product, they only give you an option to exchange or give you store credit (they never lose). They also have a disclaimer that they don't refund customized jewelry. Keep in mind that the only part that is customized, is the cheap locket with an initial on it, the actual chain itself, is a separate piece that has nothing to do with the customization process. Since the quality of their product is beyond garbage and they don't do refunds, I have contacted my credit card company for help and will be posting my experience on sites like these as well as complaining to the better business bureau.

Paid $325 for 2 basic necklaces 3 weeks ago. Item still has not shipped. I've contacted customer service 3 times via email and get the same canned response. No response the 3rd inquiry. No phone number available to speak with an actual human. So pissed.
Ordered mid April for Mother's Day thinking this should be enough time. It is now June 1st and still nothing only promises. If there is a negative star I would do it. Save your money dont order from Oak and Luna. Nothing but scam artist with a fancy website.

Answer: They blame FedEx for a delivery that they sent out late -as per their own confirmation of shipping email, and FedEx date stamped envelope.
Answer: I did not choose them. I was asked for a specific item and purchased it as a gift. Will never, ever purchase from them again,. No matter how good (or bad) the quality. They blamed FedEx for their own mistake (I have proof of that) and never apologized for the late delivery assuming their responsibility. I cannot support a company that blames another company for their mistakes.
